“Adara is amazing. They are my go to dog walker since they care for my dog so well, can handle a big dog, and communicate with me throughout the whole process.”

“Lindsay is always willing to work with us to walk Nala! She goes above and beyond to give Nala love and Nala absolutely loves getting dog walks from Lindsay. We are truly lucky to have found her!”

“Eliza is amazing. So diligent to our pups needs, asks questions about their health, behaviors, and any thing we'd like her to work on training wise with walks. She also cares about how comfortable our pups are emotionally and confidence wise so if they get spooked by a noise she's happy to change up the walk plan for a bit and try again. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats for neighbors, friends, and family. I'm dedicated to providing the best care to meet the needs of each pet and ensuring that they feel loved. I am currently on summer break, so my schedule is very open! If you book with me, your pet's needs will be my top priority. In your home, I aim to be extremely respectful and ensure safety. I am great at following any specific pet/house rules to make sure the process goes smoothly.

About: I was born to a household of 11 puppies. Grew up with their mama and always had a good dog since. My black lab is now 18 years old, which is well beyond average lifespan, with a loving and healthy home. I trained her to be my ESA, and she helped me teach our Swissy puppy, who has already started mountaineering training at 4 months old. Recently I traded my engineering job for a free schedule to raise my puppy. Most days are spent hiking to train my puppy, I have all the time to focus my attention on the animals. We can make any time work. I have an apartment which makes for a great reason to go out to clean parks and experience the outdoors. Or when indoors animals can be seen at all times. I check in with animals often to try and understand them based on typical behavior, and I will respect them based on my assessment.

About: Does your pet have special needs? My experience includes caring for elderly pets, pets with medical needs, rescue animals, and livestock (including bottle feeding). Have an energetic dog? I’m a distance runner who loves four legged running buddies! I also have experience training dogs, puppies, and cats (yes it’s possible). Whatever your pet’s needs may be, I would love to care for them. As a college athlete my weekly commitments consist of training and either family time or school. This leaves plenty of availability to care for your furry family. Note: Mid-May through Mid-August I provide services in the Hillsboro (OR) area. Mid-August through April I provide services in the city of Anchorage (AK). Pricing and availability may vary, but quality and dependability will be the same. My goals are to provide individualized care based on your pet and their needs and build rapport with each of my clients. Before I accept your booking, I will contact you to discuss in detail: your pet care needs, house or plant care (if applicable), and any concerns you may have. I will accept your booking once details are confirmed. I want to make sure you feel confident and comfortable leaving your pets in my care. I graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and 22 college credits on top of two four-year varsity sports awards. I have a clean driving record and a 3.88 college GPA.

“We really appreciated Andrea's dog walking services. She was respectful and trustworthy! She did a great job walking our 2 puppies while we were away. She sent us cute pictures and gave us peace of mind that they were being well taken care of! I would definitely use her again!”

About: I have been lucky enough to have dogs and cats around almost my entire life. I love animals of all kinds. I am the go to for friends and family for dog and cat sitting. I currently have open availability for weekdays, weekends and evenings. My dogs love it and I'm excited to help others with their pet care needs. I have a fenced yard and two rescue pups. We do daily walks and play. When we aren't able to get out of the house due to weather we do training games and tricks to engage their brains and keep them happy. I'm happy to do the same for other pets!

“We keep returning Sarah for several reasons. She is super reliable. She also has our pets hearts. She really cares for them and it shows in the quality and time she spends with them. Our younger dog who needs his exersise loves her to bits and waits at the front window for her. He just really enjoys her company, plain and simple. We feel so fortunate that she is nearby and will adjust her schedule to be there for our dogs.”

“Thanks for your work this week!”

“Tara was great with Moza! Always timely!”

“Adam did an amazing job! I have two very sweet, energetic labs. They had a great time walking with him.”

About: Over the last 7 years I've had 2 small dogs, 2 cats, 4 ducks, 12 ducklings, 2 rabbits, and fostered 7 dogs and 20+ cats aged newborn to hospice and BFF to semi-feral. Growing up I had big dogs, cats, fish, and rats. I work from home, so I am very flexible for in-home care and free weekends and after 4 for dropins. Whatever your fur baby needs! I have a 6" fully fenced in yard. Separate rooms for cats or exotics. I have 2 small dogs, 2 cats, and 4 ducks, that all get along well. The ducks are fully enclosed when not supervised. I insist on harnesses for walking and am very familiar with using muzzles if needed. My house has no breed restrictions as long as they are safe for me to manage.

“Thanks for your hard work!”

