About: The first cat I ever fell in love with was when I was 12. My grandparents had adopted a kitten and I stayed the night the first night they brought him home. Guinness (the cat) is what made me fall in love with cats. He’s still around to this day and one of the sweetest ever and I’m so thankful I also have one of my own who has just further deepened my love for them. I live in a wooded area with large lots and long meandering roads for walks that are away from busy roads. I am home full time since I retired and love to walk, so your dog will get lots of exercise staying with me. I usually only take one dog at a time, however if you have 2 pets from the same household, I would take both. I would also take 2 dogs, each from different households, if both pet parents agree. I will give full attention to your pet during boarding, doggy day care, drop in visits, and walks. I will love and play with them and follow any specific instructions for pet care you have. About: I have always had a big heart for animals since I was a little girl. Constantly helping with my family’s dogs and now that we’re all older and on our own, my siblings still choose me to help oversee care for their dogs when they’re out of town. I have past experience as a vet assistant (little over a year.) With this I have learned just how different each dog, or cat, can be and therefore I can approach care that is best fitted for them :) I’m a flight attendant so I’m gone 4-5 days at a time but tend to be home an average of 15 days a month. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. I worked at the humane society of Huron valley and have for about 1 year previously and previously worked at a boarding facility for cats and dogs.My current job is a vet receptionist/ vet assistant at VCA of Hamburg. I have experience with just about every kind of animal that you could keep as a pet. I have experience feeding them, cleaning their kennels/cages, medicating the dogs (we do not medicate the cats where I work), walking them and some small bits of clicker/leash training as well. I would love to care for your fur baby! My availability is I am free the full day on Tuesdays and Sundays otherwise it would be around my work schedule . Every other day of the week it would have to be after I get off of work, typically I am off between the 6pm-7pm range. It is my full time job to take care of animals, it is something I have always had a passion for and I was lucky enough to make a career out of it. I would not be able to provide boarding as I live in a small apartment with 2 cats who are not fond of dogs. In your home though I am willing to pretty much do whatever you would like, I’m comfortable crating animals, walking them, cleaning up after them….etc

We allow animals on all furniture within our home and in our bed to sleep at night, we also have a pallet dog bed available in our room. We are available most nights and weekends and are willing to keep your pup for an extended period of time. We would love schedule a day to meet you and your dog soon!
“My husband and I were looking last minute for someone to walk our dog while we were out of town for a few days. Kimberly responded to our inquiry very promptly and set up a meet and greet with us. She was very professional and friendly and sent us photos and visit summaries after each walk. She even stayed to throw the ball for him inside when it was pouring outside, so he could get some more exercise. We will definitely contact Kimberly again and would recommend her!”
About: I currently work as a veterinary assistant part time which I am incredibly passionate about! I love working with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, reptiles, exotics, rodents. I am highly familiar with medication administration including injections, as well as aftercare following surgery, and I have lots of enrichment ideas for your pets to have a blast while theyre in my care! I treat every animal as if they were my own- with the utmost care, I hope to leave you feeling stress free while your baby is taken care of❤️ I currently work part time in Mason as a veterinary assistant. I plan to start veterinary nursing school in the fall so for now I have availability throughout the week for drop ins, walks, or even some overnight stays I do not have an environment at my house for dogs such as a fenced in yard but I do know of wonderful dog parks!

We picked them because they only take 1 dog at a time, they charged the same amount as it would be to board in a kennel, but he got the 1 on 1 love and attention from them and in the comfort of their beautiful home. It was just like going to grandma grandpa's house! We did a meet and greet the day before and my dog seem comfortable with them from the moment we walked in.
