About: I am a college student at Grand Valley State University. I am home for the summer, I have grown up with animals my whole life, and I absolutely love them! Pet care fits into my routine by being something I prioritize every day. Since I have five cats and one Beagle, I have responsibilities like feeding them, cleaning litter boxes, walking my dog, and making sure they're healthy and happy. Being a college student has taught me how to balance these responsibilities with classes, studying, and other commitments. I make sure pets are fed on time, have fresh water, get exercise and attention, and have a clean-living space. Since I care for five cats and one Beagle at home, I'm comfortable managing multiple pets and following a daily routine. In a client's home, I would carefully follow their care instructions, keep the pets comfortable, and treat both their pets and home with respect.

About: Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve always been a huge dog lover and have cared for dogs through friends, family, and neighbors over the years. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and giving dogs plenty of love and attention. I’m also very dependable and will treat your dog like they’re my own. My background in healthcare has taught me to be patient, responsible, and attentive to details, and I’ll always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being. I’ll be moving to Wyoming on October 5 for a short-term job as I prepare for graduate school, and I’ll have a very flexible schedule leading up to that. From September 16 through October 5, I’ll have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and will make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I’m available for both weekday and weekend bookings during this time. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. I’m a very responsible and attentive person, and I understand that every dog has their own routine, personality, and needs. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, crating, and anything else your pet needs. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I have 5+ years experience caring for dogs! My neighbors, family friends, and other have trusted me to take care of their pets with dignity. I currently have my own business training and raising hunting dogs! I work full time during the week 7:30-4:30 which is why weekends work best for me! I’m also able to take my hour lunch early or late if pet care is needed during the weekdays! I understand the importance of respecting an owners wishes on how their pet is cared for in and out of their home. I have 4 dogs of my own that are my whole world. I will treat your pet like mine. Regarding trust and environment, I arrange meet and greets prior to bookings or scheduled dates with new clients to help your beloved pet become familiar with me and build trust naturally, reducing stress and fear when the time comes. I also stay within settings where your pet feels most comfortable, or I may take them to a nearby park to give your pet a chance to explore and enjoy. Ultimately, it’s all based on your preferences. 💖

I’ve had 5 cats, 4 dogs, & 1 rabbit in my lifetime, & now, due to my living situation, I am unable to have my own furry pal. If you aren’t comfortable with my son being around, I am available Wed-Fri for solo pet care! My husband is home those days! I understand that all pets have different boundaries & quirks. About: I walk 10,000 steps a day and would love to talk your dog along for a long walk. I've taken care of pets my whole life and love to volunteer in local shelters. I can teach your dog a few tricks, get all their zoomies out with a nice run, and give them all the frisbee, ball, tug of war, hide and seek, etc. playtime that they might want. I can also provide extra care to anxious, reactive, older, post surgery, and/or disabled pets. I have some dog training experience and can help your dog be more comfortable with other dogs, other people, address triggers, reduce pulling on the leash, etc. During our walks, your pets will play, relax, and make new doggie friends all the time with careful introductions and lots of happy moments. Looking to build long term working relationships with my clients and new pet friends. You can always reach me when I'm pet sitting if you ever have a question, I am always just a phone call or a text away. My schedule is very flexible and I like to be outside as much as possible when it comes to spending time with pets. I am avaliable on weekends, weekdays, and can be open to last minute changes. I always make sure the pets have food and a fresh bowl of water. After that I like to build some trust with sniffs and treats, see if they know any tricks. Once the pet is comfortable it's time for a walk and/or playtime to get all the pent up energy out. I think playtime is the most happy time for pets so I always to engage in a few different kinds of games until I find one that they love. This way the pets are happy and comfortable and can happily nap for the rest of the day after we are done.
