Doggy Day Care in Joshua Tree

“Eden F. was so wonderful to work with. We booked her for two dogs while we were hiking in Joshua Tree National Park. She lives right around the corner from the West entrance Visitor's Center! We ended up bringing a third dog with us and she was so easy going and flexible. When we arrived she had three little beds laid out for our pups and fresh water in a bowl. Our dogs were thirsty from the trip and dove right in. She has a back yard ideal for romping and exploring and our pups felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they acted. Eden has a calm energy, which the dogs must sense. She asked if there was anything she needed to know about the dogs and took notes. When it was time to leave, one of our dogs tried to go back into her house instead of get in the car! Haha! We highly recommend Eden to watch your pups.”

“We just got our rescue about a month ago and have been looking for a semi-regular day care sitter who would be a good fit for her. Sally was responsive and answered all my questions prior to booking, and had solutions to my questions, which involved Winnie’s interactions with other dogs. When we arrived, the initial meeting with her dog Ariel did not go that well (this is on Winnie not Ariel), and I would have totally understood if Sally was no longer comfortable with having Winnie over, but she was still willing to have her stay there that day and explained that she would take necessary steps such as separating them if future interactions did not improve. When I left she messaged me an update that they were playing/interacting better and that it may have helped that I wasn’t there anymore (i guess dogs can act differently when their owners are around which I didn’t know). Winnie had a good day and came home SO tired and happy from playing with Ariel, and we are so thankful to have a trusted and experienced sitter in our arsenal! We will definitely book with her again!”

“Francis was so accommodating! I was able to introduce Milo (our Australian Kelpie) to Francis at his home before deciding to book. Francis even offered to have me drop of Milo at a park near where I live so I didn't have to drive all the way to Francis' house! I got plenty of updates with pictures, and Milo really seemed to have enjoyed his time! We're looking forward to booking again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs & cats for the past 12 years; ranging from 8 weeks old all the way to in their senior days. My love for them is never ending! I love the cuddles & energetic or laid back personalities of each pet. I am self-employed, so I can work when I want which gives me the opportunity to be able to work for Rover! I want to be able to provide your family pet(s) with someone who is stable & available when your pet needs me! I want them to not have to continue to meet new caretakers all the time. I live on 2 acres of land, so our visitors can get lots of exercise as they please. Your pup or kitty can roam my house & find a comfy place to rest wherever they please.

“Highly recommend Richelle for doggie daycare! She has set her backyard up as a doggie beach - with puppy pool, beach umbrellas and lots of toys. She has a secure fence around the yard.
