“This was a last minute booking. We had to leave for NJ when my father died and Kelly stepped up for us. She did a wonderful job taking care of our three dogs. One has diabetes and needs insulin shots twice a day and is also blind. Kelly had no problems with the shots or with bonding with our babies. She kept us updated, which was wonderful. Kelly even did some unexpected cleaning during her down time, which was unexpected, but so appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly and would definitely use her again in the future.”

About: Having had dogs since I was born, and my entire life, I've always been the one in my family to teach them (sit, speak, paw, spin) and care for them when no one else is home. I have cared for a range of dog and cat breeds from when they were babies to in their old age. I hope to care for your animals too. I have a dog, I care for it everyday, and I am currently (June 2026) fostering another dog for a couple of weeks while its owner recovers from surgery. I take them on walks daily and play outside with them. We watch tv and sometimes I read to them (it doesn’t last, they get bored of it). As an owner of a dog with a chicken allergy I can understand specific needs, I prefer a more lax and chilled environment and my energy usually gets pets to follow.

“Ginny kept my 15 1/2 year-old Chihuahua for 5 days and 4 nights with zero problems. Darla is an energetic dog, loves her walks, and her routine set up to accommodate medication’s for her stabilized kidney disease. Darla loved Ginny at first sight.Ginny caught on to her behavior in the mornings and how coy she was about eating her breakfast, which contained her days worth of her medication. She never missed a morning walk before her breakfast, which she ate every day. Darla slept in the room with her from the first night on. She is amazing at making a dog comfortable and being patient with them, especially my older dog. I was so impressed. She stayed in contact with me through pictures and text messages, asking only one question that was quickly answered. Bottom line, Darla the Chihuahua gives her 5 stars and so do I.”

About: Hello, I’m Jess! I grew up around animals from the time I could walk until now. I’ve had dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters, fish and a horse! I’ve always felt so comfortable and at ease around all kinds of animals and have always tried to help every animal I can (even if my parents didn’t appreciate it haha). I currently moved down to North Carolina with my cat and lived with 4 other cats, 4 dogs, and 6 birds before now. I also rescued a 9week old kitten from a dumpster a couple months ago! I’m really excited to have the chance to care for your fur babies while you’re unavailable! I can ensure they will stick to any schedule they may have, have any necessary medications on time, and are happy and safe before I let them have their “me” time! I’m currently working night shifts, part time, so I’m available during the day for our pets and late at night! I typically have 3 days off per week and am able to work around my work schedule to ensure your pets have the best care possible! I like to come in and figure out what I can do to make the fur babies days a little better! Make sure they have food, water, find some treats and toys for them, and have a field day of play! I always triple check that my home and my clients homes are clean and safe when I leave so we don’t risk accidents happening and so everyone can rest easy!
