About: I have had a combination of cats and dogs growing up. I have my own cat now who’s 8 years old. I previously had taken a job with a dog walking company in my general area for a bit over a year! I did overnight visits, drop ins, and short baby sitting days/nights. I enjoyed the work and the varieties of sweet fur babies I met! I have experience with providing medicine and accompanying little ones overnight where they need a friend to keep them company! I am currently looking for a flexible part-time schedule. My full-time job occupies a lot of my time from 7/8am to 4/5pm depending on the work. I am comfortable stopping by and caring for little ones at night time for potty breaks & dinner time. My cat at home has her own space for her food that is special for her to feel safe. She has developed anxiety as she’s gotten older, so the area is more secluded to prevent her to be stressed my other outside forces. As well, proving her medication when she needs it in the morning. Previous work, I would take long walks with dogs and let them sniff around. Take many photos of them for their parents to see them while away. I am very observant to the surround areas so ensure they don’t become stressed out in case of any other dog/car that can come by. I keep them always on the inside of the sidewalk for safety. I follow all special instructions per family request and make sure dogs & cats are taken care just like their owners were home. No skipped routine gets past me! I want the pet sitter time to be relaxed and fulfilled for everyone involved.

Megan was awesome!! So attentive to my two kitties and their care, even going above and beyond to clean up when one of them decided to leave a throw up treat!! One kitty is shy and hides but Megan made sure she was ok and checked on her each day. Will definitely call on Megan again in the future.
We left our two cats for two weeks—the longest they’ve ever been alone—while we traveled across the country, and we were extremely nervous, especially because one of our cats is very anxious and deeply attached to humans. We found Purva through Rover on our first search, and calling her “sent from animal care heaven” would honestly be an understatement. From the initial meet-and-greet, Purva was warm, down-to-earth, and incredibly reassuring. Before leaving, I set up cameras around the house because we were worried about stress-related behaviors like inappropriate peeing or vomiting, particularly from our anxious cat. Somehow, during those two weeks, our cats seemed happier than when we’re actually home. They were consistently well-fed, the litter box was always clean, and although Purva was scheduled for 30-minute visits each day, she never left until every requested task was completed thoroughly and thoughtfully. Most impressively, our anxious cat—who typically urinates around the house when stressed—did not act out even once during the entire two weeks. That alone speaks volumes. I fully attribute this to Purva’s patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. She arrived on time every day and was even available for last-minute visits during an emergency, which gave us incredible peace of mind. We truly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. Purva exceeded every expectation, and we would trust her with our cats again without hesitation.
