About: With years of hands on experience caring for a variety of pets, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their unique needs. From my own furry family of 3 dogs, 4 cats, a bunny, and a horse, I’ve learned the importance of being attentive, patient, and nurturing. My studies in Animal Science at CSU have further equipped me with the knowledge to care for pets with expertise and compassion. Whether it's administering medication, providing enrichment activities, or simply offering companionship, I ensure that every pet under my care feels safe, loved, and well cared for. With my current class schedule, I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. On most days, my classes are spread out, leaving me with large blocks of free time in the late morning, early afternoon, and evening. This allows me to be available for multiple visits throughout the day to ensure your pets receive the attention and care they need. Whether it's morning feedings, midday walks, or evening check-ins, I can easily fit pet care into my routine without any conflict. In caring for pets at clients' homes, I prioritize creating a comfortable and familiar environment for them. I follow a detailed routine based on your pet’s specific needs, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special care instructions. I ensure that their living space remains clean and safe, and I offer plenty of attention and enrichment to keep them happy. I also maintain open communication with you to update you on how your pet is doing and address any concerns promptly. My goal is to provide seamless, loving care that makes your pet feel as comfortable as possible while you're away.
“Natalie is a great sitter. Will book her again. She's a quick learner and was timely with her visits and giving cats medication and providing me with pics each visit. When she came over to return the keys Freddie was excited to see her! That's an awesome review in itself!”

About: We have a chihuahua mix at home but take care of our neighbors dogs too. Love a good dog walk and playtime! Enjoy cats and taking care of them as well. I have summers off so I am available during the week and some weekends as well. I can be available during most times and can’t wait to play with your pets! Drop in pet care service with no overnight abilities. Happy to stop by and feed, play, or walk your pet. Or just as simple as letting your dog out for a potty break if that is all you need.
“Amie has great communication, is thoughtful and thorough. Our cats really enjoy having her when we are away and seem very comfortable with her. We are always grateful when Amie is available to take care of our furry family! She's excellent every time!”
“I am so happy Sara is on Rover! She has watched my cats and dogs for years. Knowing Sara is caring for my animals gives me peace of mind. She checks in on my girls while I am at work. I know my pets are safe with Sara. Just meeting her you can tell she truly loves animals! Penelope & Mille are so excited to see Sara again soon! Thanks, Sara!!”

“Annelie was great! She went above and beyond taking care of my antisocial little cat. Everything was so tidy when I returned and even though my Finley refused to come say hello, I know she was very happy to be fed and taken care of while we were gone. Can't recommend Annelie enough and will definitely request her next time!”

“Kelsi took care of my dog Lucy while I was away for along weekend. She did great! Really communicative, timely, took a photo each time, aligned on expectations ahead of time, and took great care of my girl. Would be very happy to have her come back.”

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I really enjoy caring for all animals and i’m looking forward to care for yours as if they were my own! I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!
“Marissa has been wonderful! She has gone above and beyond to take care of my kitty cats. She is very detailed and professional, and I always look forward to her updates!”

About: I have always had a big heart for animals since I was a little girl. Constantly helping with my family’s dogs and now that we’re all older and on our own, my siblings still choose me to help oversee care for their dogs when they’re out of town. I have past experience as a vet assistant (little over a year.) With this I have learned just how different each dog, or cat, can be and therefore I can approach care that is best fitted for them :) I’m a flight attendant so I’m gone 4-5 days at a time but tend to be home an average of 15 days a month. With this type of schedule it allows me to have plenty of free time to keep myself active and having a little friend to walk with would just add to it! I’m currently just a cat owner but do go take care of my siblings and parents dogs. They all have big yards that allow for them to play catch with a ball or just sniff around. Also have good areas to walk each of their dogs to keep them moving!
About: I’ve had animals my entire life. From dogs to hermit crabs, kitties to turtles. But dogs have always had my heart the most! (🤫 don’t tell the others) I am a very calm and steady person and have always had a comforting effect on animals and people alike. Caregiving is something I come by naturally. So when I’m given the responsibility to care for someone, I take that very seriously. And I enjoy it! I will make sure your precious fur child feels safe, loved, and has so much fun! And I’m always happy to provide pictures and updates of their adventures along the way! I have a very flexible schedule at the moment. I’m available at most times during the day and able to move around my own schedule when needed. I love taking them for walks, playing with them and giving them lots of attention. I would very much appreciate knowing what your routine is, or what your expectations are for your pets care. I will stick as closely as possible to what your fur baby knows and loves.
“Denise has done several drop in visits for our bulldogs, she was on time, kept me updated, sent cute photos, and my dogs loved being let outside mid-day! I would recommend her. we will continue to ise her services”

Emma was my first choice for a sitter, and I was not wrong! She was on time for our meet and greet, she was very considerate of our wishes, and she went above and beyond. I forgot to set out a pretty important tool for her to complete her task. Thankfully Emma found the tool and resolved the issue! We will call on her again, she is worth it!
