“Chelsea gave all the best first impressions. She understood Raymond extremely well and was attentive to the support I needed. I'm so thankful we met and excited to keep working with her.”

“I felt so at ease with Brody taking our two dogs for a walk! He's very punctual and took pictures of them while away from the house. I would definitely ask him to walk the dogs again.”

About: My passion for animals runs deep. I have been taking care of dogs since childhood (35+ years). Professionally, I have experience working at a doggie daycare and for a self-service dog wash. I understand the importance of keeping pets on a consistent, healthy diet and administering medication properly. As a doggie daycare attendant, sometimes managing 60 dogs at once, I understand the importance of reading dog behavior and redirecting to diffuse situations. This skill translates to dog walking when there are many different stimuli - other dogs, people, squirrels, traffic, something on the ground they should not eat, etc. I understand the importance of being consistent with dog training and using the same commands as the owners is key. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes but it is important to be intentional with each dog's particular needs and understand their unique personality. There is a special place in my heart for senior dogs. I have been running a small hobby farm since 2016 and have experience with chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, cats, peacocks, pigs, and goats. Feel free to reach out for any unique pet care needs. I view all animals as God's creatures. My schedule is often flexible. I work part-time in Beaverton Wednesday-Saturday. Much of my work can be done online so if you need me to watch your pet in your house for an extended amount of time, a requirement would be reliable internet or the ability to come and go as needed. I have pets of my own so I would need the flexibility to check on my pets from time to time. Working in pet drop-ins and dog walks around my work schedule is easy. I can board your pet at my house most Sundays-Tuesdays. I am able to care for your pet(s) in the specific ways that you need. I will not create or enforce bad habits. I have no problem crating your pet, keeping them off the furniture, following a strict diet, or administering medication. I live out in the country on 15 acres and have many animals. Inside the house lives a 4-year-old sweet German Short-hair pointer and 50% of the time I am watching a friend's cat. If your dog loves to run, my place would be heaven. This would only be ideal for dogs that come when they are called as there is no fencing. The other option would be that your pet stays inside and only ventures out with a leash. I have 12 acres of timber so walks in the woods are super fun!
About: I’ve owned and cared for animals my entire life. I’ve owned four beautiful dogs, Snapper, Buster, Treaka, and Cleo. I’ve also owned two cats, a tabby named Netty and a calico named Landscape. Landscape had a thyroid disorder during her lifetime, so I have experience administering medication. I also watched neighbor’s animals during their vacations. In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve owned a rat named Charlie, three guinea pigs named Blanka, Snickers, and Pocky, a tortoise named Archibald, and many many fish. I am very knowledgeable about care for many types of animals. I am a stay at home mom of three kiddos age four and under. I am able to change my schedule around to accommodate animal care usually. I have a fenced yard and a large lawn area if needed for home care. Any animal would need to be ok with young children being around. I am very detail oriented and flourish on lists and schedules so that would be greatly appreciated.

About: Hi there! I’ve been pet sitting since middle school, and it’s something that has always brought me joy. Growing up on a small farm surrounded by chickens, horses, ducks, goats, dogs, and cats means that caring for animals of all kinds truly feels second nature to me. My husband and I have two cats, as well as an aquarium and a little jumping spider, so I understand care for all things big and small. Over the years I’ve looked after pets and homes for neighbors, family, and friends. I’ve also completed a pre-veterinary technician course to deepen my knowledge — because your pets deserve someone who takes their care seriously. Currently I am taking some time away from being a marketing and social media professional and dedicating time to building out my very own cookbook! My husband and I are also expecting our first little one this November! I know how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pets, and I’d love to be that person for you. Whether your family includes something fluffy, feathered, or scaly, I’m here for it! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or just want to chat and see if we’re a good fit. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! I am just working on my cookbook at the moment, so I am very flexible time-wise. Send me a message if you have questions about care or need a special schedule. I do not host animals in my home, but I am always available for check-ins, quality time, walks, and taking care of house things like bringing in mail, watering plants, feeding fish, etc. Reach out if you need any more information.
About: Hello! My name is Allison, and I have decades of experience caring for animals of all kinds, including dogs, puppies, birds, hamsters, and farm animals. I grew up in a family that owned multiple pet stores, which gave me hands-on experience with animal care from a young age. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet will be in safe, loving hands with me and will get plenty of attention, care, and cuddles! 🤎 I’m currently available full-time, including weekdays and weekends 😊 I’m home most of the day, so pets will get plenty of attention, supervision, and time to play or relax. I’m happy to crate dogs if that’s part of their routine, but otherwise they’re welcome to roam the house and enjoy time in the backyard. I’m flexible and always try to follow each pet’s normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home! 🐾 I have a fully fenced in large backyard that your pet can explore! My house has plenty of space for your pet to stretch out and make themselves feel at home. I also live near a large dog park!
About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs, I have grown up with dogs, and have taken care of my friends, family, and neighbors dogs. I’m currently a masters student at Portland State University, but I only have class on Mondays so my schedule is very open. Other than school, I work from home for a start-up called flowmind, where I have a very flexible schedule. I am easily adaptable, so whatever your dogs routine is I will be happy to follow any instructions given. I will make sure your fur baby is comfortable and happy throughout the entire stay.
“Andre has been fully transparent and on time to walk our pups! They love walking with him and he provides them with treats and attention. He does a wonderful job of giving them the extra exercise they need.”

About: I have been dog-sitting consistently since 2016, and it's something I truly love! My budget and schedule doesn't allow me to have a dog right now, but I love getting to care for others when they need someone reliable and trustworthy to help them out! I work part time and have a pretty flexible job, so can work with your schedule and needs. Reach out to me and we'll see if we can work it out! I am very thorough, detail-oriented, and responsible. I always aim to care for your pets the way I would care for my own, so rest assured, they will be in good hands!

About: The first and only thing I ever begged my parents for was my very own dog... I didn't care how big/small, young/old it was but I knew it would be my best friend. I got my very own dog when I was 11 years old for Christmas and now, almost 17 years later I could never imagine life without dogs in it. Our only pet is our puppy Georgia who is a 5 month old Lab/Pit mix and we adore her so much! She is great with other dogs and loves all people. Aside from my love of dogs (and all animals) I am Certified as a Dog Trainer and also Certified as a Veterinary Assistant, which means I am also capable of administering medication while you are away. I am home just about 24/7 so any dog that stays with me will never be left alone. I look forward to meeting and speaking with you, thank you! -Megan R.
“Stephanie is absolutely wonderful! She cares for our dog as her own. After each walk, she gives a detailed report complete with pictures of her visit. Highly recommend!”
