I am also available for day sits (daycare in your home). . Unlike many sitters, I do not need to leave during the day for long periods. All I need is a place to work with reliable high speed WiFi, in a clean, comfortable, quiet space without cameras or audio recording. . I can feed and take the dog(s) out to potty in the morning before starting work and I can take the dog(s) on a potty break midday. . Disclaimer: I reserve the right to leave to get food and basic necessities during a house sit at any point. I also reserve the right to leave for 4-6 hours during the day. . Constant Care: Pets requiring constant care will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to additional fees depending on the pets specific needs. I consider a pet to need constant care if the pet: (1) cannot be left for 4 hours at a time and/or (2) will need supervision or attention during 8 hours overnight (sleep time for me) or during the day while I work. In-person Meet & Greets are required prior to all services for new clients. I need to meet the pet(s) and assess temperament. . For dogs I want to go on a walk with the dogs and make sure the leashes, collars and equipment used to walk the pet is in good condition and the pet cannot slip out of the equipment. I want to see the typical walk environment and assess potential safety hazards (coyotes, aggressive dogs behind flimsy fences, debris in the area, etc.) and logistical issues (elevators, stairs, parking). . For all pets the in-person Meet & Greet will also allow me to assess the escape risks for pets and options for minimizing these risks. . The Meet & Greet will also allow you the opportunity to meet me in person, ask me questions and see me interact with your pet. Entrusting your pet and your home to a stranger is a very important decision for you and it should be taken seriously. If for some reason you do feel comfortable with me watching your pets or staying in your house after the Meet & Greet, you should meet with another sitter and find one that matches your needs. . Miscellaneous: I do not plan to bring any people or pets (other than the ones you are asking me to watch) into your home while I pet sit. . Disclaimer: I reserve the right to refuse the sit if after the Meet and Greet I am not comfortable with the situation. While I have experience with aggressive dogs and cats, my overnight sit rate is for social/well-adjusted animals. Animals in need of behavioral modification or that pose a safety risk to myself or others should be boarded at a facility that is geared towards aggressive animals. Similarly, while I have experience caring for animals post surgery or animals experiencing acute medical conditions, my overnight rate is for healthy animals and/or animals with well-controlled chronic conditions. Medically fragile animals should be boarded at a veterinary facility with 24/7 staffing.

“Kiyomi took such good care of our two dogs while our family was on vacation that we were able to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about anything. Our lucky dogs got more walks than they get with us on a normal basis, and she even did some light training or reinforcement of training and games with them to keep their interest up. She sent batches pf photos daily with an update of what they did that day which our kids loved since they missed the dogs so much. And our dogs looked so happy and relaxed in the photos - I could tell they were very comfortable with Kiyomi. Would definitely rebook Kiyomi the next time we are out of town.”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors and families pets since I was little. I always had dogs and cats growing up, I love having their company around. I think they make the world a better place🤍 Im currently an international student. So my availability is in the evening, early mornings and fully on the weekends. I also drive and don’t mind it. I live with a hostfamily and they have a pitbull, Frank, I take him on long walks daily so I definitely know my ways around also with what longer walks are compatible with dogs and wich aren’t. I like going outside and depending on the dog I would also take them to hikes, dog parks etc. If that’s something the pet enjoys. At home my priority is that the dog gets the attention he deserves and I’m reliable with feeding, meds and everything your pet needs!

About: I have been a life long multi-pet owner. Animals have been my passion my entire life and I recently moved to the area to continue to grow that passion into a career. I am currently attending veterinary school and I am hoping to utilize the flexible scheduling of pet sitting and care to continue my passions off campus. I do come from working in small animal emergency hospital, so I am equipped to deal with any situation and can ensure those with special needs are cared for properly when you are away. I’m currently commuting to and in school five days a week. My best availability is Friday afternoon through Sunday. I have so vary degrees of flexibility on holidays, or when classes are not in session. My care can be as simple as multiple visits and play sessions. Or I can spend the entire day with your pet. No matter what you can rest assured every need will be met with the best attention to detail needed for your pet. I will be providing care for your pet in your own home and walking in your neighborhood. I am pretty flexible and have reliable transportation so if you’d prefer your pet to go to a specific place or park or close hike, I can do that as well. In these hotter months I try to keep walks to mornings before 9am and evenings after 7pm due the heat and temperature of the ground.
