“Thank you so much Julie! We booked very last minute and we're very anxious about leaving our boys for the first time. Julie was fantastic and made it an amazing and seamless experience. She sent lots of updates and took great care of our babies.”

“Michelle is such a caring person! She took great care of our 15 year old Maltese, Mika while we attended our daughter’s wedding. Even though it was for only 15 hours, she still meet us for an initial meeting so we could get to know her. She was punctual and even accommodated a last minute earlier start time. We normally have family or friends watch over our baby, but they were all in attendance for the wedding. First time users for a pet sitter, but would not hesitate to use Michelle again!”

“Ryan was amazing with our girl! He took on a last minute emergency booking and gave her so much love and attention. Luna is usually a feisty one but she seems to have immediately loved him. Very communicative, sent lots of updates as well as pictures, and took good care of our home. Thank you!”

“Amber was flexible and accommodating. The entire experience was stress free as we knew our boys were in good hands. Amber left the house in great condition and was a great communicator. We would definitely use Amber again.”

“Alexa is a great sitter whom I highly recommend! She was so kind and amazing to work with! She sent photos and updates of Ari and made sure to keep in contact with me while I was gone. She communicates flawlessly and is extremely responsible. Definitely asking her to come again!!”

“So happy to find Keala when we did. We have 2 Labradors - one who just got here about 3 weeks ago and Keala was up for the challenge of taking care of our babies 💕. Extremely prompt and the dogs love spending time with her. Will definitely book her again when we leave in a few weeks. Loved the text messages and photos she sent to keep us up to date.”

About: I don’t discriminate between pets, want a dog sitter but also need someone to feed and look after birds/fish/lizards, etc.? I’m the woman for the job! I’m currently between jobs which means I have lots of free time to look after your pet. I can stop by through the day and give them some love, stay the nights and clean up around the place or even just feed and walk them. The choice is up to you! I’m known for making sure your furry loved ones get plenty of care and stimulation. Whether that means walks, fetch, or just a few extra pets and scratches in your absence. I’ll feed and clean up after them regardless of how extensive the routine might be for either. Any additional costs (buying you-approved treats or things you run out of if I’m house sitting) are covered by me!

“Alyson was lovely!! She really took care of my baby with a bunch of walks and snuggles. She constantly sent photos and I felt like Lincoln (our pup) was in the best of hands!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!”

“We love Haunani! She is friendly, responsive and very professional. This was our first time using her for our dogs and house sitting, and she was great! Right before we left on our trip, one of our dogs developed a medical issue and she handled it very well. She kept us updated with photos and reports, so we were able to relax completely while away. I highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, oftentimes having at least 2 in the house. I don’t currently own my own, but I frequently foster or “Couch Crash” dogs for the Hawaiian Humane society, focusing on pups who have been with the HHS for some time. I enjoy these dogs because it gives them a small break in shelter life, gives me a great friend for a few weeks, and helps me understand their personalities more to help lead to future adoption. Out of the three dogs I have fostered, all three have been either immediately adopted by families, or found their forever homes within 48 hours. Couch crashing can require patience, care, and special attention for dogs that this may be their first experience inside a home. It’s also fun to train dogs basic skills that maybe haven’t had the chance learn yet. Aside from HHS, I have also cared for a few different coworkers pets, both in their homes and my own. I have base access if required for any services for your dog! I work Monday thru Friday, core hours 9-2, but have the flexibility to adjust hours based on desired level of pet care, and what side of the island. When I fostered dogs for the HHS or dog sat for my coworkers, I always ensured a morning walk and a “right as I get home” walk. However, if your dog already has a schedule or routine they are used to, I can easily adjust mine as required. If your dog is staying with me, my house is very dog friendly. I have a yard, but it’s not fenced in so all outdoor activity will be on a leash. Located off a quiet residential road, I have quick and easy access to take them on a walk or a hiking trail right down the street. Senior pups, or dogs that struggle with stairs, may have hard time at my place, as there are ~20 stairs leading from the carport down to the house. But i am willing to carry up/down if that is something your dog is used to or comfortable with. The house being down off the road does adds an extra level of safety from vehicles, and provides a quiet environment without a lot of foot or car traffic past the house. If watching or picking up your dog from their place, I recognize that I am a guest, and it is their world. Any and all instructions will be followed precisely to ensure they remain comfortable in their own space.

