About: I have been a pet sitter for cats and dogs -- My friends tend to rely on me to take care of their furry friends while they are away! I have more experience in working with medium and smaller dogs/ cats. If you will hire me to be a sitter, I will not stay at your house, but I will make sure your furry friend is doing great! About: Hey there! I’ve been around and caring for animals for most of my life and have hands-on experience with dogs and cats . I currently work in veterinary medicine, so I’m comfortable caring for animals with different needs, recognizing changes in behavior, and making sure pets are safe and comfortable. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, large and strong dogs. I’m comfortable handling animals that need extra patience, space, and understanding. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, feeding, or just keeping them company while you’re away! I own and operate my own farrier business, so I may occasionally be away for a couple of hours during the day while I’m working with horses. About: I've had dogs and cats almost my entire life, and caring for animals has always come natural to me and has been a part of my day-to-day for many years. I raised my cat, Winnie, for 20 years, and I currently have 2 pups of my own: a 13-year-old female Alaskan Klee Kai/Corgi mix and 3-year-old male Corgi, so I am familiar with senior dogs and high-energy younger pups. I am currently between work and trying to stay busy and earn some income while my son is at school. I am available after school drop-off from 8:30/9 am until 3:15 pm. If your pets are comfortable with younger children, I can do drop-ins and walks after my son is out of school and on weekends, but that can be discussed privately. I create a calm environment where your pets will feel safe. With my own senior pup and younger corgi at home, I am used to balancing different needs and energies. I will follow your directions and routines closely and watch your pets' body language to keep everyone happy and safe.

About: I’ve worked with dogs since I was a child. I’ve been exposed to large dog breeds (ex. Rottweilers & German Shepherds) as well as small dog breeds (ex. corgis & dachshund's). I am a certified dog trainer, with 9 years experience and can work in some Basic Obedience work with your dog during their stay or we can talk about some behavior modification and steps to move forward for private lessons. I currently work part time and have plenty of time and energy to work with and take care of your pup. I work with my own dogs twice a day but those sessions are very flexible. I don’t currently have a fully fenced in yard, but I have access to 5 private acres I can walk your pup on a long line. I utilize martingale collars to prevent any mishaps or escaping. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
