About: Since the summer after my freshman year of high school, I’ve provided dog-walking, boarding, and house sitting services to neighbors in my small town. It’s something I’ve really enjoyed, so I’ve decided to carry that passion with me into college. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs, from energetic puppies to seniors, and I’ve had dogs my entire life, which has given me a lot of experience and confidence in caring for them! My dog, Ivy, has a chronic illness, so I am well versed with medication administration or special requests. I am currently an undergrad nursing student at UofM, so I know a thing or two about medication from that as well. Thank you so much for your interest — I look forward to spending time with your fur baby! I currently have a part time job for the summer, but otherwise keep my schedule free. I take care of my own dog everyday and provide lots of exercise and walks. I always make safety, trust, and a positive environment my top priorities when caring for pets. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and temperaments, so I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs and personality. I make sure they’re always secure on walks, use proper equipment, and stay aware of their surroundings to avoid any potential hazards.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!

There is always someone to love them and someone there for your animals needs. We have a big field for pets. Two dogs that roam as they please. They are trained to stay in the yard. One pet must be tethered, he gets 100 ft of chain to adventure. We live on dirt roads and have plenty of space to run all the energy out of your pups. We also can care for quiet and gentle pets. We accommodate whoever visits our home, the Hideout.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old, I had a shih-tzu that I raised and currently have an alaskan klee kai that is my soul dog. I LOVE both dogs and cats, they are such a light in this world. My friend and I used to dog sit for her neighbor once a month, and I dog walked for my neighbor every day for two years, as well as dog sat for her whenever she went on vacation! I know I may not have experience on this app specifically, but I have lots of experience in real life and I would be a great fit for your needs! I’m currently looking for a part time job so I can go back to college, and my friend suggested I check out rover, which I LOVE the idea of! I will also be moving to Lansing very soon! I can crate your animals if needed, take them on walks, feed and water them, play with them, snuggle on them, give them medication, whatever you need I can do as long as it’s safe to do it! About: I grew up with 5 dogs and 4 cats, I have years of experience with all dogs and cats! I always watched our pets when my parents would be out of town I’m currently a college student and I work part time. My availability is random since I am busy often but text me and I will let you know if I am available! In your home I would make sure no messes were made and if so I would clean it up perfectly! I will let them out whenever they need it and play with them whenever they’re bored.

About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals since I was very little and have over 10 years of experience. I currently have 2 large dogs of my own and have owned other dogs and small animals in the past. And while I haven’t owned them, I have taken care of cats and reptiles in the past as well. I previously worked at a dog daycare for 3 years, and I’m currently working at a veterinary hospital. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds, and working at the vet has given me much more insight into animal care as well. I have experience with the following: senior pets, handicapped dogs, anxious pets, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. That being said, I always make time for cuddles and other activities to try to keep your pets at ease so that going on a trip is just as relaxing for your pets as it is for you.

About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.
