About: I’ve worked with dogs since I was a child. I’ve been exposed to large dog breeds (ex. Rottweilers & German Shepherds) as well as small dog breeds (ex. corgis & dachshund's). I am a certified dog trainer, with 9 years experience and can work in some Basic Obedience work with your dog during their stay or we can talk about some behavior modification and steps to move forward for private lessons. I currently work part time and have plenty of time and energy to work with and take care of your pup. I work with my own dogs twice a day but those sessions are very flexible. I don’t currently have a fully fenced in yard, but I have access to 5 private acres I can walk your pup on a long line. I utilize martingale collars to prevent any mishaps or escaping. I utilize positive reinforcement to connect and have clear communication with each dog I interact with.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my house hold for as long as I can remember, and have been pet sitting, dog walking, and dog washing since I was 14. I work full time, however I have a stable schedule, and do not work Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. On the weekends I only work in the mornings, so I am available in the afternoon and evenings. I am respectful, and will follow any rules about your household to a T. I am willing to play with and keep your pet company for however long you would like. I enjoy spending time with animals :)

About: Hey there! I’ve been around and caring for animals for most of my life and have hands-on experience with dogs and cats . I currently work in veterinary medicine, so I’m comfortable caring for animals with different needs, recognizing changes in behavior, and making sure pets are safe and comfortable. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, large and strong dogs. I’m comfortable handling animals that need extra patience, space, and understanding. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, feeding, or just keeping them company while you’re away! I own and operate my own farrier business, so I may occasionally be away for a couple of hours during the day while I’m working with horses. I’ll always discuss this with you beforehand to make sure your pet is comfortable being left alone for a few hours. If they aren’t, no worries at all! I can also schedule my farrier work around whatever your pet may need. Outside of work, I’ll have plenty of time for walks, playtime, attention, and care. I want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I have years of hands-on experience with animals and am comfortable with dogs, cats, horses, and small animals, including nervous or reactive pets. I’ll follow your instructions and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. About: I have taken care of senior dogs for a while and tend to give medication and special care + attention. I have helped train treat motivated dogs to do basic tricks. I have experienced two dog attacks (with my own animals) so I am aware of animal body language, boundaries, and tend to be very intentional with my care. I’m currently a college student who works part time on cam, so I have plenty of time to give your pets all of the love and make sure they get to go out on their walks. I can easily take care of your pet as long as I have instructions! I appreciate there to be a breakdown of your average day or expectation.

About: My passion for animals runs deep. I have been taking care of dogs since childhood (35+ years). Professionally, I have experience working at a doggie daycare and for a self-service dog wash. I understand the importance of keeping pets on a consistent, healthy diet and administering medication properly. As a doggie daycare attendant, sometimes managing 60 dogs at once, I understand the importance of reading dog behavior and redirecting to diffuse situations. This skill translates to dog walking when there are many different stimuli - other dogs, people, squirrels, traffic, something on the ground they should not eat, etc. I understand the importance of being consistent with dog training and using the same commands as the owners is key. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes but it is important to be intentional with each dog's particular needs and understand their unique personality. There is a special place in my heart for senior dogs. I have been running a small hobby farm since 2016 and have experience with chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, cats, peacocks, pigs, and goats. Feel free to reach out for any unique pet care needs. I view all animals as God's creatures. My schedule is often flexible. I work part-time in Beaverton Wednesday-Saturday. Much of my work can be done online so if you need me to watch your pet in your house for an extended amount of time, a requirement would be reliable internet or the ability to come and go as needed. I have pets of my own so I would need the flexibility to check on my pets from time to time. Working in pet drop-ins and dog walks around my work schedule is easy. I can board your pet at my house most Sundays-Tuesdays. I am able to care for your pet(s) in the specific ways that you need. I will not create or enforce bad habits. I have no problem crating your pet, keeping them off the furniture, following a strict diet, or administering medication. I live out in the country on 15 acres and have many animals. Inside the house lives a 4-year-old sweet German Short-hair pointer and 50% of the time I am watching a friend's cat. If your dog loves to run, my place would be heaven. This would only be ideal for dogs that come when they are called as there is no fencing. The other option would be that your pet stays inside and only ventures out with a leash. I have 12 acres of timber so walks in the woods are super fun!
