About: I have a rescue dog of my own, so I understand how to approach shy or nervous pets with patience and care, while also keeping up with the more playful, high energy ones! I like to think of myself as a bit of an animal whisperer, I’ve never met a pet I couldn’t connect with. ;) My experience includes many different volunteering positions, including at the kitten nursery at the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA, dog rescues, and rescue farms. I also worked at a small animal clinic in Thailand through a veterinary program, and shadowed a veterinarian here in the U.S. I just completed my first year at Michigan State University, where I’m studying Animal Science on a pre-vet track. Caring for animals isn’t something I just decided to do, it’s what I’m truly passionate about. I treat every pet like my own and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I'm currently on my summer break and working part-time, so my availability is limited on certain days of the week (only available Monday + Wednesday mornings or late evenings, and Sunday late evenings) but I am basically available any other time on other days. I will keep the animals on their needed schedule and be very attentive towards them, I will work to make them feel as comfortable with me as they do with you!

About: Please let me hang out with your dog :) This will be mutually beneficial- I’ll take your dog for a walk and some play time and you’ll be able to rest easy! I currently do not have my own dog due to space limitations in my own home, as well as a work travel schedule that sends me to Asia for brief periods every few months. I love all dogs- I grew up with a reactive Akita for 16 years, from puppy to senior. I have done sprinkles of weekend overnight stays for friends and family, before moving to the Bay Area from SoCal 4 years ago. When in my care, all dogs are treated like they’re my own!! I am cautious when meeting for the first time and observant to stressed behaviors but also am able to recognize when to just have fun! I work full time in office on weekdays, usually Tuesday-Thursday. Would love to help dog walk during my evening work calls from 5 pm-7pm! Weekends are totally flexible. I prefer to maintain a high level routine schedule and don’t mind sending status updates! It’s the pet’s world and I’m just here to be the opposable thumbs and help avoid any nervous furniture chewing!

About: My son now refers to me as the “Dogfather”. So I’ll own it! I’ve been caring for animals since I was six years old, and over the years, I’ve become the go-to pet sitter in my family whenever anyone travels. It’s something I truly love, so I decided to share that care and attention with others in my community. When I walk your dogs, I aim for a solid 2 to 3 miles during each hour-long session to give them the exercise they need and deserve. I treat every dog like they’re my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and well-looked after every step of the way. You can relax knowing your fur baby is in good hands. For overnight boarding we ask that dogs that you suspect might have fleas be given a flea treatment prior to their stay. We aim to keep our house “flea free” to ensure that all your pets are safe and healthy! I’m a freelance artist with a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. I’m available for overnight stays every night of the week and can easily work around your schedule. Whether it’s daytime check-ins, long walks, or overnight care, I’m here to provide reliable, loving support whenever you need it. I have a completely fenced in yard and a sweet little dog named Kirby. I work in my garage so I’m always aware of what is going on in the yard as it is right next to me. I take breaks often throughout the day and spend lots of time playing with my own fur baby so I’ll have plenty of time to devote to yours as well.

“Rachel was a great cat-sitter! She watched Lily while we were on vacation, and eventually got our scary-cat to come out of her shell. Rachel took very good care of our cat, and even took care of the houseplants. I will definitely hire her the next time we go on a trip!”

About: I have been dog sitting my dogs for 5 years and walking them for over 10 years. I have 3 dogs who all have different needs and I am able to provide individual love and care to all. I live in the guest house of my mom’s house so I can pet sit a dog in a pet-free environment and provide a fenced yard where they can play and use the bathroom. I am great at going on walks with dogs and would love to be your next dog walker! I love all dogs like they are my own and always ask to pet every dog I see in public. I am currently on summer break before I head to graduate school. I am home all day and able to provide pet care all day while I take care of my other dogs who are in a separate house as I have a guest house where I stay and can host a pet alone. I am flexible on pricing so message me! I love animals, especially dogs and treat every dog like they are my own. I am very loving, but respectful of when dogs want space. I have 3 dogs I help my mom care for while she works 10 hour days during the week. Because I live in a guest house, I have my own space for a dog!

