“Megan comes to my house to care for my 3 kitties while I’m on vacation. She does a wonderful job! She takes care of all the necessities then just sits with them and gives them love. They are always excited to see her. She sends pictures and a great summary of each visit. I have booked her during several lengthy trips already and will definitely use her again and again. Highly recommend!”

“Once again, Kaylee did an excellent job with our dogs and cats. She kept us updated every day with notes and photos, was proactive in her care, and kept our house tidy. All of our pets seemed super happy to see her in the photos she sent, which tells me that she took great care of them. I highly recommend Kaylee and will be using her services again.”

“Mallory has great availability and she is very punctual! She also took great pictures for their report cards after her visit, and follows instructions given perfectly! I would 100% book her over and over :)”

“Another great trip with Alex and Payton! Our normally skittish guys really like them and look forward to their visits while we’re away. We couldn’t ask for a more considerate and conscientious team to look after our cats while we’re gone. Thanks again for everything!!”

“I left my cat with Andrea for a week while I went on vacation and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! She took great care of him and provided plenty of pictures to ease my worries and responded quickly. I highly recommend booking with her!!!”

“Dawn is absolutely amazing. This is my first time using Rover and she made me feel at ease and I knew from our meet and greet that she was going to take wonderful care of Max. 10/10 recommend and will use her every time we need someone!!!”

“Elizabeth was great. My two pets warmed up to her immediately. She was right on time, and she took photos and was even able to get photos of my cat (who usually doesn't like strangers and hides.) I will definitely use her in the future. She made me feel calm about leaving them at home. I didn't want to board them and spend their day in a cage, and it was a great decision.”

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I have 3 family dogs and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and I'm comfortable handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on walks, and making sure each dog gets the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to create a safe, loving environment where they can feel happy and secure. I currently work a part time job, but other than that I have plenty of time to make sure your pets are well taken care of I have experience caring for pets through dog walking and pet sitting. My responsibilities included feeding, providing fresh water, walking dogs, cleaning up after pets, administering medications when instructed, and ensuring they were safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners were away. I also followed each owner's care instructions, maintained reliable communication, and treated every pet with patience and compassion.
“Takodea was great. My older dog is very timid so we asked her if she would do a meet and greet first with the dogs to see how my older one would respond. She was great with her from the start. No issues at all. So I felt better leaving these two babies in her care. She kept us updated, sent pics, and even left a doggie bag with treats for each of the dogs on her last day with them. She even remembered my older dog’s issues and found treats she could have. Takodea went above and beyond. When we got back the dogs were calm and happy. We will definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter and we will definitely ask for her on future trips.”
“They were wonderful I am so glad we found Gabby. Hoping she'll take them again in June. May even need for a couple days a week we'll have to see. Thank you very much You're wonderful!!!!”

“Shelley is extraordinary and helps us in so many ways Yesterday she came on very short notice during an emergency to give us peace of mind. She has even taught Presley to roll over, and all sorts of manners have improved such not picking up sticks, sit. stay, etc. There should be a special title for someone whose calling is to minister to pets. What a gift! :)”

“Leah checked in and sent a picture of my boy every time she visited while I was away, and he seemed so happy in every shot. Leah is courteous and reliable, and I'm really glad she was the person to drop in while I was not home. I highly recommend Leah and will I hire her again the next time I have to be away.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have taken care of my family and friends animals. I’m looking for something to do in my free time. From high energy to couch potatoes I love all animals. I work full time during the summer and go to mtsu. I’m looking for something to do on my off days and when I have free time I follow instructions if left. I make sure animals have clean water and make sure it gets all their needs. I love going on walks and love playing with toys if they need to let some energy out.
About: I’ve had family pets my entire life, Mostly dogs and cats. I’ve been dog sitting for friends for the last 6 years. I have a 6 year old Lab/Pyrenees, who is good with other dogs. Her besties like to play rough, so I’m very mindful of the types of dogs I let interact with her. I prefer drop in visits and dog walking. House sitting just becomes a little tricky with having my own pets at home. I can handle all pets and all their special personalities!! I work a full time job 7-4 M-Th, but I would love to be available to you and your pets on weekends and I can do before and after work drop in/dog walking. House sitting/doggy day care is a discussion we can have upon request. Let’s set up a meet and greet ! I can’t wait to love on all your fur babies ! I will always try to make sure your pup(s) are getting an adequate amount of exercise and play time ! When doing drop ins and walking, I try to stay and hang out and give lovings for at least 30 mins to an hour.
About: I have experience working in a dog daycare where I developed strong skills in managing groups of dogs, understanding their behaviors, and ensuring their safety and well-being. During my time there, I became adept at recognizing the individual needs of each dog, which helps me create a nurturing and enjoyable environment. Pet care is apart of my daily routine. I make it a priority to ensure my dog is well taken care of and happy. Each day starts with feeding and taking her for walks, which not only keeps them healthy but also helps me start my day with some fresh air and exercise. Throughout the day, I make sure to spend quality time with her whether it’s playing, or just cuddling. I find that this interaction is rewarding for both me and my pet providing emotional support and stress relief. At home, I have a routine for my pet that includes feeding her , making sure she has fresh water. I also focus on mental and physical stimulation by providing toys and dedicating time for exercising. This not only keeps her active but also strengthens our bond. I check for any basic signs of health issues, such as changes in behavior or appetite. When walking pets, I use a sturdy leash and harness to keep them safe and secure. I’m mindful of their behavior and the environment around us, ensuring we stay clear of potential hazards. I make walks enjoyable by allowing them to explore their surroundings.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
