About: I have been caring for pets since I was little. A dog owner for most of my life but now I have 1 cat as well. I love caring for animals and helping people. I will keep your pet happy, safe, active, and healthy. Hi! I’m Matt, a full-time special education teacher and lifelong animal lover. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pet, and my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I have a fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to play, along with a friendly chocolate Lab who loves making new friends. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking, medication, and daily routines. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and used to adapting to individual needs. During your pet’s stay, you can expect plenty of attention, walks, games of fetch, backyard time, and, of course, lots of belly rubs. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I’m generally available after school, evenings, weekends, and during many school breaks. Every pet is different, so please let me know about their personality, routine, or any special requests ahead of time. I’ll do my best to make their time with me feel like a home away from home! 🐾 I have a fenced in backyard and a very friendly chocolate lab. He loves other animals! About: I’ve been professionally dog walking and taking care of pets for about a year now, but I’ve been around animals my whole life. I honestly just really enjoy being around them and getting to know all their different personalities. I have experience with dogs, cats, and even small pets like rats. I know every pet is different, so I try to pay attention to their personality and comfort level while making sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while their owners are away.
