“Brandy is amazing! I didn’t update my address on Rover and it sent her to my old spot and she still drove to my current address and walked him for me. I would 10/10 recommend her and will continue to use her services when needed. Thank you, Brandy, for taking such good care of my baby. 🥰”

About: With a strong sense for dog body language and behavior, I naturally bond with dogs and know how to keep them engaged, playful, and calm. Whether it’s a high-energy pup or a senior companion, I tailor their care to suit their needs and give them a fulfilling, well-balanced day. My schedule allows me to maintain consistent routines for feeding, training, sleep, and potty breaks. I offer a variety of experiences from city parks to nature hikes, giving dogs exposure to a diverse range of settings. I also provide basic training support including crate, leash/off-leash, recall, sport-based games like fetch and frisbee, and even task-based and obedience exercises—skills I’ve developed through 10+ years of experience with dogs from puppyhood to senior stages. As a graduate student currently on summer break, my schedule is wide open—and I’ve intentionally structured my time to prioritize pet care. I’m available for care throughout the day, whether that means early-morning walks, mid-day play sessions, or overnight sitting. My flexibility allows me to tailor routines around your dog’s unique needs, whether they’re energetic and need lots of stimulation or prefer a slower, calmer pace. I spend much of my time outdoors, and I love incorporating dogs into that lifestyle—hiking scenic trails, visiting off-leash parks, or just taking long neighborhood walks. I believe dogs thrive when they experience new encounters, and I work those moments of enrichment into every week. I live in a spacious, first-floor apartment with direct access to a secure patio and a neighborhood dog park—just steps outside my door. This makes potty breaks, quick outdoor play/walks, and socialization seamless and stress-free. Every day, our neighborhood hosts friendly dog meetups with well-behaved pups, offering perfect opportunities for your dog to engage with others in a safe environment. Inside my home, dogs will find a clean, calm, and organized space with plenty of enrichment. I have a variety of toys, training tools, puzzles, and games to ensure your dog stays mentally and physically stimulated—the goal is for no boredom and anxiety. I also keep a full range of grooming and cleaning supplies on hand, so whether your dog needs a simple wipe-down or a post-adventure bath, I’ve got it covered. I am well-versed in training methods and behavior management, so if your pup has specific routines or commands, I likely already have the knowledge and equipment to maintain their structure. I’m happy to reinforce crate training, leash manners, or any custom instructions you provide to ensure consistency while you’re away. I also have a well-socialized golden retriever mix who’s incredibly calm, friendly, and trained to model great behavior for other dogs. If your dog enjoys companionship, mine makes an excellent playmate. If needed, I can crate or separate the dogs for one-on-one attention or downtime—your dog’s comfort and safety always come first.

“Annabelle was great with my 2 dogs! There were no issues at all, I had a worry free vacation knowing that the dogs would be well looked after while I was away. Thanks again!”

About: I grew up breeding Shih Tzu dogs in our home. It was fun, messy, loving and wonderful. The puppies were a part of our family until their new family adopted them. When I went to college, I volunteered at the local humane society to get my dog fix in, and I adored it. I seemed to have knack for interacting with all the dogs there, no matter their breed or disposition. I have been dog sitting for my friends when they go out of town for years now. I thought I'd like to offer this service to others, particularly for weekends and holidays. Please let me play with your dog! Related to stays in my home: Over the last few years I have purchased a new home with a fenced in back yard and I adopted a (now) 2 year old Cavapoo, named Henry, when his former owner sadly passed away. He’s super friendly with a moderate energy level. But, we are a one-pet household. So I’m also highly motivated to give Henry the benefit of play dates with friends. As such, if our dogs get along famously, I’m hoping to be able to offer discounted rates to a neighbor or two for some semi-consistent doggie day care style visits. I work from home full time, as does my partner, with fairly flexible schedules. I almost never leave my dog crated for more than an hour to run an errand. If dogs travel in the car with me while running errands (or driving to a park, etc), then I require them to wear a crash-rated harness for everyone’s safety. New Clients: I typically like to book at least 48 hours notice before drop-in, and 1 week before day care / home stays. I will want to meet with you and your pets to make sure that we are a great fit! It's important to me that your beloved family members receive the best care and this is one way we ensure that. I work from home full time, as does my partner, with fairly flexible schedules. For sitting at your home, I typically visit 3 times a day, for 30-60 minutes each time. With multi-day stays, one of those is generally a longer chill hang-out visit lasting a bit more time for companionship reasons, with a second potty-break at the end before I leave (so 4 trips outside per day). If you want me there for more than 4 hours in a day or for a sleepover, that’s an extra fee we can discuss. For both home-stays and drop-ins, I’m flexible as to the activities I do there. Your pup is all about that walk? We are on it! Do they thrive on showing off their training skills? Let’s run some drills? Obsessed with that ball? I can keep on throwing it. Not happy unless they are literally sitting in your lap? I’ve got all the ear scritches ready. Older pup who just wants company nearby but generally left alone? I’ll respect their space and make sure they have everything they need. For stays in my home, I almost never leave my dog crated for more than an hour to run an errand, and would treat your pet the same! It can help to have bedding that is familiar and safe, so prefer you bring the crate your dog is familiar with. I only accept overnights in my home for crate-trained pets. For dog walking service, I try to keep that to strictly walking. If I have to do other care tasks with your pet before I leave for the walk and/or before I head home, then I cannot guarantee 30 minutes of “walking” and it can make Rover’s tracking weird. So please book a “visit” if you want me to feed, change water, play with, provide other enrichment, etc in addition to a potty break and some time on leash. If you do just want a walk, then please explain if you want your pup to be allowed to smell the roses or if we’re trying to burn gravel, so I can best meet your pups needs! If dogs travel in the car with me while running errands (or driving to a park, etc), then I require them to wear a crash-rated harness for everyone’s safety. I only accept boarding with crate-trained pets for everyone’s safety if I can’t be in the room with the pup at that time.

