About: Since the summer after my freshman year of high school, I’ve provided dog-walking, boarding, and house sitting services to neighbors in my small town. It’s something I’ve really enjoyed, so I’ve decided to carry that passion with me into college. If you are within ~15 minutes of either where I am or where my classes are, my price for drop-ins is discounted to $15 instead of $25. I also do not have house sitting open right now due to classes but feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss it to see if I might be able to accept it. :) I can easily crate your pets if needed and I'm good with leashes/harnesses. I never leave doors open, so you won't have to worry about your pets escaping.
About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals since I was very little and have over 10 years of experience. I currently have 2 large dogs of my own and have owned other dogs and small animals in the past. And while I haven’t owned them, I have taken care of cats and reptiles in the past as well. I previously worked at a dog daycare for 3 years, and I’m currently working at a veterinary hospital. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds, and working at the vet has given me much more insight into animal care as well. I have experience with the following: senior pets, handicapped dogs, anxious pets, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. That being said, I always make time for cuddles and other activities to try to keep your pets at ease so that going on a trip is just as relaxing for your pets as it is for you.

About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
