“Mallory has great availability and she is very punctual! She also took great pictures for their report cards after her visit, and follows instructions given perfectly! I would 100% book her over and over :)”

“Once again, Kaylee did an excellent job with our dogs and cats. She kept us updated every day with notes and photos, was proactive in her care, and kept our house tidy. All of our pets seemed super happy to see her in the photos she sent, which tells me that she took great care of them. I highly recommend Kaylee and will be using her services again.”

About: I've been caring for pets since I was 13 years old, and my love for animals has only grown over the years. Growing up, I was surrounded by a wide variety of pets, including dogs, snakes and other animals, which gave me experience with different personalities, care routines, and needs. I currently own a large dog and serval reptiles. I have previously owned small dogs as well, so I'm comfortable caring for pets of all sizes and energy levels. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company, I'm committed to providing attentive, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. I am currently a full time student at Middle Tennessee Stste University. This allows me the flexibility to do multiple check ups throughout the day, walk pets as needed, and do house stays so your pet can have the best experience possible. When caring for pets in my client's home, I make it a priority to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I carefully follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions (if needed), exercise routines, and any special care requests to ensure your pet feels comfortable and secure while you're away.

“Payton and Alexander were great! They had great feedback with written notes and took multiple pictures of my pets. Even my cat let them pet him when he usually would run and hide from people. My Pomeranian looked happy in the pictures as well.”

“You’ll never find a better pet sitter than Cathy!! She always showed up on time and loved every second with our boy! Shadow loved her and she always gave us the best pictures of him while we were away!❤️”

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I have 3 family dogs and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and I'm comfortable handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on walks, and making sure each dog gets the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to create a safe, loving environment where they can feel happy and secure. I currently work a part time job, but other than that I have plenty of time to make sure your pets are well taken care of I have experience caring for pets through dog walking and pet sitting. My responsibilities included feeding, providing fresh water, walking dogs, cleaning up after pets, administering medications when instructed, and ensuring they were safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners were away. I also followed each owner's care instructions, maintained reliable communication, and treated every pet with patience and compassion.
“Thank you so much for taking such good care of my animals! And a special thank you for understanding me through my huge mistake and still holding up your side of the booking🙏 I would recommend time and time again to anyone looking to get their animals cared for! My cat and chickens had daily updates with lots of photos seeing how all of their food, water, and living areas all were left in great condition and full!”

“We had a fantastic experience with Shelley. As new puppy owners, we were nervous about leaving him home during the workday, but Shelley quickly put us at ease. She came twice daily, kept him active and happy, and treated him like her own. It was obvious from the beginning that she genuinely cares about animals. She was always on time, easy to communicate with, and very dependable. We came home each day to a happy puppy, which says everything. Highly recommend!”

“Gabbi is the absolute best! She always makes our pets feel safe and comfortable when we are away. She sends us pictures every visit and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 14 years old! I am a 22 year old recent wildlife graduate who has experience with animal care! 🩷 I love the outdoors, so walks will be a blast with me! I love having surprises for my furry clients (toys, treats, activities, etc.), and I 100% will make sure your little bud will have fun and be thoroughly enriched! I know how to use CPR on small and large dogs and I know how to save most animals from choking. I have a lot of free time right now due to the wildlife career field being a little lackluster at the moment. However, that means I have all the free time in the world to help you with your dog/cat! I always try to sit down or watch the behavior of the pets before I engage in activities or enrichment. I’m a firm believer that every animal has their own personality, thus I have to adapt how I play with them or take care of them. I know most first aid for animals, can help blind animals + deaf animals, and animals with mobility issues. I only feed animals what clients give or tell me! Even though I love offering treats, my treats are only my the permission of owners. I always create a space in my own home if an animal needs to stay with me. That is no trouble! When the activities will be outside, I know just the right places!

I make sure animals have clean water and make sure it gets all their needs. I love going on walks and love playing with toys if they need to let some energy out.

About: I have experience working in a dog daycare where I developed strong skills in managing groups of dogs, understanding their behaviors, and ensuring their safety and well-being. During my time there, I became adept at recognizing the individual needs of each dog, which helps me create a nurturing and enjoyable environment. Pet care is apart of my daily routine. I make it a priority to ensure my dog is well taken care of and happy. Each day starts with feeding and taking her for walks, which not only keeps them healthy but also helps me start my day with some fresh air and exercise. Throughout the day, I make sure to spend quality time with her whether it’s playing, or just cuddling. I find that this interaction is rewarding for both me and my pet providing emotional support and stress relief. At home, I have a routine for my pet that includes feeding her , making sure she has fresh water. I also focus on mental and physical stimulation by providing toys and dedicating time for exercising. This not only keeps her active but also strengthens our bond. I check for any basic signs of health issues, such as changes in behavior or appetite. When walking pets, I use a sturdy leash and harness to keep them safe and secure. I’m mindful of their behavior and the environment around us, ensuring we stay clear of potential hazards. I make walks enjoyable by allowing them to explore their surroundings.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
