About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for about a decade. I am experienced in taking care of multiple pets in a home and I am also experienced in working with senior/sick dogs and giving oral medications to both cats and dogs. I work full time as a preschool teacher and am also working towards getting my Master's degree so, unfortunately, my availability on the weekdays is limited to when I get out of work after 3:30pm. Unless there is a break from school (i.e. spring break, winter break) or school is closed for holidays, my availability on the weekdays won't change. On weekends, I am fully available unless otherwise stated on the calendar. Trust and safety between us and your pet are top priority to me! I like to meet in advance so you can show me how you like things done and so we can build a rapport. Meeting before our scheduled booking also lets me meet your pet(s)! It helps when I can build a relationship beforehand so that they are more comfortable and it gives you a chance to see how they respond to me. Though I do give pets time to warm up to me as not all are too keen on having strangers in their home. I know how difficult it can be to leave your pet (and home) with a stranger, but I will do anything needed to make you and your pet feel as comfortable with me as possible!

About: Since the day i was born i have had a small zoo in my home. Over the years i have had pets such as cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles and small animals. I absolutely love caring for my animals and it means the world to me to see them healthy and living their best lives! I currently have a 70+ lb pitbull of my own and spend alot of my free time volunteering at an Animal shelter in NJ. Most of that time is spent walking large (sometimes reactive) dogs, so large breeds and strong pullers are not a problem! I am available for drop ins and walks Monday- Friday (and certain weekends). As long as i do not already have a booking, i am usually available too help my fellow animal lovers with their pet care needs! I never leave animals unattended outside ( including fenced in yards). I also assure that all food and treats being offered are approved by the pet parents which i am working with. I also am very careful about keeping dangerous/toxic household items and plants far out of reach of any animals!

About: Growing up, I have always looked after dogs of close friends and family, and have studied nutrition and health, which led me to work at a pet hotel for about a year with almost every dog breed. My responsibilities included prepping food, cleaning, 1 on 1 play, and group play. I have been in charge of up to 20 dogs at 1 time. I also co-own a dog named Luna. The other owner and I had Luna since she was a puppy and she is now 5 years old. I teach obedience/behavior training to many dogs and I develop trust with dogs that is unique to my experience with various breeds. It takes patience and consistency to be a great leader for dogs and I wear my heart on my sleeve for every dog I'm caring for; communication with your dog is key. I currently work part time and make Dog care apart of my every day routine, if I'm not with my dog I'm working with other dogs. He knows not “go” in the house, listens to basic commands, and gets along with people and other dogs well. Therefore we do not have restrictions for him in the house. However, if your dog is not allowed to go into certain areas of the house or onto certain furniture or requires to be put in their cage, I have no problem keeping them out of restricted areas and putting them in their cages before leaving if requested.

About: I have 11 pets, 5 cats 6 reptiles and also maintain my salt water reef tanks. 1 of the cats is a diabetic and the other has hyperthyroidism and I take very great care of all of the animals. I am currently available any day and at any times. I work from home and on my own schedule so I am very flexible with availability. I have a very large home with a fenced yard and a pool. Some pets I dog sit for have loved a nice swim! And I also enjoy going to the park with the dogs and have plenty of cat posts and obstacles around the house for the cats.