About: I am a responsible 63-year-old professional. I have decades of experience with my own pets and have provided pet care for my friends on numerous occasions. As a senior software architect I work from home full-time, so I have complete flexibility to follow *your* preferred schedule in caring for your pet(s). I have a fenced-in yard and spacious four bedroom home. No rooms are off-limits to your pet(s); they will have the run of the house and yard.

“Absolutely thrilled with the care provided by Briana! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and reassured. Charlie seemed genuinely happy and well-cared for upon my return. Highly recommend!”

About: I recently decided to take a break from the 9-5 life and instead spend my time doing what I love, which includes being around animals! I am a firm believer that pets are a member of the family and because of that I know how difficult it can be to entrust them in someone else's care especially when traveling or if you have an exotic animal. I not only have ample experience pet sitting for family and friends but I have personally owned a wide variety of "fur-babies" at all ages. If you are looking for someone reliable who will love your pet as their own please do not hesitate to reach out. I have experience with the following; however, I love all pets and would be happy to discuss your needs: - Large / Small Dogs (Puppy - Senior years) - Cats - Bunnies - Lizards - Fancy Rats - Fish! I have ample availability and can provide care on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. My husband and I moved here permanently and will be here to stay, so I can provide long-term services and build a trusting relationship with you and your pet(s) if needed. There is nothing worse than finding someone you love and then having to move on to a new sitter and start that relationship from scratch! Every pet parent runs their house a certain way and I respect that. If you have a routine or preferences in terms of how to provide care in your home, I can accommodate that. Your pets are naturally going to sense your absence and so adhering to their "normal" schedule as much as possible helps provide some comfort while you are away.

About: I volunteered at my local animal shelter for a year and learned how to manage dogs with different temperaments and personalities. I also have a 15 year old American Cocker Spaniel who I help take care of. I work remotely so my schedule is very flexible and I am able to work from anywhere. I am available during the day as well as after work. I think a slow introduction to a dog is necessary to make them comfortable in your presence and to gain their trust. I will always give them space and be attentive to their body language and other cues.

“Maggie was wonderful with our pets! Our dog can be a lot and her calmness and understanding was so comforting!”

“My dog is on five different types of medications to address her irritable bowel and her arthritis. The doses cannot be missed and have to be administered on a strict schedule. Over the years, my dog has learned how to hide the pills in her mouth then spit them out when you’re not looking. If she misses her medications - especially the ones for irritable bowel - she gets sick very quickly and will get diarrhea. Sometimes violent and frequent diarrhea. So I was quite nervous about leaving her with people who weren’t familiar with her issues and her tricks. But Karen and Tony handled her like pros. How do I know? Because I came home to a healthy dog who showed no signs of having missed any meds. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of my Coco. Oh, and bonus, they are respectful sitters who left my home just as I had left it. They even laundered the sheets! Thank you, Karen and Tony, for caring for Coco and letting me enjoy my trip without worry. They are pros.”

“Great sitter! Left the house clean! Dogs loved her! Glad to have hired her!”

About: I have grown up with big dogs and little dogs. I currently have a golden retriever who loves the water and going on long walks! I am available weekdays days after 2pm and anytime during the weekends. I am more than happy to walk rain or shine and any distance your dog needs! I have raised puppies before and cared for elderly dogs. My current home does not have a yard but have plenty of areas for walking. I am an animal lover and will take care of your furry friend as if it were my own!

“Jackie was awesome taking care of my 5 fur babies! She sent many updates with pictures and videos, which is a huge thing for me! Bernie and Lady looked so happy with their two daily walks on the beach. She also took great care of the house! Thank you so much, Jackie!”
