I’m an animal lover through-and-through (if you’ve seen it I’ve probably thought about wanting to make friends with it) but cats have a special place in my heart. A couple years ago I said goodbye to my cat of 14 years, Boylston, and I recently moved from Boston where I parted with two cats–Figero and Sabrina–who I loved like my own. About: I've had family dogs for 13 years, but started taking care of some of my neighbors' dogs 5 years ago, whether it be taking them for potty breaks or staying over at their house to give them attentive care. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, from Yorkie to Saint Bernard, and have lots of experience caring for both puppies and senior pets that might need more rigorous attention. They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. “Jim and Mary were awesome with our pup. They sent me pictures throughout his stay so I could see how he was doing. He was very comfortable with them and when we picked him up, he acted the same as the dog we had left. (we had previous experiences where he was skittish for a few days after staying with a previous dog sitter) Jim and Mary treated our Camden as if he were their dog. I would be comfortable leaving our dog with them anytime and plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!”
