“Aimee was great! Very flexible with a meet and greet and drop off / pick up times. Lots of great pics and communication. I know Duncan was taken very good care of. Would rebook! Thanks Aimee!”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay with Hanna! He enjoyed playing with her two dogs, and judging by the pictures we received, he loved getting attention from Hanna's little girls! He came home happy and tired from a great weekend!”

“We know right away our Toffee will be in good hands. Mitzi was so thorough with everything starting at the meet and greet. The videos and pictures she sent while we were away was soo nice. They have huge fenced backyard where all the dogs get plenty of exercise and play time. Thank you again Mitzi and family for taking good care of toffee and showing him so much love!!! ?”

“Malika did an awesome job with my dog. He’s a big dog and she accommodated him with no problem. She spent time taking him to the park and walks, sent pictures and updates for my peace of mind. I highly recommend her. Thanks again.”

“This was our 2nd rover stay with Brianna & our pup immediately recognized her & was super excited ! We once again felt super comfortable knowing he was in good hands & enjoying some playtime with friends & could enjoy our mini getaway. Brianna responds to Messages right away & was flexible with us for which we were grateful ! We will be using Brianna when ever possible ◡̈ 🐾🖤”

“Paulette and Chad are AMAZING!!! They not only took amazing care of our dog but they ultimately took good care of us. It started when they gave us the option to bring our dog over to meet their dog. They were so patient and kind. The communication while we were gone was amazing and they were very flexible when our flight was delayed. I could tell our girl felt right at home. Best sitters and just good people. Will absolutely ask them to pet sit again.”

“Rocky enjoyed his stay with Ma. He was well cared for and Ma provided regular updates and pictures of him. We are very pleased and will be using her in the future.”

“Our 6 month old lab stayed with Joanne for 3 days and 4 nights. Joanne made Bracey a part of her home and my husband and I never worried about him while we were gone. Joanne sent daily emails from Bracey telling us how and what he was doing and included pictures each time. Bracey had plenty of toys to play with, places to run around and explored, and absolutely loved playing with Simon and Winnie. He slept for an entire day once he got home. Joanne does a wonderful job caring for these dogs as her own. She will be out number one go to for pet care from now on!! Thanks again Joanne!”

“Both Noelle and Aaron were totally AWESOME!! My boy is a 1.5 year old pretty high drive working line GSD and, to be honest, I had some reservations.. However, Noelle and Aaron really came through for me! They managed his drive well and must have made him feel right at home b/c I’m not entirely convinced he was all that happy to be coming back home with me at the end of his stay! I certainly have no reservations at all in having Noelle and/or Aaron kenneling my boy again! Highly recommended!”

“Cay is awesome! Addie had the best time hanging out and almost didn’t want to come home because she had so much fun 😂 would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for dog boarding. Thanks again!”
“I hate to send this glowing review because I want to keep Pam’s schedule open just for me!! ? She literally is an answer to prayer. Being newly empty nesters, we’ve been wanting to take several short trips but had no one to keep our 10 year old dog. She’s never been boarded so we didn’t want to go that route. We found Pam through Rover and booked with her because of the rave reviews. And, she was better than any of our expectations. She LOVED on our girl, sent pics and updates every day, and Lexi came home so happy, healthy, and with no separation anxiety. We feel so blessed to have found Pam and her husband Dave was awesome with Lexi as well. Thank you so much!!!”

“Sayaka was great with our dog Max! Max had a great time playing and came home tired from his visit! Sayaka was great at communicating with us. We got daily pictures and she did a great job identifying and informing us of a potential medical issue. We are very satisfied by the care Max received and attention to detail provided by Sayaka.”

“Tracey and Karen are the best mom and daughter dog sitting duo! Jester has stayed with them multiple times now. Jester usually hates water but they were able to get him to play in the dog pool and give him a bath! He always loves going and they are so flexible with pick up and drop off times.”

“Ashley was great to communicate with and even helped us out with a last minute booking! Our dog, Charlie, was comfortable in her care and even skipped his usual hunger strike during his stay with her. We would recommend her care to anyone!”

“Baxter enjoyed his time with Kerri and her family. It was his first time away from home and she kept me updated with pictures and videos. Nice big fenced in back yard for playtime and that was important as Baxter is an Aussie who just celebrated his first birthday on pick up day.”

“We loved Maria. Lucy had so much fun playing with Chewy and Maria took great care of my dog. I highly recommend her. I don't feel bad going on vacation knowing Lucy is having so much fun with her new friends. Thanks so much Maria!!”

“My dog Storm stayed with Alexandria and her pups for 4 days. She had the BEST time!!! She played her little heart out! Alexandria was great at communicating with me and sending me lots of pictures and updates. I highly recommend her for a dog sitter!”

Taylor took AMAZING care of our dog! Not having a fenced yard wasn’t an issue at all - Taylor made sure our crazy girl stayed safe and secure on a long line. She absolutely loved being on the farm, and we know she had an incredible time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend Taylor, and we’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
95% of sitters in Jordan can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Jordan.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
