“Emily did an amazing job taking care of my dog Moose while I was away. She stayed at my home for several days and followed every request to the tee, including walking him 6 times a day. She went above and beyond by playing with him regularly and even bringing along her sweet dog Fletcher who quickly became Moose’s new best friend. She was careful to monitor Moose’s breathing during walks and playtime to make sure he didn’t overexert himself, since he was still recovering from the final heartworm injections he received a month ago and required a gradual increase in exercise, per the vet’s instructions. The daily updates and photos were such a relief and showed how happy and well cared for Moose was. Emily was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout it all. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend her!”

“Charley took excellent care of our boys! When we came home, I think they were disappointed to see us instead of her! She treated our home with the utmost respect and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We’ve already booked our next request with her and will absolutely continue using her when our boys need a buddy to hang out with.”

“Mary was absolutely wonderful!! We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. She has such a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put us and our dogs at ease. Even our shy pup, Kosita, warmed up to her fast. Our senior dog Natty has high needs (she is partially deaf, blind, diabetic, and requires insulin twice daily) and Mary handled everything with confidence and care. She kept us updated with photos and thoughtful check-ins, especially around Kosita’s eating. She was incredibly patient and even helped us discover a new trick to get her to eat. We came home to a clean house, a scooped yard, and happy pups. Most importantly, we were actually able to relax while away, which says everything. Trusting someone with our babies felt impossible at first, but we’re so grateful we found Mary. We’ve already asked her to pencil us in for our next trip and would highly recommend her… especially for pets that need extra care. Thank you !!”

“Kaitlyn did a wonderful job house sitting and looking after our 3 animals while we were away for a week!! She provided daily updates and the best photos of all the pets. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Maria was fantastic! Very responsive, sent lots of photos and kept me completely up to date when she was taking care of my pup! Would highly recommended, thank you again for taking such great care of him”

“Brooke is responsive and nice! She did a great job taking care of our girl, Sadie Mae. my only feedback to her would be to send more updates with pictures too! 5 star service besides that, thanks Brooke.”

“This was my first experience leaving my fur babies with anyone other than friends or family. Cayla was very patient with me and my apprehensions of using a dog sitter. I got updates throughout my trip and pictures of them hanging on the couch relaxing. She said she would love to watch them again when needed and we will definitely be using her again! Bonus points for our house being super clean when we returned from our trip!”

About: I have been blessed with having dogs in my family for most of my life. Our pack currently includes an 11 year old German Shorthaired Pointer that thinks she is a puppy (Coral). Now that I have entered the retirement season of my life, I have more time for our dogs and feel called to be available to care for your canine family member. I will pet them, brush them, and find that special spot that they love to have scratched. I do have some experience with training dogs and enjoy reinforcing training through play and treats. I also enjoy taking my dogs to the local dog park so they can get off the leash and socialize with other dogs and can bring your dog to the dog park if you wish. My wife and I spend our weekdays caring for our two grandchildren and our German Shorthaired Pointer. We care for our son's pets when his family travels. We give our dog plenty of love, food, water, treats, exercise and potty breaks. Our yard is not fenced so we use a leash for outdoor time.

Mary did a wonderful job. We came home to happy healthy babies and she listened to all my requests. She also kept a close eye on the health of everyone and took one of my dogs to the vet to check on a concern (everything was totally fine). Grateful to not have to worry while out of town!

Dawn and her husband are absolutely amazing! They watched our dog and cat while we were away for our wedding weekend and they went above and beyond to ensure our fur babies were well cared for and loved. They even cleaned up our home and left us a beautiful letter congratulating us on our marriage. We would absolutely welcome them back to our house anytime!
