About: The first cat I ever fell in love with was when I was 12. My grandparents had adopted a kitten and I stayed the night the first night they brought him home. Guinness (the cat) is what made me fall in love with cats. He’s still around to this day and one of the sweetest ever and I’m so thankful I also have one of my own who has just further deepened my love for them. I usually only take one dog at a time, however if you have 2 pets from the same household, I would take both. I would also take 2 dogs, each from different households, if both pet parents agree. I will give full attention to your pet during boarding, doggy day care, drop in visits, and walks. I will love and play with them and follow any specific instructions for pet care you have. About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I have an outdoor kennel for nice days if they need to be outside for a little while.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!

About: I have always had a big heart for animals since I was a little girl. Constantly helping with my family’s dogs and now that we’re all older and on our own, my siblings still choose me to help oversee care for their dogs when they’re out of town. I have past experience as a vet assistant (little over a year.) About: I have pets from cats to pugs to rottweilers so I'm very comfortable working with both small and bigger dogs! I've had pets my whole life, my family used to foster dogs so I've been caring for all kinds of dogs since I was a kid. I have done drop in's with friends and families pets while they were on vacation. I've worked with pets that take time to trust and can tell when a dog is uncomfortable and needs space/a break. I also have experience working with special foods/medications. Littles, seniors, and everything in between are welcome I've worked with them all in my personal life! I'm a full time university student trying to put myself through college! I'm home for the summer and my schedule is extremely flexible! I'm willing to work holidays. I'm able to follow owners' requests for their pet whether that be using command words, crating, feeding, playing, walking, litter boxes, light grooming. Any routines or training you have I'm more then willing to impliment them into my visit!

About: I have owned cats my entire life and our family currently have 6 cats (2 are my daughter’s). We have a Miniature Australian Shepard named Rooney! In the past our family had a Brittany Spaniel named Sydney and a Maltese named Jeter. They have all taught me something different, not to mention that just when you think you KNOW everything about animals, you learn something new! 🤣🐾 When it comes to experience, I have my 18-year old daughter to thank for introducing me to the pet care field and helping to grow my experience with farm animals (horses, goats, pigs, donkeys, sheep, chickens, ducks, and the occasional stray barn cat🥰🐾) as well as cats and dogs. You can’t be too careful and sometimes an animals’ “signs” for need or distress can be quite subtle. So I never just pop in and out, but rather I facilitate well-visits! That means carefully following your detailed instructions and care notes. I always welcome as much input from you, along with a Meet and Greet prior to caring for your fur babies, so you can introduce us, help create trust, and provide me with the important details of your day-to-day routine. This helps me to best provide routine and structure (mixed with lots of spoiling and extra treats) for your little ones. About: I have had dogs in my life since I was little. My parents got a puppy when I was born and we grew up together. I now have two fur babies of my own, a dog named Nala and a cat named Barbie. I currently work a full time job as a preschool teacher so I have time to care for your fur babies on the weekend the most or on the weekdays at 5pm. It would be best suited for me to care your babies at their homes. I would make sure to get a good idea of what their daily routine looks like at home so I can keep them feeling comfortable and relaxed.

I really appreciated their fenced yard and their flexibility and understanding that my dog was not perfectly trained, she still jumps and does not go for walks calmly. It was clear that Jenna's family was going to provide the same loving attention and lots of activity (playing with their dogs) my dog receives at home.
