“Tara-Lynn was amazing with my dogs. They felt comfortable with her after a short period of time and she took great care of them while we were away. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous about leaving their babies as I was - she kept me updated and sent pics. I truly appreciated that I was able to relax and enjoy my time away without worry when it came to my boys.”

About: What sets me apart is the genuine care and attention I give every pet. I have a German Shepherd puppy of my own who is currently in training and has already graduated level one classes, so I understand the importance of structure, patience, exercise, and positive reinforcement. He also regularly attends daycare and is very well cared for, which has given me hands-on experience with socialization and daily routines. I know every pet has a different personality and comfort level, and I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to a routine, I treat every pet like family and keep owners updated so they can feel at ease too. I have two cats at home, and caring for my cats has taught me how important patience, gentleness, and respecting each animal’s personality is. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, playtime, litter box care, and giving cats the calm attention they need to feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away! Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I’m great with time management and already structure my days around caring for animals. I currently work twice a month at the hospital as a Patient Care Tech, and I also work retail shifts at the outlets that are usually only 5–6 hours long. This gives me plenty of flexibility and time to provide attentive care, walks, playtime, feeding, and updates for pets. Since I also care for my own dog daily, pet care is already an important part of my everyday life. I am an early riser and can stay up as long as your pet needs! I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it helps them stay comfortable in a familiar environment and keeps their normal routine consistent. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, feeding, fresh water, and lots of care while their owners are away. I also pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I’m respectful of clients’ homes, keep things clean and organized, and provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.
“10 out of 10 I highly recommend Sue was beyond great with Koda, he came home tired and so happy, he cried once Sue left! Sue was very responsive she gave us so many pictures and Koda had an amazing time she is very responsive and reliable!”

“Adriana was perfect. She handled Loki’s anxiety perfectly. She stayed in constant contact and sent many photos. We would definitely book her again. After her 10 day in home sitting we couldn’t even tell someone had been in the home as she left it emaculate. We feel she went above and beyond”

“I 100% highly recommend Mark to watch your babies. He is trust worthy, communicative, and reliable. Not only did I contact him with less than 24 hours notice, he followed my every direction perfectly and documented the whole experience via text with pictures. With a great sense of humor i appreciate while not being home, I would absolutely re-hire Mark again to watch my pups.”

“Jaimi and her dog Hobbs are wonderful! She took great care of our dog and home. We are so glad we found her. Our pup is already asking when they can come play again.”

“Brittney was a wonderful sitter for our fur baby, she took great care of her! She sent pictures and updates, left the house spotless - we were so pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!”

“Jess was great! She came and did a meet and greet with us and Riley was excited to meet her. She was on time, friendly, and took great care of our pup (and kitty) while we were out of town for a wedding! She sent daily updates, was super communicative, and did a great job making us feel better our first time leaving our fur babies. We’ll definitely be using her in the future!”

“Brendan was wonderful! My German shepherds have a lot of separation anxiety and often will not eat the entire time I am away, they ate just about every meal and seemed very calm and happy when I arrived home! Would highly recommend!!”

About: As a child I was always drawn to animals and their pure spirits. I have extensive experience with pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, mice) and foster rabbits with a local rabbit rescue in my home. I have 10+ years of experience with small dogs and mid-sized dogs with a specialization in the needs of brachycephalic breeds like shih tzu's, bulldogs, Frenchies and more. I am versed in first aid for small animals and dogs. Can't forget the kitties! I have yet to meet a kitty I didn't love. I strongly feel like they need love too and look forward to caring for them in your home where the majority of them are the most comfortable. I am a stay at home/work from home mom who is looking forward to instilling a love of animals for my son as he gets older. My days typically look calm and chill as I spend a lot of them in my workshop or outside enjoying the nice weather with my animals. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule as I tend to my rabbits, rabbit fosters, guinea pig and two dogs of my own, Selune and Rosie. I look forward to going to where your pet feels most comfortable and establishing a calm and comforting presence for them. As someone who understands how important it is to keep pets from becoming stressed during owner vacations, I pride myself on the ability to go to meet your animals on their own turf and level in order to create the least amount of stress possible. I am happy to take walks off your plate if you are busy at work and ensure your pet is getting the level of attention and love you would provide yourself if you could during a busy work day. I am trustworthy and neat in terms of house sitting, stick to designated areas you allow me to inhabit during the stay, and ensure your pet and your home is safe and secure while you're away.
“Brandy housesat our 5 month old pup while we were visiting Johnsburg for a wedding! She was super responsive and flexible! She sent us pictures every few hours and kept us updated! Great experience!”

