My family is easy going on pet rules and treat animals as members of the family (no feeding from the table). Our elderly pomeranian, who has limited mobility and decreased vision, requires extra attention and patience, and Andy provided just that. She worked with him to ensure he got the nutrition he needed, which really eased our minds.