“Peter took great care of our two cats while we were away! We received daily updates with pictures, and when we got home the cats were happy as can be. Peter was also very flexible, friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. We hope he will take care of Cora and Monty again in the future!!”

I follow your instructions closely, keep their space clean and secure, and always give them plenty of love and attention. I treat every pet like my own, so they feel safe, happy, and right at home.

“I have three dogs—two high-energy dogs I've raised since they were young, and a rescue with some behavioral challenges. Ainsley has been wonderful with all of them. She walks the two high-energy dogs together and then takes the rescue dog on a separate walk, focusing on training commands like "sit," "stay," and "no barking." Her patience and skill really stand out. I trusted her to dog-sit while I was out of town last month, and she did a fantastic job. Ainsley is reliable, caring, and the perfect choice for both dog walking and pet sitting.”

Annie is great! She saved my day by handling an emergent situation of my cat. The communication was very clear and detailed and I can tell that she really cares and loves pets during our communication.

Jasmine was great! Good notes, solid communication, and the cats got were well taken care of with regular attention and play time.

Rylie is so good with our kitties! I love working with her as she is proactive and responds very quickly. She takes good care of our cats when we are gone. We all love working with her

Jamin continues to be literally the best sitter ever! So amazing with our cats and sends truly the best updates and pictures in the world!!

Jenna was great at taking care of our 2 senior cats - Marley and Bailey. She gave very detailed rover cards, sent photos, was very quick to reply and followed instructions well. I would recommend her and will use Jenna in the future.

As always, Jennifer was so amazing with my two kitties on my recent trip! They are normally very shy with people besides me but they are so relaxed and engaged when Jennifer visits. I come home to two very happy and content cats. It makes me feel so much better about leaving them when I travel, knowing they are in such capable hands. Thank you!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Kristin went above and beyond in every possible way. Communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring — we always knew how our cat was doing. She treated our cat with so much care and love, even bringing their own toys to keep her entertained. She also took plenty of pictures, which we truly appreciated But it didn’t stop there. They also helped bring in packages and even took the initiative to fix a couple of our household robots while we were away. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful, capable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Jill is very responsible and responsive. She provides lots of photos of freddie. Certainly will recommend her to others

Yiqing is our go to sitter! Our pets love her!! She always sends a lot of pictures and is always on time, communicative, and very attentive. Recommend her 100%!

Emily was very easy to talk to. She communicated well, sent us detailed messages and was always on time. We came home to a clean house. She helped with our mails and took great care of the cats. One of our cats was braver than the other so she ended up eating the other's share of wet food. Emily then fed them in separate areas so the shy one got to eat as well.

I appreciated all the photos I received while Xiaonan H. Did drop in visits for my dog, it helped build trust and reliability in a short amount of time!

We love having Hannah watch our cat. She is always on time and communicative. We really appreciate how reliable and trustworthy she is - highly recommend!

Shelley was very thorough and thoughtful when taking care of our two kitty boys! She always sent along pictures and updates after finishing her time with them and it was clear when we got home that they were both fed and happy - which is always important for us to see!

Tsu-Wei did a great job of checking in on Atlas, and followed all directions/requests with no problem. She provided detailed updates on her visit as well. Would book again!

Natalie is great! My cat needs an inhaler and Natalie is always able to administer her medication. Appreciate her!

Incredible, patient, thorough and kind. The best we could have hoped for— we really lucked out with Marcia and can't recommend her enough! I think our cat Kiwi misses her more than she missed us... Thank you so so much Marcia!!!

Joann is so sweet and absolutely amazing with my fur baby! Ponyo loves her new friend, leaving great picture updates and reporting any issues or concerns during her visit. We look forward to seeing her again soon!

After having the hardest time finding someone to help walk my fur baby overnight, Amber and her Partner were life savers. Sending many pictures and leaving the sweetest notes, my Ponyo has made great new friends! We look forward to rebooking and seeing them again soon!
