About: I have taken care of a variety of animals and I would like to expand my services more to those in need. I have worked with large dog breeds (I have two great danes at home), cats, and smaller critters like bunnies. I want you and your pet to feel safe with me. I let animals get to know me first so I know they are comfortable with someone new entering their safe space. I don't like to pressure them into affection when they are not showing they want it or seem stressed. In a case like that I tend to just stay in one spot and let them observe, relax, and come closer when they feel safe to do so. I currently attend community college part time and work part time on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Monday mornings. My college schedule only had me going in person on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 4:10pm and Fridays from 9:30am to 1:10pm. I do have an online class, but that one is a little more flexible on where and when to finish those assignments. As semesters change, I will do my best to update my schedule availability. If there are any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let me know! In my own home, I make sure that my own dogs have been fed in the mornings and evenings. Throughout the day I check to make sure their water is at a good level and that it is fresh and slobber free, especially during those hot months. I make sure to let them out every few hours so they can get some well deserved play time. I love to play with them, and we had adopted one of them as a puppy and I got to see him grow up.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and currently my parents will leave their dogs in my care when they go out of town. I also used to watch my friend’s dogs in college whenever they needed to go home! One of my favorite things to do in college was to walk the dogs at the humane society and we even had an event to walk dogs with other people in greek life on campus! I am very flexible when it comes to routine, i would structure my schedule around what you would prefer! I am able to do weekdays and weekends! I walk my dogs in the early morning but I would able to adjust based on your personal schedule! Pets are a part of a family! I would take the best care i could to make sure they are happy and healthy throughout the time they are in my care!

About: I have six years of hands on experience with dogs, including volunteering at the Baltimore SPCA, where I handled intake, socialization, and daily care for dogs of all temperatures. I have also trained the dogs that I have had. I work full-time, but my schedule rotates every three weeks — so I always have afternoons free after four, plus two full days off each week. That means I’m available for midday walks, evening visits, and weekend coverage without any gaps. My dogs get a set daily rhythm in the morning and evening walks, scheduled meals, and plenty of rest so I know firsthand what a consistent routine looks like from the inside. Also I follow the owner’s routine exactly feeding times, meds, play, potty breaks and send photo updates after each visit so they always know how their pet’s doing.

About: Starting at the age of 11 up to today I have been trusted to take care, bathe and feed animals in my neighborhood, friends and family. I’m well at observing and giving medication if needed for older pets but also can be playful and help with the puppies/kittens as well! About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn a Bachelor's in the Arts from Towson University, which is about a 50 minute commute from my home. With this in mind, my current class schedule entails that Towson days are essentially unavailable; however, the rest of the week, I'm generally left plenty of room to take on pet care! Life is always busy, and while sometimes I wind up with too many commitments to do it regularly, I'll always make time for it when I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!

About: I’m an experienced animal caretaker comfortable with pets of all species, ages, temperaments, and care needs. My background includes training challenging dogs, caring for neonatal kittens, mucking stalls, administering IV fluids, raising poultry and small animals, and over 20 years of experience with dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I’m confident with special-needs pets, unusual animals, and complicated routines—and I’ll care for every animal with patience, attentiveness, and kindness. I work a standard 8 am - 4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available to care for boarded animals in the morning before I leave and in the evenings when I return from work in those days, with the same diligence and love I give my own animals. For all other days, I am either off or working from home and I am generally available to provide care. If I am visiting your home, I would like to have a meet and greet with you and your animals before you head out of town to establish their normal schedules and routines. During appointments, I will give your animals the same love and care that I give my own. If you are scheduling to have an animal boarded, your animal(s) will be given their own room separate from other animals in the house, with direct access to a large, fenced-in yard, their own beds and towels, and constant access to water. Walks, treats, meals, and medications will be given on an agreed upon schedule. Potty breaks will occur no less than once in the morning, once before and after dinner, and once before bedtime. I do not accept outside bedding and all guests must be up to date on vaccines and treated for fleas and ticks prior to boarding.
