About: I grew up on a family farm. We had all kinds of farm animals and live stock guardian dogs and barn cats that helped and were our most prized animals. I also have experience caring for fish, reptiles, birds, rabbits, hampsters, guinea pigs and rats. While I have a career I love as hairdresser. I’m looking to make some extra money and fulfill a passion I have for animal husbandry/care-taking. Availability: Sunday early morning and mid afternoons into evenings. (6a-10a), (3p-11p). Tuesdays-Thursdays (5p-11p) Saturday nights (8p-12a) or over night is a possibility If I were to stay over night with your animal family members; it would essential for me to have clear instructions of your expectations and your pets needs. While I have a wide variety of animal care experience; every animal has its own personality and needs. It is important to me that your pets are just as comfortable with me as they are with you. I am happy to meet the needs of any animal.

“If I could give JoAnne more than 5 stars, I would. We hired her to stay with our Great Dane, Gandalf, for three days while we were camping. He had just had surgery, so this wasn’t a typical pet-sitting job. She stayed with him around the clock, administered all of his medications, monitored his recovery, and gave us complete peace of mind. JoAnne kept us updated throughout every day with photos, videos, and thoughtful messages, so we always knew exactly how Gandalf was doing. It was so clear how deeply she understands animals. She has an incredible intuition, endless patience, and a genuine love for the pets she cares for. What completely blew us away was everything she did beyond caring for Gandalf. She unexpectedly cleaned our home, folded our laundry, and even washed all of our bedding so we came home after traveling to fresh, clean sheets. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture and something we never expected. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and an immaculate house honestly felt unreal. JoAnne is the real deal. She’s one of those rare people who genuinely loves both animals and people, and it shows in everything she does. We trust her completely and won’t hesitate to book her again. She is an absolute gem, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their pets.”

About: I’ve been officially pet sitting consistently since 2024 and have built my client base through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat bookings. I grew up with dogs but through petsitting, have experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, tortoises, betta fish, shrimp, and chameleons. Most of my experience is with overnight stays ranging from weekend trips to 1–2 week vacations. I’m detail-oriented, adaptable, and take pride in following care instructions closely while keeping owners updated with photos and messages throughout their trip. As a powerlifter and active person, I’m comfortable with both short and long walks and can keep up with high-energy & strong dogs. I work in-office during weekdays but am available mornings, evenings, overnights, and am fully flexible on weekends. My goal is simple: to make sure your pets feel safe and comfortable while giving you peace of mind when you’re away. I work in an office Monday through Friday, so I'm most flexible on weekends. For pets that are comfortable being home during the workday, I'm available for feeding, bathroom, and walks before work, in the evenings, overnight, and throughout the weekend. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and take pride in following care instructions closely so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m flexible to either board your pet in my home, stay at your home whether for drop in visits or overnight stays, whatever you and your pet feel works best for their comfort. Prior to the stay, (my home or yours), we will go over your pet’s routine and your expectations to make sure this is a good fit before moving forward.

About: Hi! My name is Maimu. When I lived in Japan, I always had dogs and cats as pets, so caring for them feels very natural to me. I provide calm, attentive care and follow your pet’s routine closely—feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, and regular potty breaks. I’ll keep your home tidy and communicate clearly, with photo updates so you feel at ease while you’re away. My availability for walks is currently mainly: * Morning: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM * Evening: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM On some days, I may also be available during the day—please send me a message and I’ll let you know my availability. My schedule can vary depending on childcare, so please contact me in advance to confirm dates and times. Safety is my top priority, and I always supervise interactions and follow your instructions carefully. I can also run with your dog, so jogs/runs are very welcome! About: I was a dog owner for 15 years; she passed away about 3 years ago. Her beds are so big and comfy I didn't want to throw them away. I had proclaimed this to be a forever dog home! Since then, I began dog sitting for friends from my church. I knew if a dog came over, I would want it to be comfortable. I enjoy learning each dog's personality and needs because all dogs are different. My friend's dog doesn't like to be pet but loves to sit next to me. I learned that different dogs have different needs and wants. I enjoy spending quality time with dogs through walks, companionship, and learning each dog's unique personality and needs. Some dogs love affection while others prefer quiet company, and I respect and adjust to what makes each dog most comfortable. Dog sitting allows me to provide attentive, loving care while giving dogs a calm and supportive environment. I am working but I make my own schedule. I would take care of your baby just like my own, We would go for a walk at least twice a day. Ill feed once or twice a day, depending on instructions. My mom {Frances} lives right next door, and she is my emergency contact. She loves dogs too. She is a great help if I need to step out for a minute. I do enjoy seeing the dog happy and comfortable, the rest of the day will consist of making that happen. Your pet will get a one on one experience. I will care your pet just like I would do my own. Again, a home away from home. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is take my fur buddy outside. Next is breakfast and play time if it's preferred. I look for direction from the owner on specific things to know and look for to make my fur buddy comfortable. Safety is #1. Every decision is made with safety first in mind. Second is satisfaction for the pet and the owner.

About: Most of my pets have been dogs and some of them have been older than a year or two months old, currently open to learn more. Currently looking for a part-time and love dogs. I have been taking care of dogs since I was in elementary school and currently have one. I live in a small apartment and get to walk her around the city and usually walk her two times per day during the weekends

I am capable of taking care of your pup and ensuring their time with me will be a loving experience. I will dedicate my full attention to taking care of your pup or pups at any time. My home has a fully fenced yard and my two pups are very friendly to newcomers! When I house sit I am more than willing to accommodate whatever your dog may require of me.

I am currently studying and working remotely so I just have some set hours of work I need to do, but I can still keep an eye on your pets I can and will follow any and all instructions for your pets and home. About: - I was a kennel staff at my local animal hospital (Crosspointe Animal Hospital). Some of my responsibilities as a staff member were to feed, clean, groom, and walk the animals, a long with feeding them their medications. - I have dog-sat for my friends in the past - Recently just got a part time internship this summer in Washington D.C , so if anyone in the D.C area need any dog sitting, I'm open to the opportunity - My availability hours: Sat/Sun/Mon (11am - Night/Next morning ) and Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri (8pm - Night/Next morning). - I commute to Lorton, VA from time to time, so I'm willing to dog-sit in that area - I love dogs and I hope to own one myself one day!