About: My passion for animals runs deep. I have been taking care of dogs since childhood (35+ years). Professionally, I have experience working at a doggie daycare and for a self-service dog wash. I understand the importance of keeping pets on a consistent, healthy diet and administering medication properly. As a doggie daycare attendant, sometimes managing 60 dogs at once, I understand the importance of reading dog behavior and redirecting to diffuse situations. This skill translates to dog walking when there are many different stimuli - other dogs, people, squirrels, traffic, something on the ground they should not eat, etc. I understand the importance of being consistent with dog training and using the same commands as the owners is key. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes but it is important to be intentional with each dog's particular needs and understand their unique personality. There is a special place in my heart for senior dogs. I have been running a small hobby farm since 2016 and have experience with chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, cats, peacocks, pigs, and goats. Feel free to reach out for any unique pet care needs. I view all animals as God's creatures. My schedule is often flexible. I work part-time in Beaverton Wednesday-Saturday. Much of my work can be done online so if you need me to watch your pet in your house for an extended amount of time, a requirement would be reliable internet or the ability to come and go as needed. I have pets of my own so I would need the flexibility to check on my pets from time to time. Working in pet drop-ins and dog walks around my work schedule is easy. I can board your pet at my house most Sundays-Tuesdays. I am able to care for your pet(s) in the specific ways that you need. I will not create or enforce bad habits. I have no problem crating your pet, keeping them off the furniture, following a strict diet, or administering medication. I live out in the country on 15 acres and have many animals. Inside the house lives a 4-year-old sweet German Short-hair pointer and 50% of the time I am watching a friend's cat. If your dog loves to run, my place would be heaven. This would only be ideal for dogs that come when they are called as there is no fencing. The other option would be that your pet stays inside and only ventures out with a leash. I have 12 acres of timber so walks in the woods are super fun!

About: Hi there! I’m a University of Portland alum now working at a local gluten-free bakery, where I get to combine my love for baking with my skills in marketing and sales. When I’m not at the bakery, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my two sweet kitties, Biscuits and Luna, or helping my husband with his fish tank! I’ve been pet sitting since middle school, and it’s something that’s always brought me joy. I grew up on a small farm surrounded by chickens, horses, ducks, goats, dogs, and a cat, so caring for animals of all kinds feels second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve looked after pets and homes for neighbors, family, and friends, and I’ve also completed a pre-veterinary technician course to deepen my knowledge. I know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets like their own, and I’d love to be that person for you. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or just want to chat and see if we’re a good fit. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry (or scaly!) family! I have free time on Mondays, the weekends and sometimes evenings. I am flexible to a certain extent, so send me a message if you have further questions about care or need a special schedule. I do not host animals in my home, but I am always available for check-ins, quality time, and/or walks. Reach out if you need any more information.

About: I grew up with my parents breeding dogs and at times would handle 15+ dogs at a time. I frequently helped with the care, training, and supervision of dogs of all ages! I am better at caring for puppies and suiting their needs, but any pup that needs attention (high or low energy), I had definitely dealt with before. I am always available for constant communication and support for your beloved friend, and will make sure they are well taken care of. I recently was laid off but I am moving to a different state in June. In this case, I won’t be looking for a position and am available for care all day, Monday through Friday. I currently can travel to your home or take care of your furry friend in mine. I live alone with my husband and am available for any needs, and can work around any schedule. I love to make sure your dog has the quality of life and care you expect. I’ve owned dogs as little as Shitzus and as big as Newfoundlands!

About: I offer visits of all size dogs, cats, birds, and some exotic animals, to your home. I also offer potty break walks. I have been a volunteer dog trainer, behavior helpline volunteer, kennel and foster volunteer. I have enjoyed pets all my life. I teach dogs to have good manners indoors because I believe pets are part of the family. My furry and feathered critters include a 8 year old King Charles Spaniel, a 9 year old terrier, and 2 cockatiels. About this sitter: Hi! I am a long time animal lover. I have spent many years volunteering for various rescues and shelters. Currently I foster both dogs and cats occasionally for area rescues. I taught dog obedience for two years, and also worked on an animal behavior helpline. I would love to help the families of furry friends feel confident that their critters are in good hands while they are away. Why I love dog sitting I've always had dogs in my life. I helped my parents train their dogs for competition obedience. Later I had dogs of my own. I became a volunteer obedience trainer, groomer, and dog walker/socializer for animals in local animal shelters. I have also been a foster for area rescues for the last 2 years. I have been a pet sitter for at least 10 years. About my yard I have a fenced back yard and a large dog run. The yard is grassy, and the dog run is gravel and bark chips. I have a great neighborhood for walks, and a dog park nearby if that is wanted by the client. I am retired from teaching and have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My birds free fly in their room, so I do have experience in getting them back into their cage at night. I enjoy training, brushing/grooming, and playing with all sorts of animals. I am familiar with crate training and enjoy short walks, if that is needed.

About: I've grown up with pets my whole life, which has made me into the animal lover I am today. Pet care is something I am very passionate about. I recently moved to Oregon and have temporarily left my dog with my parents. My fur baby is like my child, and I will treat your pets with the same love and care. Pets are part of the family and I am completely understanding of that, so I will make sure to love yours as if they are my own. No matter what the age or size of the dog, my main priorities will always be to make sure they are happy and loved. I am currently a stay at home wife, so my availability is completely open. I can adjust to any days or times needed to insure your babies are never left without love. I will always make sure to care for your pets with all of my love. If I am watching them at your home, I will not only care for them, but for your home as well. If they are boarding with, I will make sure they are treated as family within my home.

Highly recommend!”

““Joey” is amazing! I don’t trust many people with my fur baby, especially considering that he’s got several medical issues, including diabetes and requires insulin. You can tell that he loves and cares dearly for animals. He’s also very punctual, & trustworthy! My dog doesn’t get close to many individuals, so I was very happy to have found Joey, because Bingo immediately felt comfortable with him. I highly recommend him. Thank you!”