“Kody walked our dog Mac for several months. He was reliable and very responsive through texting and was always on top of his schedule for when he could/couldn’t walk our dog. Kody is the exact type of person you want to have taking care of your furry loved one!”

“Our little dog loves Kristen. Kristen is gentle, caring and responsible. My husband and I are getting on in age and hope to increase her hours as the need arises.. We are blessed to have found such dependable help. I highly recommend Kristen.”

“Wow - Joey was sincerely the greatest. His meet and greet was very comforting, and we face a lot of information. He made careful note of it all and then sent a summary message to me in river as we got closer to the trip if all the things I had discussed. We were then continuously at ease about pers as the days away went on. I love the rover app showing the walk distance and time spent. The videos he sent were really fun to watch, and he always gave a digestible but detailed report after each visit, again being careful to mention many of my notes throughout reassuring me that all was being handled. It was our first time to leave the dogs home alone and I am very happy with the exceptional care Joey took of my pets. We are new clients for sure.”

“Isa was absolutely amazing! She was able to commit to 2 walks in a day on relatively short notice and without prior meeting my pup! She made him feel so comfortable he greeted her like an old friend. 10/10 would recommend!”

“We loved Mariia taking care of our pets for the week. She fed our cat and walked the dog twice a day- was always on time, clearly communicated, and was always friendly and professional. I would trust her in my home anytime.”

About: I have more than two decades of experience taking care of my own cats and dogs. Additionally I have been a pet sitter for several of my friends, relatives, and neighbors over the years. I'm available most mornings between 8:30 and 11 and most evenings between 8 and 10. There will usually be one or two days a week when I'm available all day. I do not currently care for clients' pets in my home because I have pets of my own. When caring for pets in clients' home, I like to ask the clients about their rules and routines and follow those.

About: I have cared for everything from giant schnauzers to tiny Yorkies. I have also taken care of pets that require meals to be cooked and given medicine at specific hours. I have a full week available for pet care every alternating week. Most of my free time is spent at parks and cafes. I am happy to take your pet along for the outing. If you allow your pet on furniture, they can lounge on my couch or bed. I live in a studio and will be with your pet most of the day, so I will not crate your pet unless instructed to. I prefer to not leave pets alone longer than 2 hours, as I like to ensure frequent bath breaks.

“Yenah was great with our dog Mikey! Always prompt and responsive to our needs and requests. She was so patient with our energetic puppy! We plan to continue using her services whenever we are in need of a dog-walker. Strongest positive recommendation for her!”

About: I'm Daniel, a lifelong dog enthusiast. As someone who works from home as a business strategy consultant, I bring the same dedication and reliability to caring for your beloved pets. I have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and needs. Since I’m home all week, I can step out for walks or drop-ins as needed. I’m punctual, organized, and keep pets on their usual schedule without fail. I keep things simple, calm, and consistent. I follow instructions exactly, keep pets on their routine, and make sure they’re comfortable. I’ve got a Frenchie myself, so I know how to manage schedules and personalities.

About: Hi there! I’m Mikayla and I love love love dogs! I’ve grown up with dogs around me all of my life but I haven’t been able to adopt my own since moving out into my apartment. I still visit and walk my friends’ dogs any chance I get but I really want to bring that love to more fluffy friends! I’m here for whatever your pup needs! I love hiking, so I’m down for a walk on a trail that will leave your dog exercised and enriched. But I also have owned a senior dog with hip-dysplasia so I know how to keep that slow pace and pay attention to the tired signs for the ones that need it. Whatever you need, I’m here for your pup! I work a full time job that is remote 3 days a week (M,Th,F) so I have plenty of time to walk your pup before or after work or even during lunch time! My weekends are typically free so I can also get them that exercise then! Paying attention to the signs is the most important thing! I watch dogs’ body language to see if they’re too overwhelmed or tired for the activity and make decisions based on that!

“Michael is so good with our animals! He walked our dog, but also was super friendly with our 2 cats. He's super responsive, and is always sending cute pictures. I'd recommend Michael to anyone needing pet sitting or dog walking!”

Brandi M.
Star Sitter

“Brandi has watched and walked my dog on many occasions. She has a great attitude with my Australian Shepherd; playful enough that he's always excited to see her, but also disciplined so that he doesn't get too spun up. He has always been a bit of a handful on the lead since I did a lot of off-leash work with him as a puppy. Since Brandi started walking him he has learned the difference between heel and "free time" and can approach (or be lead away from) other dogs he sees while he's on his walk without getting overly excited.”
