“Heather is great! She is extremely responsive and communicative, but more importantly Billy is obsessed with her. Heather is always on time and is Billy’s favorite part of the day.”

About: I have taken care of animals from as large as a horse, steer, and mama pigs to as little as goldfish, turtles, and stray kittens! I am currently a nursing student so I am in the hospital part time. My schedule varies but if I am in the hospital I will let you know how that may affect care if it will affect care at all :) My own animals have a big ole yard with an electric fence as well as a privacy fence on one side of the yard! I live an active lifestyle and often go on walks or hikes with my dog. My own puppy banjo loves to go on runs with me! Keeping your pet safe and happy is a priority! They are apart of the family and it’s important to keep those kitties purring and those doggy tails wagging!

About: I don't just walk your fur baby; I truly love bonding with them, which ultimately means happier, more comfortable pups. I also love being able to get my steps in so your kiddo will get longer, more fulfilling walks rather than just quick bathroom breaks. I currently maintain our mini zoo at our home of cats, dogs, fish, and chicken so I am available anytime between 10:30 am and 4 pm on any given day. Depending on the circumstance and request, I am also willing to do night walks/check in sesh after 630 pm. I have a fenced in back yard and an enclosed doggio. We do have a reactive dog that lives in our home so I am unable to do any doggy play dates but we walk him everyday so I understand first hand needing to get those walks in! Our cats demand play time as well and each have their own particular way of enjoying to play whether it be chasing a string, or a jingle ball. We even have two cats that we play fetch with!

About: Hi there! I have over 15 years of professional animal care experience, including 6 years as a zookeeper—so when I say no pet is too big, small, or exotic, I mean it! From house pets like dogs and cats to reptiles, birds, and other exotic animals, I've worked with a wide variety of species and temperaments. Whether your dog needs structured walks, your cat needs a calm and patient sitter, or your parrot thrives on enrichment and routine, I’m fully prepared to provide expert, attentive care. I’m experienced in administering medications (oral, topical, injectable), working with senior and special-needs animals, and understanding subtle animal behavior cues—skills I developed both in private pet care and during my time in zoological settings. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I’m reliable, communicative, and always happy to send updates, photos, and videos so you can enjoy peace of mind. I look forward to meeting your beloved pets—no matter how furry, feathered, or scaled they may be! As a stay-at-home mom with both of my children now in elementary school, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. I’m home and available seven days a week, so I’m able to maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I genuinely enjoy the companionship and find pet care fits naturally into my daily rhythm. Pets are welcome in our house, however they do need to get along well with cats and kids and will need to be crated overnight or when I need to step out. We have a massive fenced in backyard that is perfect for the zoomies.

About: With over 20 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals, I provide more than just pet sitting — I offer a second home for your furry loved ones. From daily walks and feedings to cuddles and playtime, every pet is showered with so much love and attention. Whether it’s senior pets needing gentle care or energetic pups who love adventure, I tailor each visit to meet their unique needs. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority. I always communicate clearly so you feel at ease while you’re away. Because pets aren’t just animals — they’re family. 🐾 I currently work full-time 3 days in office and Wednesdays & Thursdays from home. I’m also available on the weekends so feel free to reach out any day of the week for boarding services and I’ll be happy to receive your pawsome fur baby 🐾 I live in a very safe and dog friendly environment. I do not have a fenced yard, however, my community is very dog friendly that has a dog park right behind my house and walk friendly paths to take your fur baby on. I also care for cats as I grew up with both dogs and cats and have experience taking care of little kittens and pups to seniors. If you’d like me to check in on your fur baby at the comfort of your home, please feel free to reach out so I can coordinate a time where I can come and give your fur baby some loving care 💕

“Jacob was very responsive and he was great with my pups. He was flexible with the schedule to accommodate the needs of my pups. He was very friendly and the pups seems to look forward to seeing him. We will definitely use him again.”

About: Hi everyone! I’ve been around all sorts of animals since I was a child. Between fostering animals through shelters and animals of my own, I have had 10+ dogs and 15+ cats throughout my life! After leaving my job of 4 years as an assistant manager at a dog daycare, I have decided to come back to pet sitting full time! While I am unavailable to stay in your house overnight due to having an anxious pup who cannot be alone, I am available to do 4 visits a day (more upon request). Earliest being 6:30am and latest being 9:30pm! I am able to spend multiple hours at your house giving lots of love, walks and playtime! Respectfully and lovingly. I want to know all about your animals routine within their home so I can help them be as comfortable as possible while in my care.

