About: It can be so stressful trying to find someone to care for your furry loved one(s) while you’re away; I would love to make it easier for you! I’m an animal lover through-and-through (if you’ve seen it I’ve probably thought about wanting to make friends with it) but cats have a special place in my heart. A couple years ago I said goodbye to my cat of 14 years, Boylston, and I recently moved from Boston where I parted with two cats–Figero and Sabrina–who I loved like my own. About: I have taken care of a variety of animals and I would like to expand my services more to those in need. I have worked with large dog breeds (I have two great danes at home), cats, and smaller critters like bunnies. I want you and your pet to feel safe with me. I let animals get to know me first so I know they are comfortable with someone new entering their safe space. I don't like to pressure them into affection when they are not showing they want it or seem stressed. In a case like that I tend to just stay in one spot and let them observe, relax, and come closer when they feel safe to do so. I currently attend community college part time and work part time on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Monday mornings. My college schedule only had me going in person on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 4:10pm and Fridays from 9:30am to 1:10pm. I do have an online class, but that one is a little more flexible on where and when to finish those assignments. As semesters change, I will do my best to update my schedule availability. If there are any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let me know! In my own home, I make sure that my own dogs have been fed in the mornings and evenings. Throughout the day I check to make sure their water is at a good level and that it is fresh and slobber free, especially during those hot months. I make sure to let them out every few hours so they can get some well deserved play time. I love to play with them, and we had adopted one of them as a puppy and I got to see him grow up.
About: I have experience training dogs of all sizes and ages. My family had dogs throughout the entirety of my childhood, giving me a deep appreciation for pets of all kinds growing up. I gained further training and experience through my employment at Petco as an operations specialist. Pet care has been a part of my daily routine for the entirety of my life. About: I've taken care of many different dogs, I am comfortable with all breeds and ages. Ive had experience with every energetic puppies, as well as low energy older dogs, small dogs that are all over the place and loud ones. I've lived in a household with pets basically my while life, aside from dogs I have experience with cats, lizards, small animals (specifically rats and hamsters), and parrots. I am very passionate with them all, love spending time with them. My house and neighborhood is great and safe for walking pets, not many cars come through and there are not that many dogs around, so accidents would not happen. And my house is large with a lot of large empty spaces so the dog wouldnt have a chance to be destructive. Most of the time I would be available, I spend most of my time at home, and I do college online. Occasionally I might leave for a day, and in October I'm going on a trip 5-17. My house is very pet friendly, I currently have rats but they have their own room to which I usually keep the door closed. A large part of the house has a lot of empty spaces and the main living room currently doesn't have much furniture, but still a lot of space to run around. It does have stairs. Our neighborhood is a great place to walk around, not that many cars or people walk around, so there would be no accidents. Unfortunately my back/front yard is not fenced, so the dog would need to stay on a leash. I will also listen and follow all the instructions provided by you in your home, I respect other people's spaces and privacy.

I’m careful around doors and gates, double-check locks before leaving, and I send updates with notes and photos so you feel at ease while you’re away.
