“Olivia was an amazing sitter! She took such great care (and pictures) of Matilda. We loved seeing her updates and were never worried about our fur baby while we were away. Olivia is a rockstar!”

“Connor dropped in on our kitty for a week and was absolutely wonderful! We did a meet and greet about a week before our trip, and it was clear that Connor really cared with the approach to our kitty and the questions being asked. Connor was very punctual for each visit and made sure to follow our agreed upon instructions to the letter. We are very thankful and will be rebooking again in the future!”

“Cynthia did an awesome job watching our three dogs. Communication was great, she sent lots of pictures and did exactly what we asked her to do. I highly recommend Cynthia if you need someone to watch your pups! We will definitely use her services again.”

“I did not worry at all on my trip whether Zoe was being cared for! I appreciated the photos and updates. She was also super flexible when we had to switch up our plans a few times.”

About: Hi! I’m Emma! Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 4 years old. I grew up with a German Shepherd mix and a Pit Bull mix, so I have experience with big and small, high-energy dogs and understand the attention and exercise they need. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, and they have a special place in my heart. Whether your pup is young and playful or older and prefers a slower pace, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I genuinely love being around dogs and would be thrilled to spend time with yours! I’m a full time touring musician, but I have multiple months in the year where I’m at home and don’t have much to do. I’m almost always available on weekdays, and sometimes weekends. I’m also usually available anytime between 8am-8pm I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home. ☺️ I carefully follow each pet’s routine, make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise, and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I keep a clean environment, doublecheck doors and gates, and communicate regularly with owners through updates and photos. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible while giving you peace of mind while you’re away! 🐾
About: I have take care of many different pups of all breeds and personalities. This includes my own, family and friends, volunteering at shelters and even the local dog wash. I'm currently starting school part-time so I'll have plenty of time to walk, take care of, and play with your pets! I'm mostly available with flexibility and depending upon my schedule, some days I'm fully free! I'm very cautious in following instructions and needs of any pet. I'm good at keeping pups at a good walking pace, I love playing with pets to keep them active, and I'll set extra timers and keep set schedules for your pet's eating habits.
“Absolutely amazing dog sitter! Kind, reliable, and attentive. Our dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly loved every minute. The regular updates gave us peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend! 🐾 Thanks Alison !”

About: I have been trusted to take care of my family and friends’ pets since I have had my own car. Now that I’m old enough I want to start looking after other people’s pets more because they say do what you love. I can’t have any dogs in my own household so I want to take care of other people’s babies the best that I can. I’ve taken off work this summer so aside from picking up some shifts here and there I’m free to love on some pets! I have a couple vacations planned, but I’ll just sit around those. I follow specific instructions and say with the pets as long as my schedule allows. I love to send pictures of the pets for their owners because I know how much I would miss my baby. I make sure I have eyes on the pets before I leave so I don’t close them in a room and notify parents of any weird behavior.
“Carolyn is fantastic , always a pleasure having her pet sitting for my two fur babies. She’s communicative , trusting and my fur kids adore her. I always try to book with whenever I possible if she’s available. Would recommend her to other pet parents needing a trusting sitter ☺️”

“Bailey was available at the last minute and was able to step in and take care of our 3 dogs which really helped us out. Our dogs were well taken care of and were very happy with her! She communicated well and sent us pictures. Highly recommend her!”

“August was great! She made time quickly to come meet our cats before she watched them and communicated well while we were gone! The cats warmed up to her well and we will for sure be using her for cat/dog care in the future!”

About: I’ve been taking care of different animals my whole life! I have a dog of my own so I understand how important our four legged friends can be to our families. I also have experience administering medications when needed, training, and lots of loving on pets! It would be my pleasure to take care of your sweet friends! I’m a stay at home mom to a one year old girl who also loves animals. I have plenty of time to work around her schedule and fit in loving on fur babies! I have a fenced in backyard and a sweet older female dog that loves other animals. She’s 7, and is great with other dogs, cats, and children.

About: I’m a College student home for the summer with a lot availability and love for dogs. I’ve grown up with two dogs (both 6 years old) and have experience dog sitting for family friends. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and sticking to your dog’s routine. I’m dependable, easy to communicate with, and will treat your dog like my own. I’m currently working part-time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet attention. I’m available most afternoons after 2pm on weekdays and have open availability on weekends. I can do walks, drop-ins, or boarding depending on what you need, and I’m good about sticking to your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow any instructions you leave, including feeding schedules, medications, and routines. I keep a clean, pet-friendly space and make sure pets are supervised and secure at all times. I’m patient, attentive, and make sure your pet gets plenty of love, playtime, and rest. I’ll also keep you updated so you feel at ease while you’re away.

“Courtenay was amazing with Luke and George!! She clearly loves all animals and that helped Luke our senior dog feel very comfortable with us not being home for a few days. She most definitely loved on Luke like he was her dog!! Luke was happy when my kids got home 😊. This hasn’t been the case when other dog sitters have watched him. Courtenay went above and beyond to care for our animal in a time that we really needed help. We would most definitely you Courtenay as our sitter again and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends. Thank you Courtenay for taking such great care of Luke and George!!”

About: I am a proud pet mom of five dogs and one very spoiled cat! I have had pets all my life and I have even cared for horses! I am college student, so this business will be getting all of my attention when I am not in class. I understand how hard it is to find someone trustworthy enough to leave your fur babies with, so I decided to do this to provide some peace of mind when you leave them with me! I am excited to meet you and your pets! I have a pretty open schedule between classes! Most of them are virtual so that gives me some freedom when it comes to tending to your pets needs! I understand that not every daily routine is the same, so I will work hard to create the same routine for your pets when you are gone! I also know how common separation anxiety is, so we will be doing a lot of enrichment and exercise based activities when I visit! (If that is what you prefer, I don’t mind hanging out either!)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Harvest with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
