“Lacey is an amazing sitter for my two babies. I have a Boxer mix and a Daschund mix and they love it at Lacye's house. They play, are well-cared for and Lacey sends updates with pics. I could not have found a better sitter for my precious pair.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alice! From the moment I dropped off Zoe, I knew she was in great hands. Alice went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and happy throughout the stay. The communication was excellent—Alice sent regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. Not only did Alice provide a safe and clean environment, but she also took the time to give Zoe plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Zoe came home relaxed, happy, and well taken care of—it’s clear that Alice genuinely loves animals and knows how to care for them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional dog boarder, I highly recommend Alice. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Juliann has a nice little boarding facility in her home. Juli took great care of my special needs dog (blind, neurological issues) while she was there. Juliann has the ability to keep her dogs separated from the boarding dogs or to integrate them depending on needs.”

“Taurawa is absolutely amazing! She was very accommodating for our last minute trip and so so helpful. She made sure our babies were comfortable with her and her home. She constantly sent me photos and videos and you could tell they just loved their time with her. Would recommend Taurawa to anyone with fur babies! She’s the best!”

About: I have lived all my life in the South Bay. I went to school in Rolling Hills, I went to College in Long Beach. I have worked in the Aerospace industry since the 1980's. In 2012 rescued a Pitbull from a abusive life. So I immersed myself in learning the Dog Whispers' training methods. I have had a dog ever since my third birthday. I have worked with Dachshunds, Schnauzer Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull's, Poodles, Shih Tzu, and Beagles. I believe all dogs have been given to mankind to show us how to live life. Unconditional love, live in the moment, don't worry and greet everyone with excitement and love. In conclusion, I will always treat you family member as my own and love taking care of them. I am retired so I am very flexible. I currently Walk dogs for elderly people at the Apache Mobile Home park. I am looking to expanding my services outside the park. I have fenced yard and my home is open to the dogs I care for and I have water and treats available. Your pets are welcomed to my couches and dog beds or pet cage.
“Shawna took great care of our dog Lady. Lady is a recent rescue and she can be fearful and sensitive in new settings. Shawna’s calm, caring energy was a perfect match, and she graciously accommodated us when our plans changed at the last minute. We feel very fortunate to have found her.”
“Grey was wonderful with Alfie. From the start she was super friendly and easy to communicate with, and she kept us updated with photos, which really put us at ease. Alfie looked so comfortable and happy with her. She seems like a genuinely kind person who loves animals, and we felt really lucky to have found her. We’d absolutely recommend Grey to anyone looking for someone caring and trustworthy looking after their fur babies : )”

“Dropped my dog off for the week for a Disney trip I was last minute but they were able to accommodate him still they were great with him and made sure he had plenty of time to play and hangout with the other dogs and kids and made sure to send pictures and keep me updated on the trip. I 1000% recommend them for any trips as they truly know how to take care of your pet like it’s there own.”

“Felice is such a wonderful boarder. She genuinely cares about the animals placed in her care. My Huskey, Balto, who has separation anxiety, loves going to spend time with Felice. She has a real love for the pets she cares for and my Huskey Balto knows it. He does so well every time he stays with Felice, and when he's happy that makes me happy too.”

“Rocio received my high energy super anxious German Shepard husky with true patience! Received photos and videos of her napping and playing during her stay. Rocio was flexible, understanding and I received great communication. Very sweet and down to earth. Leia definitely enjoyed her time there. Will definitely be booking with Rocio again!”

“We miss Ashley! She took great care of our dogs whenever we needed to leave town. She truly spoiled them and treated them as her own. They also enjoyed playing with her dogs and running around her backyard. Highly recommend if you’re in the 29/JT area or even vacationing out there.”
“Very pleased with Nuvea. Did a great job communicating, including updates and photosduring the boarding. Explained how she would transition my dog into her home with her drugs and cat. Would definitely rebook.”

“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

“Johna was amazing! She was flexible and understanding when we had to change our drop off time by a day. We got multiple photos everyday of our pup and she maintained communication throughout our pups stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.”

“Monica was an absolute godsend. Not only was she able to sit Kugel for our wedding weekend, but she made herself available to drive him to our wedding venue for some photos on Saturday. She also sent us tons of photos and updates throughout the weekend which helped keep our minds at ease during such a hectic time. We’ll definitely book with Monica again when we’re up in the high desert.”

Lauren was amazing with Pickles! She was super responsive and flexible with my last minute request for a sitter. And she provided and safe and comfortable environment for my pup for the night. I would totally recommend Lauren to anyone who needs someone to watch their dogs. Thank you Lauren!

Great pet sitter. Ryan is a very communicative and conscientious sitter. My senior Boxer requires special attention due to her hip dysplasia. Ryan makes sure our pup, Nickels, limits her activity to comply with our veterinarians care instructions. I'm really grateful to have Ryan as a sitter for Nickels. She treats her doggie clients as she does her own dog.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
