“If I could have given Rebecca more stars I would have. I was leaving my almost 16 yr old dog for a week (a vacation booked a year in advance and to be honest I didn't think I would need a pet sitter) . Chance has mobility and cognitive issues and we hadn't been apart overnight from each other in years. Rebecca came and met myself and Chance. She was very open and asked questions to understand Chance's needs and my wants in terms of care. She was FANTASTIC!!! She was meticulous about his schedule and care. I told her if she had any ideas to improve his life to let me know and she did have a few suggestions that have helped. She stayed in touch with texts and pictures throughout the week. My house was in as good if not better condition than when I left. Chance gained back the 2 pounds he had recently lost before the trip as well as an extra pound. This was just an evening while we had a family wedding but Erin definitely went above and beyond. When she arrived, the garage door keypad wouldn’t open the garage to give her access to our house. After troubleshooting a battery issue, she drove to the wedding venue to pick up one of our garage door openers so we didn’t have to bring one to her! Again I would highly recommend Erin😊
This was our first time using Brooke to watch both our dog and cat in our home. Unfortunately, the day before we were leaving, the dog became sick. We had to get an urgent care appointment the morning of our departure. Needless to say, I was very anxious leaving him with someone I’d just met, and he didn’t know. He was put on 5 different medications and ointments, so I contacted Brooke. She assured me that she had no problem handling the treatments. For the next week, she checked in daily, and taking care of all of our pets needs. I returned to a spotless home and two healthy fur babies! Brooke is excellent! I would confidently recommend her!
