About: Hi! I’m Mariah, a lifelong animal lover and proud pet parent to a big, goofy dog and two sweet cats. While I’m new to professional pet care, I’ve spent years caring for my own animals and know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family. I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting—and I bring a calm, playful, and structured approach to every visit. About: I have had a love for animals my entire life, especially dogs. Since the age of six to 23 I was responsible for my family’s dogs in regards to walking, playing, and feeding them. I have a Bernedoodle, Fry, who is a very social goofball who will definitely keep your pup company. As well as a goldendoodle, Rory, who is more of a couch potato. Our fenced yard has direct access to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! I work Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm, but I able to work remotely when providing care! My fiancé and I are home every weekend. I typically utilize the Lakeland Trail for a morning and afternoon walk with my dogs! In my home dogs are allowed on the furniture but I do have a large crate available if needed. We have baby gates if needed to give your dog its own space. We have dog beds all around the house and a large crate of toys. Our large backyard is fenced and connects directly to the Lakeland Trail, perfect for walks! Our home is equipped with a surveillance system.

About: I’ve owned numerous dogs in my life & have become my neighborhood dog walker because of it! I would love the opportunity to get to expand the community of doggies I see everyday. I am available to drop-in and/or walk your dog Monday through Thursday, between 10-4pm! I am also available to stay for up to an hour per visit! I am an active person that enjoys exercise but I also love nature so I can go at whatever speed your dog prefers. I am a graduate student at MSU so I keep a busy schedule, but I will always find time for your pets and treat them as my own! Although I am not certified I have trained my own dogs and can adjust to whatever level of obedience you are looking to attain. I also volunteer at an animal sanctuary so I have experience with all kinds of animals besides just cats and dogs. I learned how to crate train, potty train, stop at crosswalks, and train a dogs to be in public spaces through the use positive reinforcement and slow immersion of new situations. - My first (and current) dog is a Shiba Inu, a breed notorious for their stubbornness. I trained him like a service animal (although he is not registered) and he regularly goes to public spaces like crowded festivals, dog friendly music venues, and dog friendly businesses and if often complimented for his calm behavior and ability to sit patiently. I am a full time pet sitter who can do visits morning to evening Monday to Sunday. I travel often and only decline clients when I have a trip planned.
