“So, this was my first time officially using Rover, and everything went pretty well. We meet Khalilida in December, and used her for our trip to Mexico in January. We have a 60+ pound pittie, that's full of energy and loves new people. While the times I picked didn't necessarily go as planned, Khallida did drop in as we needed; and, when our other dog sitter got sick, she was willing to add extra times. While our weather in Mexico was great, she was dealing with freezing temperatures, and rain at home. Yet, she didn't miss one drop-in, and kept me updated as to any modifications b/c of the weather. Most importantly, her communication was great, and made us feel confident that she wouldn't just forget about our pup....lol! As a overprotective puppy parent, communication is key for me.
