About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.
About: I have taken care and trained 2 of my own dogs. I can handle all sizes and temperaments of dogs and puppy’s. I can feed, walk and play with your pet anytime! I love animals and have a lot of free time this semester. I would love to spend it taking care of animals. No issues at all. So I felt better leaving these two babies in her care. She kept us updated, sent pics, and even left a doggie bag with treats for each of the dogs on her last day with them. She even remembered my older dog’s issues and found treats she could have. Takodea went above and beyond. When we got back the dogs were calm and happy. We will definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter and we will definitely ask for her on future trips.”
About: I am a soccer player at MTSU who loves all animals, especially dogs. I have two pups of my own back home and they are my best friends. I have first hand experience as a pet owner, and do well with all types of dogs. I previously did house visits for friends and neighbors. One of my dogs at home is 18 years old, and while I love him so much, I understand the difficulties of having a senior dog. I can’t wait to meet some new pets! I am currently a member of the women’s soccer team. We practice early in the morning on weekdays and are off on weekends. About: As a MTSU college student I frequently house and dog sit for family members & friends, especially over the summer.
