Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. Pets are our precious family, and I will care for your dog as my own to keep them happy, healthy, and safe. About Me & My Environment:Experienced foster parent for cats/dogs and Official FBRN volunteer CPR licensed.I stay home full time and have plenty of time to play, walk, and care for your pups.I live in a house with a patio in a nice neighborhood, perfect for walks and park visits.By request, I can offer long walks along the oceanside or light hikes. Dogs can sleep in their own bed, a crate, or on the couch. (I will sleep in the living room if necessary.) During the Stay:I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally with games, new smells, and exploring big parks, beach walks, or trails.I will provide at least 2 walks a day, plus many short potty breaks (including in my front yard at night). Please provide WRITTEN, CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Strict House Rules & Requirements:Weight & Potty: Up to 25 lbs. Must be house-broken/potty-trained for OUTSIDE potties only. No pee pads, doggie doors, or indoor markings allowed. Marking Policy: Please provide diapers/belly bands with pads in case of accidental marking due to excitement/anxiety. If a dog keeps marking, I will use a belly band for males and confine periodically for females. Health & Nails: Must be up to date on all vaccinations (including Canine Influenza & Lepto) and flea preventatives. Must be free of communicable illnesses for 30 days prior. If fleas are found, immediate pickup is required, or a flea bath will be given for +$35. Please TRIM NAILS before boarding.📋 Please share this information. BEFORE booking:All medications, allergies, health issues, and special needs. Your dog's temperament (Do they get along with other dogs?). Any history of resource guarding, food, or toy aggression.Any history of separation anxiety or harming others/objects in the past. Rates & Scheduling:Boarding: A boarding day is a 24-hour period (Drop-off time = Pick-up time). Late pickups incur a daycare rate. Discounts available for longer stays—please ask! Daycare: Up to 9 hours (8 AM to 6 PM). Early drop-off or late pick-up is $3 per 30 mins ($5/hour). Extended Care & Holidays: Extended care up to 4 hours is half price of boarding; over 4 hours incurs the daycare rate. For holidays, the second pet rate is also the holiday rate. House Sitting: Overnight care (7PM–7AM / 8PM–8AM) or 6-7 hours during the day. Response Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Special Care / Extra Fees:Medications: Free up to 3 pills/day with meals and 2 injections/day. Additional or midnight meds incur a 10% boarding fee or +$20/day. Special Needs / Disabilities / Illness: +$20 and up per day for dogs needing extra care. Night Monitoring: +$80 and up if pets need to be monitored at night or wake up in the middle of the night for potties. 24-Hour Around-the-Clock Care: For sick, elderly, or post-surgery pets requiring non-stop attention, full-time pet sitting will be +$120 and up.

It was my dog’s first time daycare, and thanks to Chieko’s sincere care, he could do it well!
We booked Chieko last minute again and she always accommodates. We love that Chieko stays with our pup for the duration of the booking. Our pup gets very anxious when left alone. Thank you Chieko!

Very attentive to our senior geriatric Vizsla dogs needs. She sent us lots of photos and updates. Her calm energy made Anika able to rest despite her separation anxiety. I felt at peace too knotsge was with an experienced caring dog sitter like her. Would hire again!

I am home most of the time but may run errands for up to 2 hours. If your dog cannot be left alone for this short time, please inform me prior to booking.I am happy to adjust to your dog's individual routine and schedule. Please provide WRITTEN, CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS.