About: I've grown up with, owned, and taken care of pets for as long as I can remember—old mellow dogs, fluffy young kittens, feisty chickens—you name it! The challenge of learning each pet's unique personality and needs has always fascinated me as a caretaker. I love getting to know them and building trusting relationships to give them the best quality of life possible. I’m a retired engineer looking for pet caretaking opportunities to keep life fun and adventurous! My wife, Stephanie, and I currently own one dog and two cats. Our home is in a wooded area with a fully fenced backyard. Pets that board with us have the option of private, single-level living, or they can share the house with us. We also have a standalone pet wash and dry station if pet washing services are something you're interested in. We’ll cater to their needs and ensure they are content and comfortable. I’m also an avid walker and hiker, and I love getting outside whether it’s rain or shine. For dog walking and pet visits, I enjoy heading to local parks (Cypress Creek and Lake Waterford are my go-tos) or patrolling the neighborhood for any new sights and smells. I am a house husband with one dog and two cats. The pets are the focus of my daily routine. My dog and I go to the park every morning and walk the neighborhood at night. Any dogs that I board become part of our family routine. If they are comfortable they can join us on trips to the park and walks around the neighborhood. If they prefer solo time then I will take them on dedicated trips to the park and walks! I have a dedicated room for dog and cat boarding that is separate from the rest of the home where our dog and cats reside. Any boarding guests can use that private space or can join the other animals in the other parts of the house if they are comfortable. Our fenced in backyard and dog grooming station are on the same level as the dedicated boarding space.

“I recently broke my foot and ankle. I can’t walk my dog Auggie. Stumbling across Renee’s ad on Rover has been a miracle. She comes twice a day. Auggie has major trust issues, noise reactivity issues and anxiety. To say the least he adores Renee and I trust her with him. To me she’s been a large part of my peace of mind with my best friend being taken care of.”

About: I've owned dogs my entire life and currently have a cocker/bichon mix and a lab. They needs friends so I thought what better way to have play time for them than this! I have young children so all pups must love kids! I conveniently live 20 mins from BWI airport and very close to 97 and 100 for easy drop off. I can also arrange to pick up/drop off your pet for an additional fee. I am mostly a stay at home mom. I do some gig work here and there (uber eats, amazon flex, instacart) but that is all flexible and I can do it as I please so my availability is very open. I have a small fenced in back yard and gated deck area for outdoor play. I have a small neighborhood with sidewalks for walks. We do live in a townhouse so neighbors are super close so if your pup is an excessive barker my home may not be the best option. We can handle some barking just not all through the night or and excessive amount during the day. We have 2 cats in the home but they mostly hang out upstairs while the rest of us are on the main level.

“Heather is fantastic! Our dog is extremely timid around strangers, and she made friends with him in less than five minutes. She understands his fears and stays within his limits, never frightening him or pushing him too far. And even though it's not part of her job, she gives our overly friendly cats some attention every time she checks in on the dog. We've noticed that when we get home from work, Sigmund is calmer after he's had a good play session with Heather. She makes our lives so much easier.”

It was easy to get in contact with her and she communicated with us when she had questions or concerns. Highly recommend using her!”

Allison G.Star Sitter
“Allison has been watching my pup, Mox, during my work trips for years now. Mox has pretty serious trust issues and can be aggressive towards people and dogs alike. I don't know what we'd do without her!”

As someone who has known Timothy for several years, I can confidently say that he possesses all the qualities that make an exceptional pet caregiver. Timothy is incredibly responsible, reliable, and deeply committed to the well-being of animals. I've personally witnessed his gentle and patient demeanor with pets, and he has a natural ability to connect with them. He's always been the first person friends and family turn to when they need someone to look after their furry companions, and he consistently exceeds expectations. He's not just someone who will feed and walk a dog; Timothy truly understands and respects animals. He's attentive to their individual needs, whether it's administering medication, sticking to a specific routine, or simply providing plenty of cuddles and playtime. You can tell he genuinely enjoys their company and takes pride in ensuring they are happy and comfortable. Beyond his genuine love for animals, Timothy is also very organized and communicative. He's punctual, thoughtful, and I have no doubt he would keep pet parents well-informed and at ease while they are away. He's the kind of person you can trust implicitly with your beloved pets and your home. Any pet parent would be incredibly lucky to have Timothy care for their animal.
