About: I'm a mature pet/house sitter who will take great care of your pets and leave your house as clean as you left it and perhaps cleaner. I stay at your house every night leaving only for errands or a lunch/dinner out. I enjoy getting your pet outside for walks and play. I have taken care of cats, goats, chickens, horses, a mule and a donkey, I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am retired so I am very flexible but prefer a few days notice, however if you need a pet/house sitter on a same day notice it's possible I can accommodate you. I have a minimum 2 night stay requirement, also, if you need just one evening that is a possibility as well, it just depends on where you are located. I will care for your pet in your home in the way that you instruct me to. If you have special commands I will need to know about them. If you would like to meet me before starting your job we can schedule a FaceTime chat or I can meet face to face with reasonable notice.

About: I have experience with all types of temperaments and breeds in all phases of life. My approach towards dogs is that they should receive ample stimulation through individualized exercise needs, walks that allow for lots of sniffing, and play time that allows your dog to feel like they accomplished a mission! EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: senior care, reactive dogs, fearful dogs, service animals, puppy training, grooming, nail trims, administering medications, general training PET SITTING EXPERIENCE - I have pet sit for many friends over the past few years. I have bonded closely with each of them and think of them each as my little friends! I am dedicated to providing timely potty breaks, ample and diverse stimulation, and exercise. I have experience administering medications, grooming, nail trimming, and training. REACTIVE DOGS - I helped train and raise my parents dog, a reactive rescue named Thunder. Through a gentle and persistent approach, I trained him to recall on demand, tamed biting tendencies, and blttust humans again. In his older years I have learned how to encourage eating following a medical event that left him with no appetite. - I also have experience pet sitting a high energy herding dog who needed minimum of a 2 hours of exercise per day an struggled with resource guarding. With patience, I helped train him to share toys and use his inside voice when he demands something! - When living in Cincinnati with my Shiba, we would spend 10+ hours per week at the local dog park. Here I learned de-escalation with aggressive and unpredictable dogs. SERVICE ANIMALS - In college I helped a friend train a Labrador from 8 weeks old to be a Leader Dog for the Blind. I learned how to crate train, potty train, stop at crosswalks, and train a dogs to be in public spaces through the use positive reinforcement and slow immersion of new situations. - My first (and current) dog is a Shiba Inu, a breed notorious for their stubbornness. I trained him like a service animal (although he is not registered) and he regularly goes to public spaces like crowded festivals, dog friendly music venues, and dog friendly businesses and if often complimented for his calm behavior and ability to sit patiently. I am a full time pet sitter who can do visits morning to evening Monday to Sunday. I travel often and only decline clients when I have a trip planned. I will tailor frequency and duration to your pets needs. I am able to provide all of the following: walks, play time, grooming, nail trims, administering medications, special requests, some training.

About: I have had a love for animals my entire life, especially dogs. Since the age of six to 23 I was responsible for my family’s dogs in regards to walking, playing, and feeding them. I have a Bernedoodle, Fry, who is a very social goofball who will definitely keep your pup company. As well as a goldendoodle, Rory, who is more of a couch potato. Our fenced yard has direct access to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! I work Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm, but I able to work remotely when providing care! My fiancé and I are home every weekend. I typically utilize the Lakeland Trail for a morning and afternoon walk with my dogs! In my home dogs are allowed on the furniture but I do have a large crate available if needed. We have baby gates if needed to give your dog its own space. We have dog beds all around the house and a large crate of toys. Our large backyard is fenced and connects directly to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! Our home is equipped with a surveillance system.

“I am so thankful for Hannah taking care of my cat while I was out of town. I had to leave last minute for my dads funeral and memorial services. The washing machine flooded the basement, ankle deep, the night before the flight out- not the only disaster. With Hannah / Rover, my kitty was one thing that was in good hands, one less worry. I messed up dates on the app, Hannah fixed it. She called me to let me know the power was shut off so I was able to fix it same day. I accidentally ordered a bunch of books that got delivered after we left, she brought them in. 10/10 would recommend. Happy happy cat and everything good when we got back.”

About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.

About: Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve always been a huge dog lover and have cared for dogs through friends, family, and neighbors over the years. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and giving dogs plenty of love and attention. I’m also very dependable and will treat your dog like they’re my own. My background in healthcare has taught me to be patient, responsible, and attentive to details, and I’ll always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being. I’ll be moving to Wyoming on October 5 for a short-term job as I prepare for graduate school, and I’ll have a very flexible schedule leading up to that. From September 16 through October 5, I’ll have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and will make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I’m available for both weekday and weekend bookings during this time. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. I’m a very responsible and attentive person, and I understand that every dog has their own routine, personality, and needs. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, crating, and anything else your pet needs.
