About: I am a person who truly loves taking care of dogs. I believe they are extremely important members of our lives and our families. Dogs bring joy, love, and positive energy into our home, and they always make us feel happier and more comfortable. I enjoy spending time with them, caring for their needs, and making sure they feel safe and loved. For me, dogs are not just pets, they are loyal companions who make our home a better place. Many years ago, I worked as a caregiver, and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs. Through that experience, I have learned how to understand how dogs feel by observing their actions, behavior, and body language. I pay close attention to their needs, moods, and energy levels to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved at all times. Caring for dogs is something I take very seriously and do with patience and dedication. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I follow the pet’s regular routine, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, and rest. I pay close attention to their behavior and body language to understand how they are feeling and to meet their needs. I also keep their living area clean, provide exercise and companionship, and communicate with owners to ensure their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: Our kids LOVE dogs, they pretty much live for them. We can't have our own right now, so we want to love on yours while you're away! We've owned our own dogs, and both of the adults grew up taking care of and loving dogs. We're happy to help reinforce any training that you're doing with your pup! We work during the week, but we can spend the weekend giving full-time care to your dog! We are open to watching your pup during the week, but they would be home alone from about 9am-4:30 pm. Just send me a message if you need longer care than the weekend and we can discuss details! We have a fenced backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run and play fetch. We can offer plenty of outside time and bathroom breaks, we're happy to keep your pet on their typical schedule!

About: I have been a dog owner for over 10 years, having owned or taken care of friends and family’s dogs. I have owned a cocker spaniel for over 10 years, therefore having a lot of experience with highly energetic dogs. I currently play soccer for Forward Madison FC and finish training around midday, therefore having a lot of time for dog walking. I will be available from midday onwards on the majority of days. When walking the dogs I will walk at their speed, having a highly energetic dog at home I am used to faster walks and am able to handle bigger dogs also.

“I needed some last minute help with my senior dog, and Alissa responded back quickly and was able to help me out!! She came to meet our pets and get the layout, and helped us out almost right away! She is very kind and gentle with our Murphy and even gives our two cats some loving even though we booked her for a dog walk! As someone with OCD and anxiety, my brain and body feel comfortable and safe with Alissa taking care of our senior puppy when we aren’t at home. About: Hello my name is Annamaria! I’m about to be a junior here at UW madison pursuing a career in nursing. I am very passionate about healthcare and quality patient care but I always loved animals! I have a lot of experience with dogs and a little with cats (though I am willing to learn). I have owned my dog for 17 years. She was a smaller dog but I also have experience with larger dogs from my step dad’s pitt mix who is now a senior. In addition I have done a lot of work at PAWs Chicago. I have clocked over 150 hours of volunteer service and fostered 14 dogs/puppies and 2 kittens. With fostering I have gained experience in potty training and giving medications of all kinds. With volunteering I have done a lot of dog and cat socialization and walks. Additionally in moving to level 2 volunteering I took a dog behavior class and gained experience in how to detect and react to rough and anxious behavior in pets. I also love going on walks especially in the summer so if you have a pet thats looking for some activity I’m your girl! I have also had experience with parakeets, hamsters, and guinea pigs (it was really easy to convince my mom to get new pets). As Summer approaches and classes our ending I’m looking at a lot of open availability starting May 16 to be flexible to owners needs. In my time volunteering I have seen that animals all have different personalities that can vary situation to situation so I really want to give your animals the space and patience to get to know me on their terms. Caring for my own animals at home incudes giving them the resources, love, and enrichment they need for a fulfilling day.

About: I have experience from dogs, cats, chickens, to reptiles since I was a kid. Definitely know how to be friendly to animals, read body language, and adapt. I routinely pet-sit my elderly neighbor’s tabby, my friend’s tortoiseshell cat and cocker spaniel, my boyfriend’s black lab, and my cousin’s scottish folds. I have been continuously contacted to play, walk, feed, and poop-scoop their pets and enjoy each others company. I am a recent graduate taking a gap year so my schedule is flexible. Plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I follow and respect all given instructions. I also make it a point to reach out whenever there are concerns or to send some updates/pictures. I genuinely care about the well-being of your pets and respecting your time.

About: Hello there! While growing up with dogs it was very clear to me from an early age that dogs are the most warm amazing creatures. While we don't have any pets of our own right now our most recent best friend was a rescue Maltipoo who required special care and I truly adored taking care of her. Which is why you can trust me to love your family member as of it were my own! My typical day is really flexible. l workout in the morning however, I stay at home so I'm lucky my entire day has plenty of time freedom so I can love and cuddle your fur baby 24/7 which is important to me. I grew up in this area and have been here my whole life. My husband and I bought a house in Fitchburg 5 years ago and absolutely love our safe quiet little neighborhood. We have sidewalks and I love walking dogs- most likely wouldn't even see anyone else on our walks because of how quaint it is here. I can easily crate your dog if you prefer but in my home your pet is created like a human and is welcome to sleep in bed with me and to follow me around and be my shadow during the day!
