About: I’ve had dogs every since I can remember, our house always had at least 2 dogs in the family. I was always in charge of walking and feeding them I work 7-5, Monday- Friday! Watching your pet or pets would fit in because I would be able to stay overnight to watch your furry friends. And as far as weekends I don’t work so they would have a pal all day. I care for pets in others homes by first treating their pet like it is my own. And second I treat the house like it is my own also. I want to make sure that the pet I am caring for gets the attention and care he/she needs while the family is away. I am very friendly and love to make connections with new families and their pets.
About: I have been a dog owner for a majority of my life and I have done what ever is needed to take care of them. I will feed, play, bathe, walk, give medicine, and take outside to potty. About: I've had pets my entire life. It has been quite some time since I have owned a dog. I had the best dog of my life and since she passed away I don't think I can endure that loss again. However, I still crave interactions with man's best friend. I very recently lost my 19 year old kitty which has been difficult but I still have a 12yr old rescued cat with bad behaviors lol. I am experienced with providing oral medications and injections. I owned a diabetic cat that unfortunately died from cancer. I also have fish and cardene shrimp. I have cared for reptiles, birds, rats, mice, and other small furry friends. I am an RN but need to spend more time with critters to make my life more balanced and enjoyable. Sure, overtime as an RN pays better, but time spent with animals brings me joy. I have experience training both cats and dogs. I am a remote worker and therefore have a great deal of flexibility. Let me know your needs. I will do my best to accommodate your pet's needs. I keep my cat in the bedroom due to bad behaviors and extreme anxiety making it easy to care for another animal in our home if needed. I do not have a fenced yard but I live in a beautiful subdivision for long walks. I prefer to watch pets in their home to reduce anxiety but if your pet is very social and you prefer they stay in our home, our home is very pet friendly. Our whole family has cats and dogs and they always come to visit and get spoiled. Animals are allowed on furniture and run of our large home.

I would highly recommend Alicia for your pet sitting needs she was amazing with our fur baby! She followed all our instructions and she provided regular updates with pictures that gave us a sense of comfort. She even went above and beyond making sure an important package I received while away was securely placed in the house. Our experience with having Ashley watch our cats while we were on our honeymoon, was nothing short of perfect. She made sure to ask questions about our little guys, including their preferences, their favorite toys and ways to best interact with them, and what really made us feel like she was the right choice, was she made it a priority to do whatever she could to ensure we felt comfortable. She knew our little guy Ralphie, (a very sensitive and socially needy pandemic kitten) was a concern for us when we were gone, because he really needs lots of love and attention, and she sent daily updates along with photos of both boys, and videos of playtime. We felt so at ease knowing she was there with them, and focusing on doing whatever they needed, and it really gave us the opportunity to relax, knowing our little guys were happy at home. We cannot recommend her enough and we will 100% reach out to Ashley the next time we need to go out of town. She was an absolute delight and we are so grateful to have found her!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
