“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”
“Lauren was great! She lives on a beautiful farm just outside of Saratoga that's nice and secluded. Our dog, Bell, can be a little bit skiddish around strangers and new dogs, but Lauren made it really easy on her. She slowly introduced her own pets, which were very sweet, and she made sure that Bell felt safe the whole time. As soon as we got there, Bell jumped on the couch and laid down (very rare for her). Anyway, I immediately knew the stay would be great. Lauren did a wonderful job, kept us updated with pictures, and sent us home with a happy dog. Highly recommend!!!”

Laura was awesome about introducing her dogs one by one and letting him get accustomed to her dogs and her home. About: I grew up with all different kinds of animals as a child, and I had my own dog, which was a Yorkie. I know how to take care of dogs with disabilities and extreme anxiety as I dealt with that with my own dog. I genuinely love all dogs and I can’t wait to be able to have one of my own but for now dog sitting/dog boarding is just what fits with my life. I recently helped take care of a 6 month old puppy in the city even helping with training. I also took care of my roommates 2 Australian shepherds this summer (1 of them does not do well with other dogs at all) and so I had to be extremely careful when taking them on walks/keeping tight hold on the leash. I work from home every day of the week and I have pretty flexible hours and ample time to take care/walk dogs. I would love to have a dog in my own butt unfortunately, New York City is expensive and I thought this was a great way to interact with dogs without having to own one myself. I live right next to a park which I can take the dogs to multiple times per day. I’m also a morning person and love to go for runs and walks before work and if I have a dog staying with me, I would be more than happy to bring them with me.
