About: New to Rover, but NOT new to pet care! I have taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since I was 12 years old! I've had pets of all kinds for the past 10 years and I have also been hired to pet-sit for family, friends, and neighbors throughout middle school, high school and college! Additionally, my father owned a small dog walking business in our town while I was growing up, so I have lots of experience with walking all kinds of dogs. I am familiar with how to walk with and take care of dogs of all sizes from chihuahuas to great Danes! And I have experience working with varying ages, from puppies to older doggos who need additional care such as medication administration or walking accommodations. In addition to growing up with dogs, I've also had and taken care of cats, reptiles (lizards and turtles), rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, rats & rabbits), and fish which gives me a wide range of drop-in visit expertise! I am familiar with how to clean liter boxes or small animal enclosures/cages, cleaning water fountains and food bowls, serving food and treats, administering medications, playing with your pet or using other forms of enrichment, etc. I am looking forward to working with you and your pet(s)! During the school year I work part-time, so I have plenty of time to hangout with your pet(s)! I am available on weekdays in the mornings from 10am-1pm or evenings from 6pm-10pm. My weekend availability fluctuates, but when I am in town I am generally available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-10pm! Over the summer (June-Aug) I work as a camp counselor, so I am unavailable during the week but have availability over most weekends : ) I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs, cats or small animals. To ensure your pet gets the best from me, I make sure that I have detailed instructions about what your pet needs from my visit and/or walk. This includes having conversations about things like how much to feed them and when, litterbox changing specifics, changing your pets water, keeping your pets areas clean, any medication instructions you have for me, where you want me to walk your dog, expectations for waste disposal, or any other specific details I need from you in order to take care of your pet!

About: Care of family member members pets But mostly, I’ve taken care of pets that are from neighbors as well as when I babysit for their kids I’ve also taken care of dogs in a sense of dog walking, checking up on them and feeding them Available most Thursdays and Saturdays for more state ends Can do check ups every day and dog walks. About: Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile! I have taken care of animals to some capacity for 13 years. I have always loved animals and enjoyed being with them. My care started by watching neighbors pets while they were away when I was in high school. Eventually I volunteered and worked many hours at a local humane society. I even gained experience working with wild animals and volunteering at zoos for a couple years! I have always loved helping friends and family by watching their pets while they were away, in a couple cases for close to a year! I have personally had and cared for dogs, cats, geckos, larger lizards, fish, hermit crabs, frogs, and tarantulas... with more to come! With dogs, I had a dog who was not friendly with other dogs, and currently a (adorable) pup who is territorial and not so friendly with humans. So I have experience with and feel confident handling dogs with specific needs! I also don't mind being bit if your dog has some trust issues and may take some time warming up to me!! (So long as they are up to date on rabies shots, don't want to get that lol) I find that all animals, but especially dogs & cats really love me! I enjoy spending time with them, and would love to assist you in your animal care needs! I decided to hop on here for a little variation in my daily routine. I currently work a remote job with a flexible schedule (for the most part) and would love to help people out in my area by taking care of their pets while they are gone for the day! I am a busy guy so weekends don't always work for me, but if I'm free I would like to care for pets on weekends as well! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a nice size living room and bedroom. I have a dog who is older which is why I'm not accepting puppies under 1 year, but he is super friendly and enjoys playing with other dogs when not sleeping! I am thorough in my care for other pets. I will abide by any rules you have in relation to your pets schedule/routine, and I can be at your house whenever needed due to me working remotely, and I love going on walks so if that is required I would love to do that for you!

About: I’m always excited to meet new pet friends! I have veterinary assistant experience. I am comfortable giving medications or more complex treatments such as insulin injections. I have an open and flexible schedule. I can do daily drop in visits and walks as needed. Since my time may fill up with other pet sitting appointments, early notice is preferred. I like to learn as much as possible about your fur babies’ personalities so I can cater to your pet’s behavioral needs and preferences. For walk safety, I like to use harnesses over collars to make sure your pup has less risk of slipping away.
