Our pet is very nervous and anxious around people, but Eddy is extremely patient and knew exactly what to do with her. He kept sending her picture periodically and kept us at ease through out the day. We can’t thank him enough for being so caring and gentle with her. Coming from out of town, we were very nervous about who will be handling our pet. Eddy turned out to be so amazing that we were able to spend our time in Boston happily.
