About: • 8 years of experience • I’ve had dogs for years and currently have a puppy named Theo, so I’m experienced with different dog personalities and daily care. • I keep routines consistent and make sure pets feel safe and comfortable • I handle feeding, walks, light grooming & giving your babies the attention they deserve • I pay attention to small details that help pets feel calm and at ease I have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to be available throughout the week in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I’m happy to work around what each pet needs and can also accommodate recurring visits or last-minute requests when needed. I follow each pet’s normal routine and any instructions given. I make sure they are safe, fed, and comfortable at all times. I respect the client’s home and keep everything secure. I give pets attention so they feel calm and cared for while their owner is away.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have over 30 years of experience caring for animals. I love all animals, not just dogs, and have experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and care needs. From 2014 to 2016 I helped train German Shepherds that worked with police, military, and special needs children. From 2016 to 2018 I worked as a ranch hand that cared for abandoned horses, where I helped provide daily animal care and support. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me for years to care for their pets while they’re away, and I always treat every animal like they’re my own. I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to provide regular photo and video updates so owners feel comfortable knowing their pets are safe, loved, and well cared for. 🐾💚 Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because animals have always been a huge part of my life. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and structured care throughout the day. My own dogs, Ella and Dottie, stay active and receive lots of love and individualized care daily, so I’m very used to maintaining routines and making sure each pet’s unique needs are met. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m experienced with administering medications, keeping pets active and supervised, and creating a calm, loving environment. I also know dog CPR and how to respond if a dog were ever choking, although thankfully I’ve never had to perform either. I will always treat your pets like family and provide regular updates so you can feel comfortable knowing they’re in good hands.
About: Lifelong pet owner. Frequently have been asked by friends to stay with or feed their pets while out of town. I've mostly worked with dogs but love cats as well. I follow pet owners' instruction to the most minute detail. Not to brag but I've had dogs and cats warm up to me quicker than others. Even to the point where pet owners notice and say "He usually doesn't warm up to strangers that quick". I'm in town during the week so this would be a great part time job between gigs. I'm a professional standup comedian. Usually I'm back by Sunday evening at the latest. I follow pet owners' instruction whether it's walking instructions or feeding instructions. Some have been specific or very generic. Either way, the important part is the requests of the pet owner is priority. I'm big on building trust and keeping that trust with the pet owner.
“Hannah did an amazing job taking care of my bunny boy! We did a meet and greet a few days prior to my leaving date, and she was very excited and happy to watch my bunny boy! Both of us got along great. Hannah is very good with communicating to me anything about my bunny boy. Loved the pictures she took and the comments she left! Will be booking with Hannah in the future!”

About: With 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, I provide compassionate, reliable, and personalized care for your furry family members. I may have more energy than them! I do this for fun, not for money. I lost my boy least year and I'm not quite ready for my own again, so taking care of others helps fill the void. <3 My days off are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Sometimes one additional day during the week. I'm free all day and night on those days off, but depending on the time, may be able to watch on other days as well. Weekdays I'm still pretty free, just keep in mind my work schedule. I'll do what's needed and more! Walks? Playtime? Feeding? Bathroom? I do this mostly for fun! I'm not quite ready to own my own again but maybe caring for other dogs will help me heal!
“Martina was such a caring and nurturing being. She respected my house hold and my belongs, but most importantly she took well care of my pet. Tank is a lover and she def treated him with plenty of it. She followed directions, texted and called when she had questions, and locked up once she departed. I would recommend anyone else to get her to watch or drop in on your pet! Thank you again Martina??”

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. He became part of the family! I think that’s what started my love for animals. Since college, I’ve had at least one pet. While in Culinary school, I worked long hours. For Christmas, I got my cat, Basil. She was at the door with a “meow” at the end of long days in the kitchen. When I began my career as a culinary teacher, I bought my first house with a back yard and almost immediately added my girls, Sage and Sketch to the household! I work full time as a high school teacher. but live next door to my parents who watch over my pets. They love them as if they were their own! I have an acre, fenced in back yard. My dogs love the country, running and playing in the back yard! They are house dogs, but love the chance to run as much as possible.

“Alishia is a great neighbor and dog sitter! I highly recommend. She was communicative the whole trip and made sure my dog was fed, had time to potty, and even some cuddles. I felt my dog and home was safe with her visiting when I needed her. Even when my dog fell sick, she went the extra mile to keep me posted and checking on her. I’m glad she is local to Chapel Hill and will be using her services again.”

“Highly recommend! The absolute best sitter we’ve ever had. We’ve used Rover for quite a while now and Mia stands out as the best dog sitter we’ve ever worked with. She truly goes above and beyond with Marley. From the very first visit, it was clear how much she cares about the dogs she watches. What impressed us the most is how Mia maximizes her time with Marley. She doesn’t just take Marley out for a quick potty break—she plays with her the entire time, keeps her engaged, and makes sure she’s getting both physical exercise and mental stimulation. You can tell Marley is having the time of her life. When we got home, Marley is happily tired, super calm, and clearly overjoyed with the care she received. Her tail is wagging non-stop and she seems more confident and content overall. Mia is also incredibly reliable, communicative, and professional. She sends great updates with photos and always lets us know how Marley is doing. We never have to worry when she’s watching our girl. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own and provide top-tier care, Mia is the one. We will definitely be booking her again and again. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone in the area! Thank you so much, Mia! Marley (and we) adore you! 🐾❤️”
