“Grey was wonderful with Alfie. From the start she was super friendly and easy to communicate with, and she kept us updated with photos, which really put us at ease. Alfie looked so comfortable and happy with her. She seems like a genuinely kind person who loves animals, and we felt really lucky to have found her. We’d absolutely recommend Grey to anyone looking for someone caring and trustworthy looking after their fur babies : )”

“Nueva was a lovely sitter for Johnny. He really enjoyed his stay with her. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely use Nueva again if we travel without our dog.”

We’ll definitely book with Monica again when we’re up in the high desert.”

They got to play with adorable Charlie and other dog friends and I’m pretty sure they enjoyed socializing and spending time with Nina and her family. Thank you so much, Nina!!!”

“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

I’m so grateful to have someone who cares so much about animals who can care for Xochitl.”

About: I've been taking care of animals for my entire life. Outside of having my own fur babies (two cats, and one dog), I have frequently cat/dog sat for friends, family, and neighbors! I have a deep love, and understanding for animals. I am ready to get to know your pets, and learn about their own unique characteristics and needs. I am able to provide feeding, grooming, exercise, quality time and any medical accommodations they may need. I'm currently taking some time off from my regular employment, so I have an abundance of free time to care for and spend quality time with your pets! I will utilize any instructions given, as well as my own intuition when it comes to the safety and well being of your pet. Whether we are at your home or playing at a park, your pet will be in very safe hands. I am also prepared to have active communication with you in regards to your pets, and how they are doing.

“Juliann was great! She kept my house in perfect shape and took such thoughtful care of my little rascal of a cat as well as allthe outdoor critters I feed. I came home to a happy pet and everything just as I left it. I felt totally at ease knowing she was here. Highly recommend!”

“Katie is an awesome caretaker! She set up a meet and greet right away, and was kind and attentive to our two older dogs, one of whom is blind and needs extra assistance and love. We were super grateful she was able to accept our emergency request for drop-in visits, and we will certainly invite her back again next time we need a sitter. Thank you so much!”

About: I had a wonderful Husky growing up, He was always bursting with energy and personality, eager to run, explore, and snuggle up next to me whenever the day ended. Having him around taught me responsibility, patience, and just how strong the bond between a person and a dog can be. After high school, I adopted a Rottweiler of my own. Raising him from a young age helped me understand training, structure, and daily care better. Soon after, my mom needed some help with her cat, so I welcomed him into my home. For a while, I had both a dog and a cat living together—learning to balance their different personalities, needs, and routines. Later, when my husband and I moved into our own place, we added another furry family member—a sweet Corgi who joined us about two years later. Each pet has brought something special into my life and has helped me grow as a caregiver. I’ve gained hands-on experience with both dogs and cats—from energetic working breeds to loyal guardians and independent, affectionate cats. Caring for them isn’t just about feeding and walks—it’s about building trust, comfort, and a little friendship along the way. Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine since I work part-time with very flexible hours. I’m able to plan my schedule around visits, walks, and check-ins, whether they’re early mornings, midday, or evenings. Because I manage my own time, I can give pets consistent attention, unrushed care, and plenty of love throughout the week. I care for pets in my home and yours with the same level of love, patience, and attention I give my own. In my home, I create a calm, safe, and cozy environment where they can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I adhere strictly to their regular routines—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime habits—to ensure their security and comfort. In your home, I respect their space and maintain their familiar routine to minimize stress. I move at their pace, especially with shy or anxious pets, building trust through gentle interactions, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Whether it’s energetic playtime or quiet cuddles, I prioritize making each pet feel safe, understood, and truly cared for.
“Dauntless absolutely adores April when she comes to visit him around lunchtime in the middle of my 12 hour shift. After recently moving and a brief period of unemployment for a few weeks, Dauntless began to develop some separation anxiety and is very particular who he is happy to see while I'm at work, but fell in love with April the moment he met her. I am lucky I found her and she is definitely good people!”

“Carol was such a great communicator and sent us photos every day. She treated our shy cat with lots of respect and gave the outgoing one a ton of play time and attention. She was prompt every day and cleaned up the treat dishes and the litter boxes despite how messy my cats are. Absolutely will be booking Carol in the future to take care of my fur babies!”

“Juliann is fantastic. She watched our dog (Echo) twice while we were spending the day hiking in Joshua Tree NP. Echo was so excited to go back to Juliann’s house the second time, which is a testament to how comfortable and entertained Echo was there. We highly recommend Juliann.”

