Branden was awesome with my senior dogs Willow & Jada. As this was their first time with him. He was very patient with me in answering all of my questions. He provided daily updates and a few pictures to calm my fears. When I picked them up, they appeared to be very happy and loved the whole time. I will definitely book Branden again for my next vacation.
Review update, February 2025: Norman remains the best. He has been Ripley’s go-to for years now, and he provides the absolute best care a person could ask for their pet. Ripley is older now, so her medication regimen fluctuates seemingly with each visit to Norman’s when we go out of town. He handles it all perfectly while still giving us those comforting updates throughout each visit. We go out of our way to keep Ripley with Norman—it’s because we want what’s best for her, and that’s what Norman provides.
Aja is so nurturing, attentive, and responsive when caring for my boy, Tyson Beckford - 3yo, 14 lbs, Havaness. I've tried other sitters earlier on who were closer and cheaper, but you get what you pay for and having peace of mind is invaluable. My family love Aja boarding Tyson during our vacations throughout the year...we plan our trips around her availability. We can't say enough.
