“Amber is amazing! She is so considerate, updating us daily about our pups. If there was any concern, she reached out. Our dog Finny ended up having an injury after running in our back yard. She called us immediately and when she couldn’t get a hold of us, she texted and sent a video of the injury, offering to take him to the vet. She provided updates afterwards regularly. We felt at ease knowing they were in such good hands. We HIGHLY recommend her!”

About: Animal care has always been a part of my life. Growing up my dad was a Veterinarian so I spent most of my time outside of school at the animal hospital. I wanted to learn all that I could about animals. Animals have been in my household since birth and the responsibility of caring for them was instilled in me from a very young age. I even worked at a dog daycare briefly. I’m now 26 and couldn’t imagine a life without animal care being a part of it. I’m currently only teaching dance one day a week so I will have plenty of time to care for your furry friends! Flexible hours are a huge plus to choosing me. I will not be offering pet care in my home, as I live in a very small apartment with a cat who does not like other animals. I would be more than happy to accommodate animal care in your home with whatever is needed!

About: I'm very calm and patient with all animals. My style is to allow them to warm to me and once they are comfortable, I enjoy playing and running around with them or giving cuddles. When we go for walks, I'm careful of other dogs and humans.. I have owned a dog most of my young adult life. I can't have one now because of where I live, but I care for my mom's Shepard and I care for my friends' dogs regularly when they go out of town or just can't get home to let them out. And sometimes I just drop in to play a game of catch or take them out for a hike. I have a cat, and he is my world. I'm currently working full time from home, so I can make time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. I live in an apartment, but there are sidewalks all along the development for easy walks and parks and trails nearby. I have a cat but he has his own big room to play and sleep in if your pup doesn't get along with him (he's not aggressive at all, just trepidatious around strangers)

About: I have been an animal lover since I was a young child (when I found out where meat came from at age 4, I became a vegetarian… if that tells you anything!) I was an adoring dog owner until 2023 when my beloved Oak (picture above) went over the rainbow bridge. I haven’t gotten another pup yet, but I love spending time with others’ companions in the meantime while I wait to meet my next soul dog! I am very attentive and encourage owners to give me detailed instructions on feeding, medications, behavioral tendencies, and any little important idiosyncrasies; I know what it’s like to leave your baby with someone else, and building trust alongside solid communication is incredibly important. I’m excited to start this new side quest and meet some new friends (furry ones and human ones alike)! I work from home! So I have flexibility and am good with short notice. Having a pup around brightens my day. It feels like they help me as much as I help them! I live in a pet-friendly building in a walkable part of downtown Glens Falls where we can frolic (leashed of course) to our hearts’ content! I’m right around the corner from the dog park if your pup likes to play with others, if not, we can stroll to Crandall or around town. I will always follow your lead and stick to your pets’ preferred routine. I like to ask questions, send updates/photos, and ensure your pup is feeling at ease while you’re away.

I have personally owned dogs in all sizes and have had no problems dealing with size differences. Willing to provide any special needs or certain requests by owners. My schedule at the moment is very open and I am flexible with working around others' schedules. I can provide the best care and make sure your pets feel safe and comfortable with, and around me. I work full time at a Veterinary Hospital but always have weekends off. A typical day consists of 8-4 or 9-5 and I can always make time before and/or after for my clients. About: I grew up on a farm, which gave me hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, including horses, pigs, rabbits, chickens, ducks, cows, and various small animals. From a young age, I’ve always had dogs and cats in my home, and animal care has been a constant part of my life. I currently work at a dog training facility, where I am continuing to advance my career as a professional dog trainer. On a daily basis, I work with dogs of many breeds, sizes, temperaments, and unique quirks, and I’m confident handling nearly all dogs. I’m experienced in the proper use of training tools such as prong and starmark collars, slip leads, and ecollars. At home, I share my life with four dogs and five cats, further reinforcing my comfort and confidence in multi-pet environments. About: I grew up with a dog, owned a dog of my own from puppy age, have experience watching pets of all ages of friends and family. I understand how important caring for your animal is and will treat it like my own. I'm attentive to their personalities and needs in order to make sure they're getting the proper care and play suited to them! I have a flexible schedule working mostly remote on starting my own business. I have regular lunch times and evenings as well as other times floating. This works for walks as well as house drop ins, and overnight sitting. I have experience caring for dogs and cats however the owners have set their routine. Whether they need lengthy walks, some play time, socialization, or calm time and crate training. I have watched houses with multiple animals needing different meals and medicines. I am attentive to animals having had a dog with significant food allergies and being prone to choking hazards.
