“Really loved all the updates and photos throughout the day. Really gave me peace of mind. My puppy seemed so happy over there, we’re lucky to have them so close by”

About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs. I feel time together and attention is what bonds both humans and dogs, and seeing them go from anxious and confused to a happy member of "the pack" is one of the more rewarding parts of taking care of them, so I prefer stays long or frequent enough for your pup to feel at home with me and in my home, but I'm also always willing to cover a tight spot or step in for a day of daycare. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for the entire day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take only up to three dogs at a time, and mostly for medium to long term boarding, so it's a calm environment without a ton of new dogs coming and going. I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, walks, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. My space is easily partitioned to allow dogs to eat, nap, or hang out alone in peace if that's what they prefer. I have a doggy door for dogs who like to let themselves in/out at their leisure. (it's about 50/50 whether they figure it out and make use of it lol) I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I don't generally use kennels or crates, but if your dog prefers or is used to using one, by all means bring it along. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture. I have found even "reactive" and "solitary" dogs very quickly acclimate to a more social environment (it usually only takes 3-4 hours) and I never leave them together unsupervised until they're demonstrating clear friendliness to each other. Many dog parents bring their pups over just for this kind of socialization, and it's great to watch a dog that "hates all other dogs" running and playing in the yard with the group after snarling at everyone just a few hours before.
“Charlie has been staying with Sevan on a consistent basis for daycare for over a month and I can already see the improvements in his behavior. Sevan has been working with him to correct some behavioral issues. I can tell how passionate Sevan is about what he does and Charlie much prefers Sevan’s care to a daycare facility. So it’s a win-win!”

“Angelica was great. She accommodated some changes to our schedule, and the communications were prompt. We had a fantastic day, knowing our pup was in good hands. We would use her again in a heartbeat next time in Pasadena. Thank you Angelica!”

“The house is so clean and well set up and the owner really loves the dogs she looks after. Thoroughly recommend Shahane and family for day care and drop offs. They are very flexible with time as well!”

“Sojeong and her parents took excellent care of our 2 reactive pups! My family and I dropped off our furbabies for daycare before heading to Universal Studios. Zoe is usually afraid of boys/men but she surprisingly had no problem walking with Sojeong's father! We were able to enjoy our time at Universal Studios without our furbabies because they appeared to be in good hands. Sojeong was incredibly patient and responsive. She provided multiple status, photo and video updates throughout their stay. My family and I highly recommend Sojeong, and we will book with Sojeong again the next time we're in town! 😊”
“Freddie was so stoked! He got lots of play time with his new bff Henri and was very well taken care of. Will definitely book with Michael again. Truly felt like Freddie was with family.”

About: I’ve always had pets at home, so caring for animals is a natural part of my life. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I treat every pet with the same care and love I give my own. I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule. This allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine and give pets the time and attention they need. I make sure pets feel safe, calm, and comfortable by following their routine, keeping a clean space, and giving them gentle, attentive care with love and respect.
About: I’ve taken care of my two golden retrievers and their 31 puppies all until they’ve left the nest! I’ve been exposed to dog training and all different sizes of dogs. I’ve taken care of puppies, teens, adults, and seniors! I’ve also grown up with 10 cats and litter trained, played, and cuddled with all ages! I am unemployed so I have all the time in the world to check up on your loved ones 24/7. I will constantly be taking them out on walks, playing with them, feeding and taking them out for potty time! I have a fenced yard, and a special kennel in the backyard. Our yard is long and great for playing catch. I also have a senior golden retriever who would love to keep your fur baby company!
“Kyle and Jennifer were so generous with their time, accommodating a meet-and-greet / trial for my nervous pup. He was skittish when I dropped him off, but was best friends with Kyle by the time I picked him up. I was happy he got to enjoy (supervised) time in their backyard, since we don’t have one at home. Great communication throughout. Five stars; Rio looks forward to his next visit!”

“Frances took in George at the last minute when I had work pop up so early in the morning and she was very kind. She kept me updated on George and took her on multiple walks. He came back super happy and ready for a nap! Thank you so much, Frances. You'll see George again soon I'm sure!!”

“My puppy loves Stephanie! She wags her tail like crazy when I drop her off. Stephanie is a great fit for Mia and I. I’m really happy that Stephanie is our sitter.”
About: What’s the most important thing all dog owners want to know before entrusting their dogs to a stranger? Well first of all I’m from Jersey. I’ll play with your dog, make sure they’re happy, take them on a walk, not lose them, and feed them only what you tell me to feed them. No human food, I promise. Unless of course that’s in your list of food to give them. Of course hydrate them as well. I know the do’s and don’ts of a dog’s diet since I have 2 of my own. I’ve also been fostering dogs on and off for the past 3 years. I am known to be reliable and responsible, so I can assure you that you can rest easy with leaving your dog(s) in my care. Or if you have a cat, I also get along super well with them since I also have 2 of my own! I work from home so I do have some flexibility or if you need eyes on your little one for long hours I will also be able to do that. I do have 2 cats so I have pet gates up to separate my cats from any dogs. The dogs get free roaming of the living room which tends to be enough for my two dogs plus any friends they’ve had over. Routine in my home is key. At your home, I’ll stick to your routine and respect your house rules. Whatever you require, it will be respected.

“Gina is amazing at what she does! My dog Patli truly blossomed and opened up with Gina and the rest of the pups in the best way! Great communicator and always making sure your pups are seen and taken care of in their needs!”

“Jesslyn is the best! We are so thrilled to have found someone who can not only care for our dog, but also help her to be her best dog self. Jesslyn & Noah are extremely patient and knowledgeable about dogs, and I can’t wait for them to help us with further training. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of dog support. 🐾✨”

“Lawrence was such a great sitter for my dog, Toby! He provided endless photos, texted back immediately each time I had reached out and also was very kind to respond to my urgent booking as I wasn’t able to plan it out with more time! He was great with my dog, and I plan to book with him again!”

“We know that our Ruby is always well taken care of and has plenty of play time when she is with Cathy, Andres, and Charlie! They accepted our last minute request and made sure to provide lots of updates and pictures of her time there.. playing with Charlie, resting, and even spent time at the park! Always grateful for their care and attention :)”

“This is our fourth visit. Jake seems to have a better time every time he is with you. Jing also gave him a nice present for his 12th birthday, which was incredibly sweet. Thank you for loving Jake.”

As of September 2026, there are 7,250 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Hidden Springs. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Hidden Springs commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 7,250 sitters in Hidden Springs, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