“Elizabeth is awesome! She put up with my lack of schedule clarity with grace, and was super great with my mini dachshund who spent two days with her and her dogs when my group finally got organized. She was super communicative, clearly loves and understands dogs, has a great, safe and fenced yard, and was -in short- everything I hoped for and needed to pull off our Joshua Tree NP adventure. I recommend her unequivocally, and would ask her help again anytime I am in the area with my dog.”

“I dropped my crazy 8 month old puppy off with Grey for the day while we explored non-friendly parts of Joshua Tree NP. It was so nice to let my puppy off leash and let her play with Billow! And I had Grey drop my pup off which was super helpful. I forgot to pack dinner for my pup and Grey fed her and sent her with extra food. You can tell that she really cares about the wellbeing of the dogs she cares for <3 Highly recommend! Your dog is in good hands with Grey and her dog crew! Highly recommend”

“I cannot say enough great things about Taura! My boys were with her two full days while I visited Joshua Tree and I had ZERO worries leaving them there. Laura was so welcoming and has such great space for dogs to run and play. This was great for them as we were on a cross-country road trip and they spent lots of time in the car. Taura was awesome at sending updates and videos, so I knew they were having fun the whole time. Taura is am amazing and interesting woman, and I think our paths will cross again. Taura- thank you from the bottom of my heart!!”

“Lauren was wonderful! She was our pup’s first Rover sitter. She was very friendly and put us all at ease. She communicated well with us. We would definitely call on her again for future dog sitting needs!”

“Hannah was great. She was very communicative and it was easy to find her place. My puppy had a great time running around with her dogs, he was very tired when he got back in the car after. We spent the day at Lassen Volcanic National Park and then had some driving to do after so it was great that he was tired out for the rest of the drive. Highly recommend Hannah if you’re driving through the area.”

“We were visiting Joshua Tree National Park for the day, but couldn’t take our dog, Memphis on the trails. After looking on Rover for a sitter, i found Lacey near where we were staying. Lacey was a great communicator and very helpful, since this was my first time using Rover. Always responded promptly and cordially to my many questions and made reserving with her super easy. Memphis seemed happy to meet the other dogs Lacey regularly looks after and Memphis was well cared for. If we’re ever in the area again, we will most definitely use Lacey’s dog sitting services again!”

I work from home and am able to take midday walks with pets or spend time with a dog or cat and make sure they are comfortable while I work from my computer. I have a comfortable home that is secure for pets. I have a yard, but it is not fully fenced so I take pets out for a walk on a leash in the neighborhood. There are nearby pet-friendly trails.

I work remotely from home so I’m around my pets all day! This also gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits and walks at any part of the day. I adhere to all guidelines in the care guide provided by owners or just their verbal or written directions on how to care for their pet. My own pets over the years I would take on regular walks daily, feed them daily and bathe them twice monthly.

“Viviana and her husband were the kindest and perfect dog watchers. Their home is very cute and you know from meeting them once that your dogs are in good hands. Good communication and ease throughout. 10/10 recommend.”

“We miss Ashley! She took great care of our dogs whenever we needed to leave town. She truly spoiled them and treated them as her own. They also enjoyed playing with her dogs and running around her backyard. Highly recommend if you’re in the 29/JT area or even vacationing out there.”
“Monica was an absolute godsend. Not only was she able to sit Kugel for our wedding weekend, but she made herself available to drive him to our wedding venue for some photos on Saturday. She also sent us tons of photos and updates throughout the weekend which helped keep our minds at ease during such a hectic time. We’ll definitely book with Monica again when we’re up in the high desert.”

“Nina was amazing with my dogs! She provided a very warm and welcoming environment for my dogs who went to doggy day care for the very first time! They got to play with adorable Charlie and other dog friends and I’m pretty sure they enjoyed socializing and spending time with Nina and her family. Thank you so much, Nina!!!”

“Excellent choice. Alan and Joe S were fantastic with our 3 y/ o Maltese. They sent several pics throughout and he looked quite happy and content as was on pickup 2 nights later. Very good experience. Will do with them again”

“Loved having Dana watch over my baby Bala. She was properly communicative with me with lovely photos, followed all the food instructions, and provided ample cuddles to my doggie. A pro caretaker.”

“Lauren was amazing with Pickles! She was super responsive and flexible with my last minute request for a sitter. And she provided and safe and comfortable environment for my pup for the night. I would totally recommend Lauren to anyone who needs someone to watch their dogs. Thank you Lauren!”

“Kevin was great. His communication was fabulous keeping us posted on our little boy. He even sent pictures, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to know their pet is in good hands.”

“Absolute sweet people to the core. just off brief interaction i felt i could trust them with our boy, of whom can be a bit nervous with new people. They had other dogs but our pup got along just great and came home super excited and happy and had a fantastic nap afterwards. Will definitely be looking for them to petsit again when we need”
