About: Have been taking care of dogs for the last 10 years - from the most relaxed/lazy dogs to hyperactive ones. Been a dog walker at a dog shelter for the last 6 months since moving to the area. I work full time but will be able to take care of dogs after work or over the weekends. Most holidays I am available (besides thanksgiving or Christmas - traveling home) I stay attentive while taking care of any dogs, especially on walks. I try to stay away from crowded areas, mainly because I don’t know what other people or animals will do. “So, this was my first time officially using Rover, and everything went pretty well. We meet Khalilida in December, and used her for our trip to Mexico in January. We have a 60+ pound pittie, that's full of energy and loves new people. While the times I picked didn't necessarily go as planned, Khallida did drop in as we needed; and, when our other dog sitter got sick, she was willing to add extra times. While our weather in Mexico was great, she was dealing with freezing temperatures, and rain at home. Yet, she didn't miss one drop-in, and kept me updated as to any modifications b/c of the weather. She not only executed the agreed to basics for our two pups (one 50# special needs (IVDD/back leg partial paralysis) lovebug, the other a 60# goof that can just plain be a jerk) but also made sure to give them extra outside play / loved on them during her drop in visits. Additionally ensuring they were watered up, comfortable and cleaned up before leaving. Madison made sure in the daily report outs to give details to ensure we were kept informed and noted anything unusual. This is the first time I have been away in almost a year and Madison absolutely allowed me to have piece of mind that my pups were in excellent hands and that they were being cared as I would ... not an easy thing to do!
