About: I have always taken care of animals, from dogs and cats to birds and bunnies. I worked at PetSmart for two years before moving to my current job at the Yardstick Dog Hotel, where we prioritize every dog’s comfort despite their difficult needs. I love learning every animal’s language so that I can approach them with care and patience. I have three dogs and a cat, all rescues from different backgrounds, each with their own individual needs. I can handle anxious dogs, traumatized dogs, high maintenance dogs, high energy dogs, and even very large dogs that aren’t labelled as necessarily “friendly.” And the same goes with cats and exotics. I live with my mother and our animals, so we share the responsibility of caring for them. Our dogs sleep in her room with her, and our cat sleeps in my room with me. However, sometimes my mom has to travel for work, in which case the dogs will sleep with me. My daily routine consists of giving each animal specialized breakfasts in the morning, and administering medicine to my senior cat. I take the dogs on walks and make sure to tire them out with intensive playtime before and after my day job and school. I am also an aspiring dog trainer, so I do beginner lessons at home with my youngest dog as practice every morning. My biggest concern when it comes to caring for animals is to meet their every need, not just “keep them alive.” Every weird quirk your animals has, I am not only willing but excited to take care of. To me, every animal is my responsibility to keep safe and, happy, even if it is not mine.

About: I grew up with my dad having miniature schnauzers and have been around friends with dogs as well. I’m always amused when the biggest dogs think they’re the smallest lap dog. I’m lucky enough to have a remote job with flexible hours. I have an hour lunch period to utilize which is also beneficial to being able to come out as needed. I am such a detail oriented rule follower - so you can be certain any directions you leave will be followed perfectly. I will treat every home like it’s my own and leave it as I found it.

About: I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s second nature to me. I’m warm, patient, and genuinely love getting to know each pet’s personality. Animals tend to gravitate toward me — friends joke that I’m basically a Disney princess — and I take that as the highest compliment. Caring for pets is my full‑time business, and I build my days around it. Once my kids are off to school, I’m focused on my clients — from daily regulars to weekly visits to those last‑minute “help, can you stop by?” requests. My schedule is flexible, and I’m used to balancing a steady routine with the occasional surprise booking. Pet care fits naturally into my day, and I love being the person families can count on. I keep your pet comfortable by caring for them right in their own home. I come to them for drop‑ins — playtime, feeding, fetch, cuddles, whatever they love. If they need to stretch their legs, we can head out for a walk. You choose the visit length: 20, 30, or 60 minutes. I follow their routine so they feel safe, happy, and cared for.

About: Hi! I have grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have a 5 year old treeing walker coonhound that I raised from 8 weeks old. I'm used to energetic and active dogs because I too love to be outside hiking and running! However, I do tailor my services to your dogs individual needs even if they aren't as physically active. When you book, share any training cues (if applicable), behaviors, or specific preferences that help your dog feel comfortable, safe, and happy! I have a flexible schedule at the moment, so I am available throughout the day to check in on your pets or stay with them overnight! For house sitting, I provide overnight care in your home and maintain your pet's normal routine. I may leave throughout the day for work, errands, family time, etc but I always ensure your pet receives the care, attention, potty breaks, meals, exercise, and all the snuggles they need. If your pet requires a more constant care schedule, please discuss those needs before booking.

About: I am such an animal lover, and I like to think they love me too;) I have owned dogs my whole life and recently adopted a cat, Willow! I’m excited to meet and care for your pets:) I am a student at Middle Tennessee State University with classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This means I am available often for your pets! I am very attentive of my animals (currently one dog and one cat). I feed them on a consistent schedule and let the dog out every two-three hours. I also provide them with lots of attention, whether they would prefer to be in my skin (my dog) or relax in the same area without touch (my cat). I can be very adaptive to any animals’ needs!
