“This is the second time Megan has watched my dog (6 days this time) and once again she was fantastic. My dog got in some hiking, tug-of-war with Cassie and was allowed to relax anywhere in her house. She does a good job of providing pictures and updates throughout the visit. I highly recommend!”

She sent frequent photo and text updates while we were on our international trip and quelled any anxiety we had about leaving him along for a long period of time AND being across an ocean. She was always professional and most importantly, a great surrogate mom to our puppy. She went above and beyond and we would highly recommend to any dog owner who needs to board their dog for a trip!”

About: My whole life I’ve grown up with large German Shepards as well as babysitting many family and friends dogs over the years. I also have experience taking care of dogs who need a little more care, taking pills, special routines, etc. I am also the mom of a 1 year old Pug! I’m currently working full time at home and occasionally travel, but I am based out of my home office. I can let your pet out every few hours and play and walk throughout the day, just like I do with my dog! I life on 4 partially wooded acres. We do not have a fence but I do have a lead and stake in the yard I use personally for my dog. I always keep pets on a leash. We have a large home and plenty of room to play and snuggle.

“Shannon has cared for our 16 month old Wheaten Terrier twice in the last couple of months. Shannon takes wonderful care of our Ruby, so much so that when we pass by the road she lives on while out for our walks, Ruby wants to go visit. Shannon is kind and patient dealing with puppy behaviors. I feel confident leaving Ruby, knowing she will be well cared for and happy at Shannon's.”

She sent pictures everyday of his daily 'patrol' of the perimeter of her yard (!), and his lazy afternoons sleeping on a comfy dog bed. She had several other dogs present throughout his stay, and always appeared in command of the chaos! We're very impressed with Stephanie, and happy to find a reliable, trustworthy sitter.
