A fenced yard is a must. My dogs are trained and raised to be curious and outgoing, thus a fence is needed. Although my dogs don’t need a leash, I find it’s necessary to generally have a leash attached. I allow my dogs to be curious, and put there noses where many wouldn’t generally allow. It’s important to always cover your stove switches/ burners with dog safety devices!. But ultimately I strongly believe in allowing your dogs and pets to be curious and open to learning. Dogs and cats alike are much smarter then most realize, and I believe this is there first time living as well.. and deserve the best experiences life has to offer!

About: Animals have been a big part of my life since I was 10 years old. I grew up with a lot of cats and am currently a cat owner. I spent a lot of time caring for my grandfather's German Shepherds growing up, and later looked after dogs all sizes for the families I worked for as a nanny. Flexible on Wednesdays, Fridays and occasional weekends. I will travel to the city but at an extra cost & travel fee. I am able to watch animals at my house but it is small so I’d rather do over nights at owners place when it comes to multiple dogs. If you have a fenced in yard I’ll play fetch with them and tire them out and give them good scratches and snuggles before I leave. If you do not have a fenced in yard there are plenty of dog parks in the area.

About: Hello! I worked at Dogs on The Farms Pet Hotel for almost a year and since leaving continued pet sitting and enjoying being around fur babies! I also used to volunteer at my local animal shelter as a foster parent until I failed and adopted my dog! I am currently a student and only working part time due to my schedule. I am always around and accept most dog sitting and walking gigs I get! I do not bring dogs into my own home due to my own fur baby. I have slept and transported dogs to other house and have been provided with a key. We are so happy to have found her for our Sherlock, our rescue beagle that has severe separation anxiety—not welcome when living in a condo.
