About: I am currently in my second year of veterinary school and have dedicated my entire life to caring for animals- now I’m working to save them! Prior to that, I have worked at multiple animal hospitals and can recognize an emergency in a heartbeat. I have been dog sitting and fostering for year and I am a mother to one beautiful cat that has made me unable to decide if I am a cat or dog person!!!!!!!!! I’m a student right now, but with very minimal classes! Most of our time is spent self studying, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur baby! Your peace of mind is my #1 priority. I will only take gut pet to places approved by you and provide updates and communication as much as possible. I understand how important it is to feel safe and supported.

“Tasha was wonderful! We had a family emergency come up while she was scheduled and she was flexible and kind. About: Hello! My name is Della, and I’m an experienced and compassionate dog caregiver with a deep love for dogs of all ages and energy levels. I currently have one dog, Ivy a 4-year-old Goldendoodle with a playful and energetic personality. I also recently lost my beloved senior dog of 17 years, who will always hold a special place in my heart. My experience spans both ends of the spectrum: from caring for senior dogs who require patience, gentle handling, and special attention, to helping younger dogs with basic training such as potty routines and simple commands. I understand that every dog is unique and pride myself on providing individualized care tailored to each pup’s personality and needs. I work from home full time, which allows me to provide round the clock attention, supervision, and companionship for your dog. I live in a highly walkable, pet-friendly apartment complex that includes secure walking paths, small dog parks, and an onsite grooming station perfect for regular exercise and enrichment. I treat every dog as if they were my own and am committed to creating a safe, loving, and structured environment for them while you’re away. I’d be honored to care for your furry family member! I work from home full time M-F and take frequent breaks to take walks around my apartment so I can ensure your dog is getting fed and regularly walked I offer all services but if dogs are brought in for boarding in my home I can assure you they will get there needs taken care of such a long walks individually, proper care, a bed to sleep on and lots of love

I currently am a student and have time in the afternoons mainly to go for an hour walk at a time. I am flexible and communicative. For in-home pet care, I ensure a safe environment, regular feeding, exercise, grooming, and playtime. I also follow any specific instructions provided by the owner.

And on top of that, she left my house in tip top shape, sparkling clean! I would highly recommend Monica as a sitter for your pet.”

About: Growing up, I once said I wanted to be a vegetarian. Of course, little me meant that she wanted to be a veterinarian, because of my love for animals! Being a quiet person, I have always found a sense of peace being around animals. I grew up with a dog named Cassie, and took care of her the best a little kid can, until she passed away from old age at 17 in 2017. That year, I got my rabbit Oliver, my sweet baby who passed away last year. After Cassie's passing, my family adopted an older dog named Sadie. Sadie was adopted to be my mom's "nurse" as she fought cancer, and ended up being a dog who brought me much comfort after my mother lost the battle to cancer. Pets are great listeners and I hold a lot of appreciation for all animals because of that. I am pet sitting to help save money to pursue higher education! I am free for most services most days due to summer break! I will be gone after September as I am moving into college but I appreciate any bookings I can get to help me pay for college! Thank you! When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure they feel safe and comfortable by following their usual routines, feeding schedules, and providing plenty of attention and playtime. I always maintain a clean environment (for both the pet and for the sitter when they return) and give them regular walks.

About: I grew up around many domesticated animals my entire childhood, not just dogs but cats, fish, birds, hamsters, etc., to the point where I fondly referred to my childhood home as a zoo. My ability to care for those different animals have not disappeared; quite the contrary, it is constantly and consistently growing. I'm currently working at a veterinary clinic with hands-on experience in regards to the medical side of animal care, and I'm going to school to become a licensed vet tech as well. You can rest assured that your beloved babies will be in confident hands, and you can rest doubly if there are more complex instructions such as daily medication requirements. I'm confident and more than happy to go the extra mile to ensure your furry pal is well-loved and well-taken care of. Ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be more than happy to tell you! As mentioned before, I work at a vet clinic, so I have hands on experience working with the medical side of pet care. Not only that, but I've owned multiple pets of various species, with my current being a feisty little orange tabby. I know the basics, I know the specifics, and I can adjust as needed to meet unique needs. I am adaptable, and will always, always, adjust as needed to make my clients and their pets feel comfortable and at ease. New environments, new strangers in the house, are all stressful changes for a pet, and I know it takes extra time and care to detail to make sure everyone involved has a safe and happy time.

“Thank you so much, Gladys, for agreeing to stay with my cats. Gladys loved them as if they were her own. She sent me pictures daily and I could tell they were doing well. I will definitely hope Gladys will be able to stay with my cats in the future when I travel.”

Irwindale pet parents share their Rover experiences
We always get nervous leaving our dogs, but Tyler made the whole experience stress-free! While we were gone for six days, Tyler was in constant communication with us by providing photos and updates of the dogs as she watched them. Tyler also went to the next level by constantly engaging with them and entertaining them by playing outside, walking them, and simply having some downtime with them. We are so grateful to have received such a great experience hiring Tyler. It is especially evident that she is passionate about animals and cares very much about them. She was extremely patient with our fur babies and provided the reliable and loving care that any sitter would be looking for! To add, when we returned home, Tyler also ensured that everything was how we left it and even tidied up more which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely be rebooking with Tyler and we would highly recommend that anyone looking for a trustworthy, engaging, caring, friendly, and reliable dog sitter also book her!

We had a great experience with Imani and her fiancé! They were very good at communicating before and during the stay and sent updates and photos of our dogs. Our dog and puppy were very happy and comfortable with them. We felt completely at ease leaving our dogs in their care. I couldn’t recommend them more!

When I met Olivia, she met and held eye contact. I knew right then she was very mature for her age and was the person I wanted sitting my family. All instructions followed. Cats were beautifully groomed. I would not hesitate to book her again. She exemplifies 5 star service. Thank you so very much for putting up with my systems based helicopter parent ways!

Monica was great with our three dogs. They took to her instantly. She was wonderful with our dog and we really appreciated that she was able to stay at our home with the dogs. She sent many pictures of our pup, which we also really appreciated. We would most definitely recommend Monica. She was both a great dog sitter and house sitter.

Mia is a sweet person and good pet sitter! We asked her to meet up before the appointment to see how Ponyo would like her and Ponyo warmed up to her very quickly and let Mia pet her. During the pet sitting, she sent us cute pictures & some video! Overall, Mia was great with Ponyo, also cleaning the litter before leaving. The only thing to mention was that it was hard to reach Mia before the appointment to confirm, originally the schedule was at 6 AM but I messaged her around 12 AM to come in at 8 AM instead, I didn’t get a reply. Since the pet sitting was moved to 8 AM we asked for a confirmation and called/texted multiple times from 6:25 to 7:55 AM to no response. This created so much stress for us not knowing if she was coming or not. She finally messaged us around 8:02 AM and said she just woke up & asked if she should still come in. She got into our unit at 8:27 AM. She did however apologized to us which is all good. To reiterate though, Mia was good with Ponyo and was overall a good pet sitting. She just needs improvement on communication and on responding quickly.
