About: I am certified in Pet CPR and First Aid through the American Health Training Association. Personalized Care, Special Needs Pet Care, and Experienced & Trustworthy I am retired and currently an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister which provides me with a flexible schedule. I am available weekdays, most weekends and holidays for you. My services at this time will take place in your home. I will require an initial greeting to make sure your animal is comfortable and has a chance to get to know me in their own environment. I have worked with animals that have had anxiety and was able to work with them to gain their trust.
About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from 175 to 50 pounds. My family also breeds dogs so I’m comfortable with all ages. I have dog sat for numerous family and friends and love all animals so your pet will get treated as if they were my own. I’ve also took care of dogs that take medication, are on special diets. I have a full time job but I make my own schedule so I will base that off of my schedule with rover. Pets will be well taken care of and took on walks. If your pet is more laid back and likes to lay around all day then we will do that. If your pet has a lot of energy and like to run the we can do that as well. I have plenty of yard for your pet/pets to play. I currently don’t have any other animals in the house and am waiting for my puppy to be born! Your pet will be allowed on furniture unless that is a rule you have then I will not go against it. I have plenty of toys, dog beds, and crates if needed.
“This was a last minute booking. We had to leave for NJ when my father died and Kelly stepped up for us. She did a wonderful job taking care of our three dogs. One has diabetes and needs insulin shots twice a day and is also blind. Kelly had no problems with the shots or with bonding with our babies. She kept us updated, which was wonderful. Kelly even did some unexpected cleaning during her down time, which was unexpected, but so appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly and would definitely use her again in the future.”
“Mary was absolutely wonderful!! We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. She has such a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put us and our dogs at ease. Even our shy pup, Kosita, warmed up to her fast. Our senior dog Natty has high needs (she is partially deaf, blind, diabetic, and requires insulin twice daily) and Mary handled everything with confidence and care. She kept us updated with photos and thoughtful check-ins, especially around Kosita’s eating. She was incredibly patient and even helped us discover a new trick to get her to eat. We came home to a clean house, a scooped yard, and happy pups. Most importantly, we were actually able to relax while away, which says everything. Trusting someone with our babies felt impossible at first, but we’re so grateful we found Mary. About: I’ve been a dog owner most of my life! Currently, I own two dogs and I treat them like children. I’ve taken care of dogs since the age of 12. My family and friends would ask me to watch, feed, walk and play with their dog when out of town. I work from home so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. “Chrisztina was amazing with my pet furry boys. She sent me videos and pictures every day. She understood that Oscar has never being boarded or left our sides since he was two months old. Charlie was adjusted fine. Oscar likes to follow us around the house or he is in his home. I believe he knew that we left him as he followed Chrisztina everywhere too. About: I have had dogs in my life since I was a baby and I truly dont think we dersve how pure and amazing they are. I used to dog sit during highschool for my neighbors and even now when friends go out of town I am always open to have their pup at the house or watch them at theirs. I have trained 3 dogs from 7 weeks old so I am able to help you out at any age pup you have. I will love on them like they are my own and I cant wait :) I have a very flexible schedule which allows me to work from home some days a week. I am never gone for more than 4 hours in a day but can always adjust my schedule if I am watching a dog that cant have me gone long. You tell me your needs and I will work around that. I have one friendly pup of my own named kona and a private fenced in dog park that is normally empty that I bring her to a couple times a day. I usually go on a couple walks a day so I can do as many or as few walks as your pups needs :)
About: I have had animals since I was born and love all kinds of pets. My family has 2 dogs and a cat and i love them dearly. I have been kitty/ house sitting for a family for over 2 years now and enjoy all my time with them. They are extremely skiddish cats and gaining their trust more and more every time is rewarding. I am a server and mostly work night shifts. During the week I am free most of the time until around 4pm. I usually get off anytime around 9-11pm. I have learned to cut dog hair and have been grooming my dogs for a couple years now! I can keep to feeding/walking schedules and ensure the best care for your pets!
About: I’ve assisted my aunt during her Rover experience for two years, I’ve rescued and TNR’d neighborhood street cats for two years, and I have an 8 year old dog and a 2 year old dog back in New York! I recently moved to the area and am living with family, so my animals are not with me until I secure independent housing—they are with family that were still in my old area. I’m a full-time college student in graduate school and I work full-time, both of these commitments are virtual. This leaves me relatively free to prioritize the care your loved pets need! I currently am not offering to pet sit in my own home as I currently live with family, but when watching other peoples dogs I take the same precautions as I would with my own dogs as you can never guarantee their behavior and how they respond to situations or other people. I would ensure the environment is safe, and if we go out into the community, I would be aware of my surroundings and take every precaution as if they were my own!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