About: Hello! My name is Joyce. I’ve been taking care of my doggie, Chiquita, for the last 15 years of my life and counting! I’ve walked her, fed her, bathed her, taken her to the vet, took care of her post-op, loved her, and never stopped petting her. Now that she’s a senior and requires senior care, which I've been tending to and been very attentive to, I can service other senior dogs! My entire family knows how fond I am of animals and my fur baby, I am now my older sister's personal dog-sitter! I take care of her large mixed breed, 2 year old Bella! She loves traveling and when she cannot take Bella with her, I go to her home and drop in or stay overnight! I wash Bella’s face in the morning, wash her plates and feed her, give her a shower if needed, take her out for some air, come back home and play with her! All dependent on my schedule. I’m currently an enrolled college student and come back home for breaks and vacations. So I open up my availability whenever I know i’m going back home to fill my time up taking care of some doggies. This gives me something to do while I’m back home :) As of now- I’m at the college over the summer and there’s ample space in my suite to take care of a dog at a time! I mentioned before that I have my senior dog, Chiquita, but she barely leaves her room and likes being away either sleeping or on a bed relaxing. Therefore, there’s an extremely high chance Chiquita would not see your dog. Bella usually visits a lot because my older sister likes to surprise me with her! Bella is extremely friendly, and has never hurt a soul, not even a fly. She’s very playful and usually when she comes over, loves being in the living room. Which is where your doggie would be at mostly if they come over. Bella- who is the only dog that could possibly interact with your dog- is up to date with all of her vaccines. Lastly, always remember, I will be treating your pet like my own. I’ll make sure they’re safe, talk with them, love them and care for them. I know and understand how important it is to make sure they’re safe in the hands of another person and I can make a promise from me to you, I’ll be there for them! No worries. All that’s really left for you to do is book me or message me for any questions or concerns!
About: I have been an animal lover since I was a young child (when I found out where meat came from at age 4, I became a vegetarian… if that tells you anything!) I was an adoring dog owner until 2023 when my beloved Oak (picture above) went over the rainbow bridge. I haven’t gotten another pup yet, but I love spending time with others’ companions in the meantime while I wait to meet my next soul dog! I am very attentive and encourage owners to give me detailed instructions on feeding, medications, behavioral tendencies, and any little important idiosyncrasies; I know what it’s like to leave your baby with someone else, and building trust alongside solid communication is incredibly important. I’m excited to start this new side quest and meet some new friends (furry ones and human ones alike)! I work from home! So I have flexibility and am good with short notice. Having a pup around brightens my day. It feels like they help me as much as I help them! I live in a pet-friendly building in a walkable part of downtown Glens Falls where we can frolic (leashed of course) to our hearts’ content! I’m right around the corner from the dog park if your pup likes to play with others, if not, we can stroll to Crandall or around town. I will always follow your lead and stick to your pets’ preferred routine. I like to ask questions, send updates/photos, and ensure your pup is feeling at ease while you’re away.
“This was our first time using a house/dog sitter in this area and I was nervous. My very active dogs love Alissa. We were updated frequently with pictures and our house was just as we left it.”

About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was a little girl. I have walked and cared for many animals. I have experience volunteering at local animal shelters as well. I am currently a teacher, and I am looking for summer work to keep me busy! I hope you consider me when looking for the perfect match to care for your animals! I will have plenty of time to care for your animals, as I am a teacher and have an open schedule in the summer! I have no problem waking up early, or traveling for work! I am very respectful when it comes to caring for animals, I have my own pets and understand the value of hiring someone you can trust. “Laura was amazing and so essential to helping us get Colt from our wedding venue to our air bnb! She sent us absolutely amazing photos of Colt and took such good care of him. We can’t thank her enough!!”

At home, I share my life with four dogs and five cats, further reinforcing my comfort and confidence in multi-pet environments.
